Interesting one this. Seems to be gaining traction fast. I've seen a fee of £2.5m quoted, but also read recently that some Sheffield Wed players have handed their notice in at the club as they are allowed to do due to being paid late / not paid for a few months in a row.

It's bit like me saying i'm going for jobby and telling others you might come to the toilet with me cause you "never said no". Not in the know at all, but clued up with these high profile journos. I said Davide got the job last week. Modric wants to play 2026 in U.S world cup. He just bought a house in Wales. He's the co-owner of Swansea football club. It is a possibility that he could do a season at RFC. Haven't heard about it since today though, in the fake UK news, so I don't think he'll join us. He was on 10 million a year though, so money isn't an issue.
I heard that Davide will be unveiled the first week in June. Como in Italy wanted him, but champions league challenge and the atmosphere is what pulled him to us. He likes the club when we beat real Madrid in the friendly a few years ago. The takeover is the thing slowing everything down. I think next week, it will all be clear.

It was a way to explaining the kind of conversations Davide can have, as he has access to players that hugely respect him

Clement is determined to get us back where we belong. I trust him still but he needs backed. These 2 windows are vital as we have seen we don't have the depth. That's why we've struggled away cause the unfortunate rotations and bans. These players are adapting to playing this many games. A lot of them look absolutely dead on feet after 60 mins but they'll adapt. Look how the elite top level players of Newcastle bombed with the extra games despite being far better players. It's about building the experience in a young squad. These results are actually vital experience for the players, feeling the pain of defeat and bouncing back. Success will come if we're a little more patient. I think it'll come sooner than most think too.
