He appears to be a good young player but unfortunately it is only a 6 month loan and then he is back to United and we are back to square one! Wilson's transfer business has been abysmal this year and generally poor since he arrived. Very few of his acquisitions are first team regulars, generally squad players at best!

I agree BB I thought when Wilson came in our recruitment would be vastly improved but so far jury out on a number of recent additions we need to be getting more right than wrong especially as we have a big rebuild this summer.

I really hope there is a perm signing a creative midfielder before window closes.

I didn't want to comment until I got the full SP, but as some on here will already know, my son in law and his brother are season ticket holders at Old Trafford and have good connections. tavs, I am hearing the same from folks in Manchester. My problem is that it is a six month deal. In the summer the chances are that we will lose Davis. There is no guarantee that Jack will make a permanent recovery from injury. Lundstram just hasn't the right mentality, we have been desperate for a permanent quality right winger for years. Other than Morelos we really don't have a quality striker that we can rely on to be fit, and all we are seeing this Season are second rate signings that are squad players at best. We need to be signing quality and if we believe the Board we have money to spend. I just don't believe that Wilson has the ability to bring in quality players that can walk into our first team and make a genuine difference, not just until the end of this Season but for the next three or four seasons.

Hagi is an asset but we've yet to find his best position imo he could be played more central as he's not enough pace out on the right.

Haggis best position is without doubt as a number 10 behind a main striker with 2 players wide of him and 2 midfielders doing the leg work. It’s whether he can nail down that spot as aribo is likely got that nailed down.

Think that role for hagi would make sense if we had a fully fit jack to do the donkey work in midfield but with lundstrum so poor and aribo away it makes more sense to push hagi right and shore up midfield. I would however like us to be a little more brave and give sakala more game time along with Kent and Morelos in front three.
