Not a great start to the season for our former manager Gerrard
With the list of games coming up I think there going to struggle to get early points on the board
After the weekend result can see it being tough against Everton
They then have palace, westham, Arsenal Man City and Leicester
How many points do we reckon he can pick up
honestly see him getting sacked this year have a gut feeling
On the other hand Beale team thought a good game and QPR won 3-2.

He has a terrible win ratio record since going there I predicted he would be sacked this season tho I wouldn’t like to see that happen just think it will.

He's nothing without Michael Beale, who was clearly the brains of the operation. Gerrard will not last till Christmas.

I just like to see how mangers do down south
Rangers is my team but I also enjoy watching and reading about the clubs down south
Even the smaller clubs and now Gerrard is down there I like to see how he gets on
On clubs down south not sure if Erik Ten Hag was the right for Man Utd as there my English club I’ve watched and followed also since I was a boy
and always want them to win the league down there but the past number of years they have fallen away
not sure if David Moyes should have been given more time and money
Since Sir Alex left not many get a good run at the team now - think they still need a good few out the door and a good few key signings in.

Gerrard will always be fondly remembered and treated as a hero for delivering title 55.
He also raised the profile and status of the club in Europe.
And I wished him well when he left.
Do I care now what he achieves at Villa - no.

I follow Villa as my English team. Not a good start from him. They got a lot of transfer business done early and we're expecting a strong start. The owners/ dof all seem to be sticking with him for the long haul so should get time.

Gerard was always up against it at Villa. Impetuous choice and he will regret it. With Beale gone, he has to stand on his own feet as well. Will he see the season out?

I'll always remember fondly his stopping the other lot getting 10, he wanted in to the EPL to enhance his chances of the Liverpool job in the future, I honestly think that ship has sailed, with Klopp there till 2026.

I thank Gerrard and beale for what they did at rangers, I was 1 who wanted him to get sack after 2nd season with us, but I have zero interest and couldn't careless how he does or gets on at villa.

Villa being my English team I hope he does well I wasn't very happy with him at first not because he left us as it was always going to happen at some point but by the way he left, so when he went to villa I was a bit unsure of how I felt about it but now I just hope he does well as what he did for rangers is what he should be remembered for.
