As this is a rumours page, I will predict something. but dealing with our Media, I can guarantee it TO BE A FACT.

Russian transfer window shuts 21st February.

Chinese transfer window shuts 27th February.

There will be "EXCLUSIVES" reporting that our best players are either going to Russia or China during February. whether this is to sell papers/ clickbait/ disrupt team. IT WILL HAPPEN.

Only way to stop it is to either sell all our best players by end of January or believe what the club is saying, especially our Manager when directly asked during press conferences.

Doubt any footballer wants to go to China at any point in the near future.

Refereeing fairness.

Katic given a yellow card and Celtic a penalty for shirt pull in box on Julian.

Christie had already had a yellow card 49th minute.

In the corner 55 mins that led to the corner that Katic scored from, Christie pulls Aribo down by the shirt neck.

Well its a penalty and a yellow card. would've been 2nd yellow and Christie off. right? Nope nothing given.

Also note Clancy throughout the game was quick to give players first yellow for holding onto shirts/ dragging back with arm. Correctly as per rules. He immediately stopped dishing out yellows doing whenever any Celtic player already on a booking did it. It was now only a foul.

Boli should have been off for dragging morelos down by neck when he broke past him on touchline. Christie was lucky not to get s straight red for sexually assaulting morelos. You would get jailed if you grabbed someone there like that off the park. Maybe wee Alfie should call the cops in, since they all want him banged up for a gesture 👍.

I believe clancy has already been given celtics motm.

Father Clancy wouldn't send any of them off, don't be silly😆

And there was no trial by Sportscene yesterday. surprise, surprise eh? Morelos was pilloried last year and given retrospective ban for less. Rangers should insist the Compliance Officer is forced to take similar retrospective action against Christie and Bolingoli.

Guys, if you check my Decisions Not Going Rangers' Way article I wrote, you will understand why refs are hesitant to give us decisions.

I stated that something needs to be done. Imo, referees are terrified to give us decisions due to the backlash they get from that lot across the city, from their board to their fans.

Stewartyblue, hear hear mate.

7.) 31 Dec 2019 11:55:13
So when the power shift is completed, stewarty, they needn't worry about Celtic's tantrums.

8.) 31 Dec 2019 12:08:18
Hard to argue with any of that Stewarty. That's why I'm all for VAR being introduced as it will eradicate this and take the pressure off the officials. It might be a pain in the bahookie and games might need to run on slightly, but I think for things like off the ball incidents, offsides, penalty decisions and the likes of the handball on Sunday we must get these decisions right.

If we had var and the same things happened in reverse I would still back every decision 100%. The camera sees everything and from multiple positions. We need to take the heat off the officials. How many times will their insurance companies pay for replacement windows and cars?

Think what you need to look do is compare what is acceptable with physical challenges in Scotland by Scottish Referees against in England/ Spain/ France/ Germany/ Italy etc.

Do the Scottish referees referee a European game that they are in charge of differently to one in Scotland?

Is there a different set of guidelines between UEFA and SFA on physical challenges?

If so why?

Actually think that St Mirren will be toughest team we play in next few weeks. 541 whole game. 11 played in their own third for large periods.

A nil nil would've been a massive result for them.

Did not see game today as on a course.

In reply to Rossvo3001.

Midfield 3 needs to be Davis, Jack plus one other. when we don't have those 2 playing we struggle.

In Euro games recently (although they are inter changeable) it's generally been Jack right hand side and Kamara on left hand side.

In my opinion, it's only been the (defensive) form of Barasic that has stopped us shipping loads of goals that side. as Kamara is rubbish defensively (and over rated) . still plays what I call "jogging football"

Similarly Ryan Jack has covered in behind Tav in these games and we look so much more secure on that side.

You then need your front 3, especially the wide ones to work hard tracking back, when required.

Why?

Old Firm games handled really well at Ibrox by the Police.

Assume same at Celtic.

Been at Hampden finals, even Celtic Park 50/ 50 semi final (one of favourite Albertz goals) and all been OK.

Any Carnage is with the Jakey Neds of both sides that will not be anyway near the game, but just looking for a fight, win/ lose or draw.

99 League decider 6.05pm on a Sunday night of a bank holiday weekend was madness.

Left hand side of team, middle to front were poor tonight (Kamara and Ojo) . Barasic bailed that side out and my Mom.

Ojo, like Kent, is young and makes the wrong decisions BUT the MASSIVE difference early season last year (pre Kents Celtic Goals etc) . is the defensive workrate.

Example tonight being that the YB left back broke into the box early 1st half and Scott Arfield covered him whole way back. opposite side, Kamara and Ojo joggers.

Similarly when Jack went off injured, Arfield moved back to Jack's position.

Don't blame Tav for 2nd goal. 1st one, just boot ball out for throw in.

Think a few players are carrying knocks and will benefit from International break.
