Rangers linked with Sydney Van Hoojdonk Wonder what Pierre will at about that 😂😂

I reckon he'll be saying these guys have just won 55 titles son and are the most successful team in Scotland Go for it son! 😉👍.

1.) 06 May 2021 14:07:27
Naw they're no.

2.) 06 May 2021 14:59:13
Scored decent amount of goals in second tier in Holland and is out of contract. At 21 with potential it would be a low risk signing for us and he will no doubt know all about our league by his dad.
Also being linked with simic. Dario simic son. Another young striker with huge potential. Very highly rated by jelavic who has just played with the lad this season. Great to be linked with the young talent but I think like last season our signings will be kept quiet until announced.

3.) 06 May 2021 15:13:22
Negroni agree with u, can’t come here as he won’t get a work permit as he does not play in top league.

4.) 06 May 2021 15:50:46
Bellshill it is, Sydney not eligible for work permit.
And unfortunately similar valued in excess 20 million.

5.) 06 May 2021 16:53:59
We just signing everybody's son noo? that our tactics?

6.) 06 May 2021 16:57:16
honestly think the best signing we could make would be andreas skov olsen. he would be perfect for the right side and further down line a perfect replacement for kent as this boy seems equally comfortable on both flanks.

7.) 06 May 2021 17:09:57
Looks very similar to Itten in the way he plays. Dutch second division is not a great standard.

Out of curiosity, why would he not get a work permit? Because of brexit?

8.) 06 May 2021 17:26:11
Yes zikos. The amendment says must play in the top league in their present country.

9.) 06 May 2021 19:26:21
John25 You speak some nonsense 20m hahaha Sydney Van Hoojdonk is rated at around 3-4m.

10.) 06 May 2021 20:34:23
ABRB I think he was on about simic not the other boy and predictive texts.

11.) 06 May 2021 21:12:38
Lol all blues the experts. Similar should read simic. I got that one wildly wrong.
As for Sydney surprise if worth your estimate. But not eligible to move to uk any way

Like one or two on hear I occasionally make a faux pax.

R u new or is it a name change. Keep your posts coming.

12.) 08 May 2021 16:38:43
Gerforlife. Totally agree on skov olsen. Looks a player who would fit in well would love to see him in the red white n blue.

Just heard that Harry Wilson can be on his way to Rangers after Cardiff loan

It's a no brainer if you ask me for both the player and Rangers

He plays for a club the stature of Rangers who will compete in the Champions League and for a Manager in Steven Gerrard

We all now the ability Harry Wilson has and was supposed to be the next big Liverpool breakthrough

Liverpool are at their strongest in these advancing positions

Liverpool also priced him out a move last year, wanting north of 15m for him.

1.) 03 May 2021 13:01:09
He's some player. Scored brilliant goals for Cardiff against Birmingham at the weekend. Would be a superb addition.

2.) 03 May 2021 13:28:11
I don't want anymore loanees unless we are going to buy them we need rangers players not Liverpool players for Liverpool to benefit.

3.) 03 May 2021 13:38:21
Would be a great signing however i personally can't see it.

4.) 03 May 2021 13:48:05
On a loan to us Bluebells?, I don't see us being able to buy him and wages probably out of the question as well even part funded at that.

5.) 03 May 2021 14:10:41
Got to admit this loan move would be exciting
Too think that out of all the Liverpool loans only one has really made the grade at Rangers Ryan Kent Ejaria looked decent at times but couldn't hack the pressure!

6.) 03 May 2021 14:56:36
Liverpool need to sell can’t see them loaning him out again
And he would be out of our price range.

Am sure us getting linked with him came from kevin Phillips.

Also Michael Beale tweeted something about him scoring a hat trick.

7.) 03 May 2021 15:23:28
Kent has been class recently. harry wilson is a level above kent. Would be class if this happend.

8.) 03 May 2021 15:31:52
Maybe if Kent leaves for big money we could bring him in but reckon it’s a non starter tbh.

9.) 03 May 2021 15:51:56
Loaning is almost as common as buying nowadays, is it not something to do with clubs having to have a quota of British players on they’re books, Ed can you shed any light on that, and Wilson? Very good player I believe.

{Ed001's Note - lazy get Wilson, also prone to s****ing out of tackles. Has all the ability in the world and should be strolling into the Liverpool team, but never put in the effort to improve after getting a Welsh cap as a youngster. I would give him away gladly. Any player that pulls out of a tackle that is 80-20 in his favour, as I have seen him do in recent months, is not someone I want anywhere near my team.}

10.) 03 May 2021 16:00:39
I don't agree Harry is a class above!

Two very different players At the minute, Kent is a bigger player now

Not too long ago Harry was probably the better of the two Not now!

11.) 03 May 2021 17:03:39
Thank you Ed

Probably burst a couple of bubbles there, but I agree wholeheartedly, never liked that sort, played with a few and they never lasted long, and every team has got them, don’t mind a small skilful thin guy like jimmy Johnston or the likes jumping out, not that kinky did very much considering his size

But 6 ft young men, shxxebag.

{Ed001's Note - I don't like anyone jumping out of challenges, no matter what their size. The ball is there to be won, go win it.}

12.) 03 May 2021 17:07:15
I disagree paul86,as much as i rate harry wilson, i don't believe for a minute he's a level above ryan kent 🤔I know you're a liverpool fan ED, so who in your opinion is the more talented player between ryan kent and harry wilson, taking everything including attitude into account? 🤔 Also ED, which one of them do you think will go on to have the better/ more successful career mate 🤔.

{Ed001's Note - potential Wilson is way ahead, but actual Kent is ahead and will defo go further and be more successful. Unless something changes markedly in his attitude, Wilson will struggle to ever be anything like the player he should be. Kent on the other hand is willing to knuckle down and work hard in training.}

13.) 03 May 2021 17:59:51
Thanks ED, as usual very much appreciated pal 👍.

{Ed001's Note - very welcome.}

14.) 03 May 2021 18:02:07
ED, how far/ high do you think kent will get to and what high stature of football club do you think he's capable of playing for and of course excelling with 🤔.

{Ed001's Note - he is mid-level English Prem I think right now. It is hard to say because he has the talent, but it does come down to getting the right experience and coaching. If he stays put, where he plays every week and is getting good coaching, he can go anywhere. The worry is he moves too early, then doesn't get straight in the team and that would badly stunt his development. He has improved so much at Rangers it must be said, I think he would be crazy to move unless it was someone like Leeds, where he would get top class coaching from Bielsa. If he stays put, gets another year or two under his belt in Europe, it will be the top-end clubs looking to bring him in.}

15.) 03 May 2021 22:33:54
Just to think the last time we were linked to Wilson I referred to him as a sh***bag and was scorned.

16.) 03 May 2021 23:42:12
He need 1 maybe 2 seasons at rangers then should move to a Southampton, Aston Villa, Leeds and the likes maybe even Leicester. That’s his level.

I've been hearing some tasty rumours regarding Rangers going in for 3m rated striker Giorgos Giakoumakis

Plays for Venlo in the Netherlands and currently the top scorer in the Eredivisie

Seemingly the player is very interested.

1.) 25 Mar 2021 20:26:55
How good is your info/ source regarding giakoumakis All Bluebells R Blue 🤔.

2.) 25 Mar 2021 20:53:34
Have also heard this nameibluebells.

3.) 25 Mar 2021 22:19:17
The new Michael Mols? Remember him signing from smaller club in the Eredivise and thinking will beef up the squad then when I 1st saw him play and that turn back to goal wow still gives me goosebumps.

4.) 25 Mar 2021 22:38:56
Hope it's TRUE, but do we not have to sell first to balance the books?

5.) 26 Mar 2021 06:34:59
The 20 million we get for hagi should balance the books I think.

6.) 26 Mar 2021 06:54:07
Bar72 yeah think we will sell a couple on. a lot will depend on champs league. Ifnwe qualify that's 30 mill.

7.) 26 Mar 2021 08:40:49
Bar 72 we don’t have to sell. Getting in champions league would be big help.
However Rangers will invest heavily as winning league gets us to group stages next time round.

8.) 26 Mar 2021 11:13:44
John25, too many losses over last few years, be under no illusions, we have to balance books quickly.

9.) 26 Mar 2021 11:16:28
John25, agree we need to invest and maybe 1 or 2 unfortunately will have to be sold. But let's not forget what happened before.

10.) 26 Mar 2021 12:14:40
John we certainly do need to balance books. Champs league is not a stick on.

11.) 26 Mar 2021 14:25:21
Players may well stay until the last few days as champions league is decided before window shuts, if we go out 1 or 2 move on if we qualify they stay and books are balanced. Also fans will be back gives another boost. We will lose 1 or 2 anyway it’s only natural it’s all about recruitment and moving forward.

12.) 26 Mar 2021 14:57:52
Absolutely on the button ingerrard.

13.) 26 Mar 2021 18:50:32
We definitely need to invest in the squad! Morelos will be sold I have no doubt about that so we need a CB 2 CM and 2 CF all ready to take someone’s place in the squad.

Tom thumb Just want to say we have our very own in Alfredo Morelos and he bags a lot more goals than McBurnie So no thanks I'd rather see Kevin Nesbitt Now your talking a decent striker and we can prob sign him for 2-3m.

🤣🤣🤣 So humiliating Galatasary should be embarrassed by that bid to be honest

Joe Aribo is at least 14m as it stands

I mean Joe Aribo can play in the EPL with ease and if he had a decent season his value would be an easy 40m as this is how much an average player goes for in the EPL

3.5m is nothing but a kick in the face for Rangers and Aribo

I mean the owner of that club must be on crack!

Ryan Gauld is not an upgrade and isn't as good as the aforementioned Hagi and Kent far from it!

It would be a case of quantity over quality here Perhaps Steven Gerrard can get the best out of him but certainly coming in, he would be a squad player.

Lewis Ferguson is a MUST if you ask me

I'd pay 2.5-3m for him He is only going to get better at only 21yo you can see the ability

Blue runs though his veins and he will be an instant hit and a better player under better coaches here at Rangers!

I remember when Lewis was 18 and he scored a peach of an overhead kick vs Burnley in the Europa

Get him signed He's a ready made player for Davis going.

Haha Nice one Borderblue7

To be honest Hagi has Nike endorsements and doing Pepsi max adverts with superstars

The guys is wrth the 15m and like I said, there is no a hope in hell Bochum will pay that!

They can't afford him and their just not that good albeit, the bundesliga is a good league!

Scored the winner tonight for Romania

Paul86 He signed for Genk when he was just turning 19 Young player then We can all say that for many

What about Diego Forlan when he was young at Man Utd He couldn't cut the mustard Are you trying to say he couldn't play for them. when he became much more an all rounder with Villarreal znd Athletico Madrid?

Don't speak nonsense Ianis Hagi is twice the player he was when in the Belgian league and then he was sold at 6.7m

He is grew in stature now The boy is easily worth between 10-15m.

I wouldn't dream of letting Hagi go for anything less than 10m People need to stop undervaluing our player Yes 20m may be pushing it but he falls between 10-15m for me

Why are people saying he has been a bit part player for us He has been involved on almost every game this year and we haven't played him in his preferred position

We would be stupid to let him go for anything less than 10m If there were 5 more goals added to his name then he suddenly is one of our top 3 players.
