Anyone know how severe the windass injury was?

Bluebells7

1.) 21 Sep 2016 17:57:30
According to Warbs he will be fit to face Aberdeen.

2.) 22 Sep 2016 13:36:43
more precautionary warbs said same with holt.

3.) 22 Sep 2016 21:49:18
Bring it on lads. come on bears.

Just joined, just wanted to touch on ththe barton discussion in my opinion the reason he looks poor is because of the formation and the poor defending from our back four, mainly tav guy is great going forward but he can't defend and his positioning constantly drags the centre halfs out of position, we need to change or we are going to struggle through the season.

Would anyone take Stephen mallan, looks a good creative player.

Yes 100% goalscoring midfielder who can only get better. Pop along to hibs and bring Jason Cummings with him.

There seems to be no one in the midfield that can link the play with the strikers, holt was shocking, Halliday average and windass average. Need some creativity in the midfield, they get the ball in the cb position, pass to the full backs, to the keeper to the full backs and punt.

Was at last nights game, very frustrating evening. First, seemed to notice how when our midfielders get the ball they look sideways or backwards for a pass but st Johnstone midfielders were turning their marker and going forward, a lack of a strong ball winning midfielder. Holt was getting thrown about like an empty trackie. Wallace was poor and not for the first time, every time he plays the winger nutmegs him. Finally, when we have a goal kick in the 89th minute looking for a winner and wes is deciding to either kick it short to someone with a player breathing down them on wide to the 5'6" right back who'll never win the ball. Lacking a target man.

Feeling good about tomorrow, hoping the last result has put fire into these boys to go out and do the job, needing a lot more desire from some of them. Just hope MW comes through with a good lineup.

Let's see how good your feeling this time tomorrow. Heard it all the same before the 5-1 humping. What has happened since then to think Rangers have improved enough to beat Celtic. By 4 pm tomorrow this forum will be full of posters demanding Warburtons head because they think that because it's Rangers they have a right to win. The players are average at best. Rangers will not win tomorrow and won't get a win over Celtic till some better quality players are bought. Nothing to do with Warbs. There is no funding to dramatically improve the team.

Johnnymac: No matter the result tomorrow I may criticise Warbs but I certainly won't be asking for his head.

Max you will be one of the few who won't be but fair play to you.

Keep seeing people lineups that they would like to start on Sunday, and I keep seeing waghorn on the wing. Am I missing something? He's a shocking winger, shouldn't be playing unless it's through the middle.

Bluebells7

1.) 21 Oct 2016 15:12:12
Waghorn wouldn't b in my team either, natural width in mckay and MOH and king kenny through the middle.

2.) 21 Oct 2016 14:57:03
I don't think waghorn has made the step up in class, yet. Hopefully he will come good.

3.) 22 Oct 2016 09:05:00
I agree with you and McKay is the same. The way people go on about McKay on this forum, I'm surprised they've no erected a statue of him next to John Greig. He's talented for sure but he's done nothing this season to warrant his cult following. Scored against them, aye but so did Bert Konterman and God love the big gentleman but he was a doo.

I seen that law could be used in the deal, personally want to keep hold of him. Been a great player this season despite a few games.

Wish this was true, after seeing waghorns performance up the middle would be good to have another option with a different stlyle. Wouldn't mind a tall, strong centre forward to get onto all these crosses we are putting in.

Thorn I don't think we need any more loans, we have a strong evmough squad to finish the league so we would be paying unnecessary wages for players that we don't get to keep when they're needed next season.

He's a right back so tav is the replacement and I know who I'd rather have.

Biffo . Assuming he's a decent player his physical presence is the main reason I want him at CH. 6'4 is ideal.

I don't think he should be automaticly chosen but I'd have him over Miller.

I agree, rossiter and Barton holding, could stop us leaking so many goals through the middle.
