Besiktas have a contractual right over Weghorst’s employment over the next few months. so the compensation fee would be paid for that “right” so they would be entitled to a fee.

We should only be paying what we think a player is worth to us. Would be great to get all the players mentioned but we all need our club to be on a solid footing.
We were all delighted to see players coming through the door in the last few days. Give them time to see what happens. It is progressing, you never know we might all be surprised.

Delighted to hear that Ofoborh has been cleared to start pre-season training. With the rumours about Aribo, Kamara etc potentially creating interest down south, we need all the options we can get in midfield. Here’s hoping for a few additions.
