Watched the game yesterday. Saw a few signs of hope in another dour draw. Maybe four or five players I would actually keep for next year. I was actually impressed that Dean Shields got a start, and a little further impressed with his play. He covered more ground than four or five others have all year. I hope McCall keeps blooding more of the youngsters.

Aye I thought Shiels did ok as well. I hope he gets a run as he's a clever player who can score goals as well as operate well in the hole behind the strikers

Glad to see this wretched boards' time is almost up. However I think we are maybe giving too much of the credit to King and almost seem to forget about the PTL team. They for me were the first to come out and put their money on the table. let's not forget them and their efforts to get rid of debacle of a board.

craig gordon makes frank haffey look good doug t.s.o

2.) Canadian blue we have ally to thank for not signing the 10million pound goalkeeper lol, maybe he can stop some shots, but anything coming at him near the ground wow, he can't get down and about at ground level.maybe something to do with the knee injury he got eh.

3.) Simonsen is by far a better keeper isn't he!! lol

4.) Matelot at least we admit our keeper is a puddin.

Another terrible display to-day. However stop blaming McDowall, he's been told what to do by this horrible board. He has been put in an untenable position and has been blamed, unfairly, in my opinion for the shambles that has been created by this board. Roll on the EGM, I know where my proxy vote will be going.

That's all well n good mate but the thing that gets me is no matter who we play we don't even look as fit as the opponents. The call themselves professional coaches and players well the first thing they should be is fit. For instance Wallace and Foster used to have real pace, its not there any more. Is that through poor fitness or lack of effort? Either way its unprofessional, it won't stop them lifting their professional wages. If any of us worked for a company in trouble and displayed the same attitude, would we still be there? Or sacked?
The running of the business no matter how poorly run is nothing to do with them, the players n coaches, they are so called professionals so its time they lived up to their job title and huge salaries.

2.) Cmon. he put a boy on for daly. and he follows that up by puttin a player that hasn't played foe weeks on. and he lookin overweight.

he is clueless

3.) I agree with what you are saying, too a point. I honestly believe that with every poor decision McDowall makes, he is sticking two fingers high in the air for this board to see. He's saying to them "if you think it is OK for you lot to rape this club every week, then us underlings will do the same thing until you are gone" Just an opinion!

4.) Rm ranger fosters lack of speed is down to his age.

5.) How is this not McDowall's fault. You didn't need to be Columbo to realise that if you play the same players as Ally, the same formation and the same tactics wouldn't you expect the same results that got Ally sacked for? He doesn't want to be there and it's quite clear him and the players have downed tools

6.) Canadianblue: Do you seriously think McDowell is trying to spite the board? Well we would all be better off without him, we have enough grief without a manager deliberately inviting problems.

7.) Okay let's put Kenny on gardening and give the job to durie who will do the exact same great idea.

8.) @scojo
You are missing the point, we would definitely be better off without the board.

McCall has to play the players he was given. Not his fault McCoist left him with a defense that would be best served in a Swiss cheese shop. If we stay down in the championship, get rid of the dead weight and high earners who are not actually earning what they are being paid, then maybe McCall can do a good rebuilding job for next year. let's face it we would be ripped to shreds in the premiership with this lot. Staying down may not be the worst thing to happen to us.

What Ally actually said was "this is Rangers, We don't do walking away" I and the rest of you are proof of that. WE haven't walked away from OUR team. It is a quote that we will use from now until the end of time.
