Gerrard needs to explain the transfer policy we're spending money on people who are not strengthening the team
Someone some where is not doing there job properly for the benefit of the team / club

we can't keep allowing so much money to be walking out the door without a return

Transfers need to be better
I think this will be gerrard last season in charge but who's behind the scenes getting all these transfers wrong and paying out the wages that if true are way to high for what we get in return

Again not sure what direction we're going to head in this season top of the league or not

See where we are come Xmas
And hopefully if need be we can sort some positions where we are very much lacking in January.

We are not spending any money. The club is in a poor financial state and if we don't win this league we could be in a mess for years to come. We need a rebuild soon but don't have the money to do a rebuild. Shagger and Davis are finished after this season, Goldson is gone and Kent and Kamara will be sold soon enough to plug the financial gap. Celtic are building a side for next season and can see we are in the decline. If they somehow manage to win the league this season it could take us a long time to recover.

We've not spent any money on players this season. But the guys who have came in certainly have not been an updrade in quality.

I do not believe we can buy any more Players in January until we sell. Soft Loans from the Directors are all very well but they still have to be payed back. We need a bit of a clear out!
