We have 2 incredibly fit athletes in our rangers team in our captain james tavernier and our vice captain connor goldson, god i hope and pray 🙏 we can somehow keep goldson at Ibrox 🤔Our captain as i've said before on here is bar none, the fittest footballer in scottish football by a country mile 👌 As the song goes 'running down the wing, you'll hear the rangers sing, james tavernier, makes defenders fear'👌🇬🇧.

Said that very same thing to my dad at the match, tav is a machine a great example to young players, i often refer to tavs workrate when iam coaching the sometimes lazy grumpy 16 year olds i coach😁.
