I'm all for everyone having an opinion and voicing concerns but to completely right off our season and to bash our recruitment so early on is extremely poor.

No faith at all.

To chuck the towel in so easily is embarrassing tbh. We take this game on the chin. We accept we were poor and by all means be critical constructively, then we analyse and set out to make it right. Starting with Killie at the weekend.

And then onto next week when Ibrox is full and bouncing and we go through, I'd expect plenty of humble pie afterwards. Although not likely as the doomsayers will still find something to complain about.

A Penny I've calmed down a bit so think most folk would just be venting from last night. My biggest problem is the performance and lack of fight we looked like a team void of ideas. I want colak to do well but he's atm turning into itten. Hope I'm wrong but I would like us to sign another striker b4 window shuts.

We were dreadful last night, but that is one game. Gio will analyse and make changes to improve things, and if we get a good 2nd leg then who will really care anymore about last night.

Not at all SirWalter1 as I clearly state at start of my post mate. My opinion is no more right or wrong than yours or anyone elses. Its my opinion that to throw our whole season away after 2 games is absolute nonsense.

I agree 55 need another striker and a Goalkeeper but overall I'm happy with the recruitment and once they have settled down I believe we will have some team this season.

For me we played to many players out of position last night - and I'm classing small tweaks like Barasic playing LWB as opposed to LB.

As a result we just didn't settle and we let them dictate the play.

With the number of changes in our squad think we need to keep it simple, build up some confidence and then start to get creative.

It reminds me of the reaction many years ago after a bad result in Europe, Google the interview between Chick Young and the late great Walter Smith just after we signed Basile Boli and Brian Laudrop, Chick rambled on about the money we had spent and that after one defeat the new signings weren’t good enough, basically Walter tore him a new one and we all know what a player Laudrop turned out to be, so last night was an extremely bad night at the office but just remember we’re not out yet we have a home tie next week though it will be difficult we are still in it and I for one can’t wait to get to that stadium and roar them on come on lads chin up and let’s get into them.

Don't see anyone sweep or myself included have thrown in the towel after 2 games arcade mate.

Personally I feel the start is not looking good,

As for having blue tinted specs, we have to see the wood from the trees in reality my friend, not stumble around wi blinded faith.

That's all we all want to see a revival sooner rather than later, that I'm sure of.

We trued to match u0 to there formation meaning g too many of our players looked uncomfortable and so early into a season without a lot of time to prepare was imo the main reason we were gubbed last night.

Last night Gio got his tactics wrong and I suspect he knows that. Playing people out of position, especially Sands, was a disaster but my concerns from the start of the transfer window remain the same. We need a class goalkeeper and quick or we will regret it and we need a quality striker as back up for Morelos, not a replacement for Itten. Roofe won't be the answer, he just isn't interested in getting fit and it is more than likely to be psychological!
