1.) 01 Apr 2020 13:42:58
You've literally made all of that up.

2.) 01 Apr 2020 14:21:59
Rfcrb1872, i guess its got a lot to do with today's date, but yeah you could be right, lol.

3.) 01 Apr 2020 14:10:46
I thought it was just kids and the media that still did April fool's.

4.) 01 Apr 2020 15:33:28
Well Painterman ah might be both!

5.) 01 Apr 2020 19:14:14
@paul I did forget the date, wasn't april fools cancelled this year!

6.) 01 Apr 2020 20:30:57
Why post such nonsense? Your only making a fool of yourself. I understand you may be bored but get a grip !

7.) 02 Apr 2020 22:42:18
The stuck,it was only meant as a bit of fun, lighting up pal.

8.) 03 Apr 2020 13:14:03
Glad someone else has a sense of humour, Stuck you’ve made yourself look a right numpty.

30 Mar 2020 14:54:43
So twitter rumour posted to me that both Real and Barcelona are after Nuno Santo of Wolves with Wolves wanting Stevie G as replacement by means of an 'offer he can't refuse" whether that's money or not I don't know
Maybe?

CarbolicGerrard

1.) 30 Mar 2020 16:13:27
Carbolicgerrard, i can't see gerrard leaving rangers for wolves, mate, no europe no nowt if we are being honest.

2.) 30 Mar 2020 18:39:52
Paulellen, never say never as Brenda couldn’t wait to get away from goldfish bowl. If Stevie went another season without a trophy maybe his job offers might be limited?

3.) 30 Mar 2020 19:33:33
no Europe Paul.

Wolves cld still win Europa league mate 🤣.

4.) 30 Mar 2020 22:00:02
No Europe? With City banned they could easily end up in top 5 and qualify for Champions league or win the UEFA cup this season and qualify for Champions league or at worst they are on course for another crack at Europa.

5.) 30 Mar 2020 23:24:26
Paul can’t believe u think he would not leave to go to premiership . there league against europa league no contest.

6.) 31 Mar 2020 02:43:03
not sure he would want to be seen as some type of journeyman manager either. would wolves be his Dortmund. don't think so. proving grounds aside not sure better than rangers available yet.

7.) 31 Mar 2020 09:24:59
He has unfinished business with us. Personally I don’t want him to leave but it seems plenty on here would be over the moon and heaven forbid we would end up with some mediocre journeyman for a manager.

8.) 31 Mar 2020 09:44:31
No Europe, no nowt?, quite bizarre how little some people actually know about Europe innit .
Not only are Wolves a massive club in possibly the biggest richest league in the world, they’re also in the midst of a fantastic Europe campaign and without the lurgy would be fighting for champions leagu next season.

It’s true what people think of some football fans.

9.) 31 Mar 2020 12:10:06
Yately, in my opinion Gerrard would only consider moving to liverpool, or a big euro team, barca, real, etc, and none of them will be sniffing around Gerrard just now, as he has not proven himself in management yet.

10.) 31 Mar 2020 13:02:50
Trev, yea i was forgetting that, but it doesn't happen often for them, mate, but good luck to them.

11.) 01 Apr 2020 07:57:43
Not happening often for them is because they are in the most competitive football in the world apart fro pool and city, rangers and celtic would give everything up to play in their league, get a grip mate.

12.) 01 Apr 2020 14:00:23
Tottom, of course we would love to joing the english premier, and if we are going to get a change of league, now would be the perfect time for leagues to be restructured, english or european league is what i'd like, but life doesn't work like that, so much confidence i have in wolves winning european league, eh, i will give you odds they don't win the champions league.

13.) 01 Apr 2020 17:01:36
So will the bookies mate, and they will give you even bigger odds on rangers, your getting sillier pal.

14.) 01 Apr 2020 17:03:23
You obviously have no idea how big wolves are and could easily be.

15.) 03 Apr 2020 11:00:26
Tomtom to be perfectly honest you're right mate, i have no idea about wolves cause i don't have any interest in what they are doing mate, seriously.

18 Mar 2020 12:03:55
So rumours suggest Hagi wants to leave for a more "high profile" league
Would you want to keep/ buy him for next/ this season onwards?

CarbolicGerrard

1.) 18 Mar 2020 12:22:19
I don't believe much of what is written in the media about our players, how do they know what he wants? They are just trying to unsettle us,

2.) 18 Mar 2020 12:50:08
I have written before Hagi not suited for our game, spend money elsewhere.

3.) 18 Mar 2020 14:15:13
I agree John!

4.) 18 Mar 2020 15:16:48
Hagi and his agent have denied any truth to the rumour.

5.) 18 Mar 2020 15:34:06
Get Hagi signed now no brainer.

6.) 18 Mar 2020 15:42:49
Correct john.

7.) 18 Mar 2020 15:57:52
ive got to point i don't read the crap about us now. odds are its been written by haters.

8.) 18 Mar 2020 16:49:03
I’m not a hater but would certainly not sign hagi.

9.) 18 Mar 2020 17:41:15
The lad is on loan from the Belgian league. Cracking international side but hardly a great league. I'd sign him up, only player in the squad with a little piece of genius in the locker and always looks for a forward pass.

10.) 18 Mar 2020 17:55:44
For 5mill tho snell?

11.) 18 Mar 2020 19:13:13
I see him as better value than Kent at seven mate I won't lie. We said for months we need a touch of class and someone who fits in the number 10 role. On evidence so far I'd say five mill is worth it aye.

12.) 18 Mar 2020 21:59:43
Never 5mil.

13.) 19 Mar 2020 00:09:44
Paul86, I've noticed you are prone to a bit of exaggeration when it suits your argument. Everyone else knows the price is £4m which will not be paid as a lump sum, so I think it's a real bargain for a young boy with his talent. He'll be a star one day and I hope it's with us.

14.) 19 Mar 2020 00:13:52
Snell, i agree with you mate, paul, i thought it was 4 million mate, worth it either way,

15.) 19 Mar 2020 09:25:36
He is young with great technical ability and Vision and is only going to get better as he adapts to physicality of our game. Price agreed at €5m which is £4m roughly.
Definite potential to sell on for profit further down the line, one of our better performers in 2020.

16.) 19 Mar 2020 09:39:24
yeah, 4 mil is a steal, if he wants to come. he might feel the league doesn't suit him too much tho. too many hammer throwers imo for a tech player, but he does at least keep coming and doesn't hide.

17.) 19 Mar 2020 14:08:07
The covenanter the price quoted at the start was 5mill euros.

18.) 19 Mar 2020 15:00:16
Paul86, do you usually quote in euros? Nobody else in the UK does.

19.) 19 Mar 2020 16:12:53
If that's the price in the paper yes. i don't then go on google and get an exchange rate 😂.

20.) 19 Mar 2020 19:27:40
I’d sign him but only if we are going to play him behind the striker. He’s not a winger. Sign him with the promise of a release fee and I’m sure he will come.

21.) 19 Mar 2020 21:11:49
What paper was that in, Paul86, a European one? Because every British paper gives any euros figure with its Sterling equivalent, no need for google, just an ability to read.

08 Mar 2020 08:45:29
Sunday Post main headlines are about organised match fixing and betting from a top-flight coach and former player. Who's that then and how deep does it go?

CarbolicGerrard

1.) 08 Mar 2020 09:24:07
Cant see the article Carbolic. Can you post a link?

2.) 08 Mar 2020 14:31:38
Ex Hamilton player now retired, not sure I can say who it is though.

3.) 08 Mar 2020 14:44:23
Papers now running with it, Dougie Imrie.

4.) 08 Mar 2020 19:24:54
Wee dougie din it.

Rumours flying around of Bazza and Sir Walter as Tech Director to be interim till end of season.

CarbolicGerrard

1.) 01 Mar 2020 21:07:16
I'm a Barry fan but remind me who he is managing at the moment?

2.) 01 Mar 2020 21:34:21
Looks in . sighs. then leaves thread!

3.) 01 Mar 2020 22:12:27
NRD you can roll your eyes and give my rumour posts a miss as you wish, no one is forcing you. Rumours are not something always based on objective evidence, I pass on in case someone does want to see what is being banded around, comprendez? Rumour site?

4.) 01 Mar 2020 22:17:35
Geronimo, believe it’s Kelty Hearts atm, again I’m not necessarily agreeing with it but it’s been sent to me and I like grass through a cow it passes through my system to you guys.

5.) 02 Mar 2020 13:19:08
This isn't a rumour, this is fantasy bordering on hallucination.

6.) 02 Mar 2020 14:41:45
We need to start by beating Hamilton and trying to go on a run of league wins. That means we need to get behind the team - the end of the season is the time for recriminations. If we can win the four or five games before the split (which would include beating them) who knows how they’ll react. They’ve got nine league games to play and, barring a late push from Kilmarnock into the top six, they’ve six games to play against the three teams to have taken points from them this season. If (and it’s a big if) we can get to the split within six points maximum who knows how they’ll react.

7.) 02 Mar 2020 17:33:29
Nice one hoof 👍 stranger things have happened as they are certainly not invincible.

8.) 02 Mar 2020 18:49:42
No there isn’t “CarbolicGerrard”. You’ve made this up pal.

9.) 02 Mar 2020 20:23:44
CG if I got that sent to me in a WhatsApp I’d immediately delete it instead of putting it on a forum and making a fool of myself. i'm all for rumours but that is just guff. Try and justify it if you wish but if you remotely believed that then you are pretty gullible. Think of what you are writing here. Barry Ferguson . Kellty Hearts manager to Rangers!

At home with the kids and with all the stress and despair going on just now, turned to YouTube to look at the best bits of Mols and Hammer. Looking at them Play is breathtaking and what they would be worth now to both team and transfer money.

CarbolicGerrard

1.) 23 Mar 2020 11:57:28
Ahh Michael mols . if it hadn’t been for that big German keeper he could have been one of the best Europe had ever seen 👍cheers CG.

2.) 23 Mar 2020 14:43:33
big bad oliver khan and did the diddy.

12 Mar 2020 12:13:05
Has there been any statement from club to say if game is on tonight. Just been told there's a good chance it will be postponed by UEFA?

CarbolicGerrard

1.) 12 Mar 2020 12:28:36
No statement yet but its just came up on SSN that uefa are considering postponement of the Europa League and the Champions League.

My wee girl has cystic fibrosis and is very vulnerable to this. Even if the game is on tonight I think i'll stay away.

2.) 12 Mar 2020 12:55:37
Good idea mate.

3.) 12 Mar 2020 12:55:57
Best to keep wee one safe at home mate

Is game tonight in danger i'm planning to go to pub soon😑😑😑.

4.) 12 Mar 2020 13:09:55
Love to the little bearette. Can't imagine how tough it would be living with the condition mate. I have heard lots of people taking the piss about covid-19 but for families like yourself it must be very worrying. All the best mate.

5.) 12 Mar 2020 13:57:35
Game on. Meeting on tuesday to discuss what happens to champions league and europa league.

6.) 12 Mar 2020 13:58:03
Game on!

04 Mar 2020 21:17:46
This sequence of bad results is giving me flashbacks to early eighties, poor poor.

CarbolicGerrard

1.) 04 Mar 2020 21:27:12
Get ready for Theswagman, AS1974 and all if things stay the same especially the way the Livi game is going.

2.) 04 Mar 2020 21:35:46
Pathetic and disgraceful.

3.) 04 Mar 2020 21:38:53
Aye and totally justified. Manger is blameless, all the players fault - oh wait. He signed the players!

03 Mar 2020 21:30:05
First time I've seen Doc play for Hibs and to be honest if that is his normal game he's not anywhere near what we need.

CarbolicGerrard

1.) 03 Mar 2020 22:48:19
Have only been sayin this since the day he signed for us.

2.) 04 Mar 2020 08:49:29
Aye the brilliant, wonderful, amazing Docherty couldn’t help an inform Hibs beat the bottom of the league Hearts so why would he have been in any better in an out of form Rangers side?

3.) 04 Mar 2020 09:50:41
That bottom of the league side have beat Rangers twice in the past month and a half.

03 Mar 2020 18:55:02
So chances of getting Billy Gilmour on loan next season? Improvement on what's served up now?

CarbolicGerrard

1.) 03 Mar 2020 19:23:18
Not for me, lad did not want to play for us.
I’d rather Kelly given a chance.

2.) 03 Mar 2020 19:46:39
Im with you john25. i'd rather give our own youngsters a shot. That said young Billy Gilmour won't be going anywhere on loan. Lampard loves him and he has a massive future at Chelsea. Looking forward to seeing him tonight.

3.) 03 Mar 2020 19:54:55
Billy gilmour would be a tremendous loan signing IF we could get him. I honestly think he'd be out of our reach. He's already a tremendous midfielder who will get better and better. Chelsea most definitely done their homework on young gilmour and knew exactly what they were getting with this very talented young man.

4.) 03 Mar 2020 20:01:41
no chance he will be allowed . just been watching the first 10 minutes and he looks a natural.

5.) 03 Mar 2020 20:09:07
1st 25 mins he has been pure class.

6.) 03 Mar 2020 20:14:13
Keep hearing great things about the boy Kelly, look forward to seeing him in first team squad next season.

7.) 03 Mar 2020 20:15:28
Just at Bridge and Gilmour playing lovely game. Came to me if he was still ger wouldn't be getting first team football but in Chelsea first team within season. He ain't coming back but still looks as if his mither cuts hair!

8.) 03 Mar 2020 20:32:02
Not wasted a pass yet.

9.) 03 Mar 2020 20:37:24
😂😂😂His barnet is a cracker millerbrandwilson but what a performance from that young man in the first half. he's 18 and looks like he's been playing at that standard for years.

10.) 03 Mar 2020 21:41:10
Man of the match tonight. Unbelievable performance!

You know when I went through similar with wife, labour that is not the keeping it zipped up, it affected my work as well. Just an observed opinion.

So the country is in crisis. People are dying in agony. People are losing jobs, homes and sanity. Clubs are in dire straits and no one knows what the future holds for the Premiership. And you are spouting trivial posts on what a player would be worth. Jeez man get the priorities right!

Totally agree. Davis must know that he gone as a full season top player - had a great career and will always be held with respect. Morelos needs a different scene to save his dream of international saviour
Kamara needs to go, too inconsistent for me at this level.

Kamberi is a motivational player and needs to play in remaining games
The sooner Helander comes back the better for the team and my blood pressure
This team tonight is what we should aspire to, the weren’t at top gear but still showed how to play fast efficient football I would happily pay top rate to see.
