John, I cried all the way through that.

When i was a teenager, i was diagnosed with a long term sickness. Walter and Ally had been attending a wedding at a hotel in my hometown, at which many of my friends worked. One of them mentioned to him about a local lad who was a massive Rangers fan who was ill and feeling rather low and could they get a wee autograph as a boost. He sent them round my mums to get a top of mine and when i got home it was signed by him and Ally with a lovely message to keep my spirits up.

Legend for the club, legend of a man.

My god I'm in bits. A great tribute from one legend to another. Jim White struggled to get through that as well. So so sad 😞.

Super and Jim were in bits and I don’t know how either held it together. Much respect to both as they talked about someone they clearly loved.
