If we can secure kent on a permenant deal, I would like to see us look outside the UK for other young established players.2 I would like to come to Ibrox are Viktor Fischer attacking midfielder, 24 years old and Danish international valued at 3.5 million.8 assists and 7 goals in 13 games. Also Efthimis Koulouris, Greek international plays striker valued at 2 million 11 goals in 13 games, a natural striker. Your thoughts fellow bears.

BlueBoy just because a newspaper suggests we look at players doesn’t actually mean we are interested. I’m sure SG and my have their own targets in mind. You shouldn’t believe everything you read!

2.) 03 Jan 2019 10:23:44
Take it you read hitc blueboy.

3.) 03 Jan 2019 10:31:30
Aye blueboy. Try and pass off a story in the DR as your own thoughts. Priceless mate. Keep them coming. Next you’ll be telling us we are in for Gauld.

and so the new year starts as the last one finishes - RFC posters attacking RFC posters - is it so wrong if someone posts their thoughts on signings? it doesn't matter where they got the idea from.

Also a rumour started that RFC could bid for Scott Allan or am I not allowed to post this because other RFC posters might be annoyed?

Remember, Solanke is a paper rumour as is Defoe and Shankland.

Posted on here some time ago about investment. German clubs by law must allow fanbase to own 50% of their team. What if Rangers with discussion looked at going a similar route. Say we had a world wide fanbase of 100,000,I realize it's most likely greater than that.
Each fan to pay £5 per week total £260 a year. That would generate £26,000,000 a year to invest in players, stadium repairs, increase capacity etc. Season ticket prices could be reduced, less burden for supporters attending games. Would be great if even more fans became involved thus generating more money for the club.
Been a supporter/ fan for over 50 years, through good and bad times and would love to see my great club back where it belongs and hopefully see major investors involved also.
I'm sure there will be negative response to my post but it's just my thoughts on how we can move forward and compete with the best once again.

Got some good points blueboy but i think asking every fan to pay £5 a wk is asking much, I know it doesn't sound a lot but it is to some families. Rangers mean so much to so many people but people also have more important things in life like family, bills, mortgages to be giving the Club a fiver a week when there's players/ manager/ staff/ directors on thousands of £££ a week

Don't know about Pedro losing the dressing room but he lost plot talking about dugs and caravans tims signed nitCham very good player pedro s big money signing the invisible penna the man's a joke and as I have posted before he won't be there long

Why don't you give club 1872 your cash with which they will buy shares and they already own about 7% of the club

4.) 26 Aug 2017 12:46:48
Just for the sake of accuracy Club 1872 bought over 4 per cent of Ashley's shares when he sold up. It now owns 10.71 per cent of the shares in the club, the second biggest share after Dave King.

I would definitely take part in a fan funding scheme like Blueboy mentioned. There are many details which require outlining here though. I don't think it would be quite as simple as that £26m a season tax free would be handed over to the board for transfers etc. Big Andy makes the point that Club 1872 hold a major steak in the business side of the club. Nearly 11%. If people invest in Club 1872 it is easier for them to make contributions to the team as they are a listed trading company with their own directors and also have a seat on the board already.
Dave King also plans to dilute shares again this year and will hope that current shareholders will vote for another share issue. Best bet again is becoming a member of Club 1872 then they can buy more shares to increase overall fan shareholding.

Why should the government increase your benefit payments by £20 a month just for it to be squandered on bank rolling rangers. Did SDM not do the same thing with the banks money before 2011.

Yip Blueboy_50,i think you make some terrific points and i've also been a season ticket holder and shareholder for nigh on 42 years now! I wholeheartedly agree with your post buddy!

Hi guys used to live in that area and always thought the park closed around October till March the following year. Just checked the internet and saw it closes on the 23rd December and reopens next March. Hope the rumour is wrong but it's possible he may have visited the park.

Why would we do a swap deal Martin for Morales when Martins contract with Reading expires end of May 2018.

Anyone heard anything on Thomas Isherwood, young CB who is meant to be on trial at Ibrox. Played for Bayern Munich 11 and contract ends this summer. Also would love Martin Skrtl to join SG again.

Can't remember who posted a couple of days ago, he mentioned Rafa Benitaz. Has taken Newcastle to 10th in the EPL after a poor start, managed top clubs in England, so knows the British game. If new investment comes in, break the bank to get a top class manager in place.

I've stated on here a few times about our club going the same way as German clubs where fans have to own 50% of their club.
Rangers has a worldwide fan base, say 120,000 fans were willing to pay in £5 per week, £240 a year, that would generate 31+ million per annum. We are unable to attract investors now, say we took this route and started winning the league and competing in Europe after a couple of seasons, maybe we could get some investment. Thoughts from fellow bears.

As of 11th Oct the African teams were taken off the Uk's red list. Only player that could be affected is Alfredo as Columbia are still on the red list.

Transfermarket quoting 7.2 million for the player, way out of our price range.

Jboy17, why be so negative, every player goes through a bad spell. Other supporters posting on here about this/ that player would be great or absolute rubbish. Would you sit through a video watching all the misses/ mistakes a player makes, don't think so. Everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Aleksandar Pesic, Red Star player, trasnsfermarket 1.3 million, 25 goals in 35 games, certainly knows where the net is going by video of him. Could surely do a job for us. Mentioned on here about a couple of Serbian CB's, 24/ 25years old, internationalists, one was just under 2metres in height. We've had a few good eastern block player do well at our club, why not try and get a few more.
