Rangers FC update:-
AHEAD of Sunday's Scottish Premiership match against Hibernian, we once again highlight the introduction of jab certificate checks across Scotland.
Sunday's game is a "test event" and thus, we are required by law, to carry out the same procedures as when the "grace period" is over.
For the avoidance of doubt, following legislation introduced by the Scottish Government, everyone attending matches at Ibrox Stadium must be fully jabbed and everyone must bring proof of this status with you to the match, unless exempt.
The following groups are exempt from carrying proof of vax:

Under 18's
People who are not able to receive the jab for medical reasons
Participants in jab trials
Workers or volunteers at the venue or event
Those exempt for medical reasons or due to participation in jab trials are asked to carry an official letter to confirm this.

Honestly cannot head around stewards not needing it. Its same as nightclubs. need to be double jabbed to get in. But the doorman throwing folk out doesn't need it 😂😂 who makes this nonsense up.

Possibly something to do with workplace discrimination? Employer maybe can’t specify that if not in their contract? I agree though doesn’t make sense!

In England you must wear a mask on public transport but not in pubs, clubs, or any enclosed areas. I'm sure you legally ask a steward for his passport. If not what's the point?

SNP / Green coalition making it up as they go along.
Rangers as a business need to follow the rules or will be penalised.
I expect spot checks by enforcement officers to be outside Ibrox on March day once the grace period is over.

Very few wear a mask on transport here in Blackpool, very few wear them in shops or restaurants.

I see a lot of fans on social media blaming the club but it’s not the clubs fault if they don’t do what’s asked then it will be back to no fans in ibrox the clubs hands or tied on this.

Everyone has given up Paul. Mixed gornment messages here or back home. Nobody knows or cares what the rules are anymore. It's anarchy.

It dosnt really matter … it is what it is . It’s very easy to get a screenshot of your passport and I’m sure that will suffice . I worked transmt and we had to test every couple of days plus submit a daily screening . Nonsense yes but it’s the law and they need to be seen to be doing something.
I would rather that than not get in to see the team at all.
We need to suck it up and get on with it.

There doing it, so it causes uproar like this. I agree it's ridiculous, and that's what they want, they want us saying why aren't the stewards, the police, the players, refs, officials, the pie stoll workers etc required to be double jabbed and show a vax certificate.

That way when the uproar becomes to much to hide, they will say okay fine have it your way, everyone now requires it.

What happens then? How many players won't be able to play? Tavs no had it for one.

How will games go ahead without paramedics onsite, remember there under staffed as it is, and there starting to let folk go that won't take the vax it's scandalous. Only the working class need to show proof. Wake up!

Parlane, not necessary In england, most folk not wearing them for weeks now
My company has announced no need for masks in workplace in england, but Scotland and Wales continue to need them. is it a different disease up here?
