Lot of talk about young players not getting a chance?
It's certainly not the clubs philosophy as they appoint a new Head of Coaching for the Academy.
Jeb Jacobs joins after being Talent Co-ordinator and Head of Development within the Belgium Academy.
He starts in the New Year.

If they were good enough for the first team they would get a chance. With the exception of Patterson nobody has been considered good enough. Shame really.

Agree to a point that need to be good enough but signing over 10 players each season does exactly suggest those blocking their development were good enough either. Could have saved a fortune on certain transfers and wages using academy for squad players and who knows with proper attention some more possibly could have made it. It's well seen when players believe they have a chance they improve far better rather than just stagnating.

This is too b8g a season to be playing youth we need the CL money or its gonay be doom n gloom for a few year.
