Just announced an hour ago.

2.) 16 Aug 2019 08:12:50
Can anyone explain why they think this is a positive acquisition?

3.) 16 Aug 2019 10:14:45
gp - - SG thinks it is - so that's good enough for me!

4.) 16 Aug 2019 10:16:57
Only 30, premiership winner in 2016 and a tidy player. Stevie wanted 2 players for each position in the midfield and now has that. Long hard season ahead, what's not to like? And the fact that Rodgers loaned him to a (in his words) "fantastic club" is also a plus as it winds up the gargoyles 😁😁.

5.) 16 Aug 2019 10:22:23
gp he is a top professional and won the premier league with leiscter simple.

6.) 16 Aug 2019 12:56:12
I don’t mind him coming in at all because it’s another quality player. The two things that worry me are
1. I sincerely hope there is not a clause saying he has to play “x” amount of games. We seen what happened with Worrall.
2. Since it’s the last year of his contract at Leicester and Rodgers is their manager, I can see this being some sort of a deal where Alfie goes to them in January (as coops mentioned in a newer post)

7.) 16 Aug 2019 13:47:25
They offer 20-25 for Callum mcgregor but only wanty give uz 17 for Alfredo persons.

8.) 16 Aug 2019 16:48:20
King is a great wee loan signing for us. Pretty sure he’s in the last year of his contract so if all goes well it may become permanent.

9.) 16 Aug 2019 23:09:45
Prefer one with his mrs 😝😝.

10.) 16 Aug 2019 23:17:51
and signed. I got a pic of that.

11.) 16 Aug 2019 23:21:28
Hes a tidy footballer isn't scared of hard graft and is a winner everything we want and expect from our players.

I hope we go in today with as strong a squad as possible. Don't take anything for granted. Let's get the job done and hopefully have a great performance and result.

The McCoist stand. In honour of the greatest ever Ranger!

C_of_Ibrox.

1.) 17 Aug 2019 21:32:16
Hes not the greatest ever ranger though.

2.) 17 Aug 2019 21:39:25
Wouldn't argue with that, as a player and also his devotion when we hit rock bottom.

3.) 17 Aug 2019 21:48:49
Now that’s a proper suggestion. A true legend.

4.) 17 Aug 2019 22:54:38
He was/ is Paul. There's nobody will ever come close in my eyes. I am glad I am old enough to remember every single goal that broke Tim hearts!

5.) 17 Aug 2019 22:57:14
I agree, McCoist is a legend but is not the greatest ever Ranger.

6.) 17 Aug 2019 23:11:32
I thought john greig already had that title? . Each to there own opinion tho.

7.) 18 Aug 2019 00:26:25
Coisty was the one thread of continuity in the dark years, it was like a one man ship. He wasn't a great manager, but he would not let it sink, and on top of that one of our finest strikers to boot.

8.) 18 Aug 2019 09:16:12
Yeah I’d agree with that, let’s recognise the guy who took £850k a year to manage us in the third division. They once he was sacked, still took his £850k pay off.

Not a chance, loved him as a player, loved his goals, hated what he done post liquidation.

9.) 18 Aug 2019 09:46:50
Bill Struth, was the greatest Ranger. Bowler hat and all.

10.) 18 Aug 2019 11:19:18
Yes rock . plus slated green until he got his thousands of shares and mysteriously backed him overnight . John Greg walked out and didn’t accept a penny.

11.) 18 Aug 2019 13:03:27
SRK, Mols Have to agree with both off your comments regarding McCoist, I remember when he first came to Rangers from Sunderland he struggled big time, But once he found his feet He was a great goal scorer, Scored many Important goals for us, Especially against THEM, But as a manager he was 🐕💩, And took Rangers for a ride financially, He went down in my estimations massively 😡Anyway all the best to the Famous today. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇦🇺.

12.) 18 Aug 2019 14:00:09
Honestly guys, I wouldn’t hear a bad word about him as a player, loved the guy and I really wanted him to succeed as our manager. I just can’t accept he’s a true legend after what happened. I’d have paid Rangers to let me manage them!

13.) 18 Aug 2019 14:38:33
McCoist not a true legend. The Tims and Lennon are rubbing of on you lads. I am having none of that. He is and forever shall be, the greatest man to belong to our club. Case closed your honour!

14.) 18 Aug 2019 15:29:53
C of Ibrox. So what You are saying. He was worth the 850 thousand a year he collected as The Rangers Manager, Have a wurd wi yurself Son, The greatest Ranger will Always be John Greig, Case closed. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇦🇺.

A really solid job done tonight with a couple of really good performances. A big positive for me is that I felt if we had to, we couldve stepped it up a gear. You can really see this team starting to grow and it's fantastic. I think we will be really hard side to beat this year. Keep it up Rangers 👏.

Every single one of them will be watching our game tonight in the sheer hope that we get beat. If they think we have been unbearable these past couple of days then what is it going to be like the day the league title flag flys back at Ibrox? We will make their lives hell and it will be a sight to behold. Their tears will be sweeter than a 5 sugar tea!

Wouldn't want a striker that thought he might be 3rd choice anyway mate. I would only want a striker that was confident he could come in and be in with a chance of being number 1.

Ricksen as a player was not a legend. His illness made him that? Can't believe I have just read that to be honest!
