Am I the only one who is sick of Millers post defeat comments. He talks is if he wasn't involved yet he is usually one of the main contributors to us losing. He is now a constant in a team that has seen off McCoust, McDowall, McCall, Warburton, Caixinhs and probably now Murty! Time to take a look in the mirror Kenny, you and the rest of the so called stalwarts are the ones who are guilty of consistently letting Rangers, your Managers and our support down. Cut out the 'that wasn't good enough for Rangers' shite after every bad result (which you are generally a part of) and bloody do something about it. Stop taking the fans for mugs and either play up or shut up.

good post mate wait till you see how many hi disagree button, they can't see past their own noses as far as miller is concerned, also pedro must have had a reason to try and and blow him out

2.) 19 Nov 2017 15:58:06
millers the past not the future, he should be bit part. if herrar don't cut it at least give hardy the job.

3.) 20 Nov 2017 14:07:11
All this Hardie nonsense.
He has yet to show ANYTHING to suggest he is the answer, in our strip, or Raith, or Dumbarton or St Mirren.

Kenny shouldn't be playing every week, I agree, but the squad if so bereft of talent that he is playing, and we have to play with the cards that our former "manager" has dealt us.

De Boer was 27 points behind PSV when Ajax let him go. He then moved to Inter and won 6 games and was let go after 3 months. Be careful what you wish for - he would want a significant transfer kitty

Eldersliebear, Ajax finished 5 points off Feyenoord when De Boer left. 2014/ 15 he finished a massive 17 points behind PSV, but then again PSV had an incredible season, only losing 4 games and drawing just one. Inter was a difficult one, he had to adapt to the league, he genuinely needed time which he didn't get. De boer could be a very good manager at Rangers. Also Ajax never let him go, he left Ajax.

2.) 13 Feb 2017 12:56:08
Sorry not behind Feyenoord. a mere 2 points behind PSV. so not exactly a bad season.

3.) 13 Feb 2017 12:58:20
Also won 4 titles in a row first manger in Eredivisie to do so. it was 17 points and ajax didn't sack him he left. Time at inter wasn't great but you can't sack someone 3 months into a job. Every manager goes through tough times and things don't work out.

4.) 13 Feb 2017 23:46:48
lets get real for a second whoever comes in will want a transfer kitty so they can at least compete with celtic as if they don't get close to celtic they will be chased from the ibrox hot seat

Why did Warburton let Hardie go to Raith whilst he doesn't have a replacement for Garner?

Eldersliebear

1.) 06 Jan 2017 14:53:02
Because he is clueless.
Paying £1.8 mil for Garner as a goalscorer tells you that

2.) 06 Jan 2017 16:26:17
If you mean someone who plays up front and centre, we have Waghorn, Miller and Dodoo - and maybe also O'Halloran - all in front of Hardie. If you mean someone who is a non-scoring headless chicken, then Hardie still isn't the answer. Seriously though, Hardie is nowhere near ready for a run in the first team.

3.) 06 Jan 2017 17:50:31
I find it hard to believe that these young players are not considered worthy of a shot at the first team when you consider some of the players that are given a game week in week out.

We will struggle to secure second place if we do not bring in players of some quality in January and retain MOH and Crooks, both of who, IMO, should be in the team ahead of Waghorn and Halliday.

Right now we are a Premier League Club with too many Championship players.

Without an influx of investment, (and it won't come from King)!, or the promotion of some decent quality youngsters then we will soon be going backwards!

4.) 06 Jan 2017 20:58:23
Warbs should at least be putting on the youngsters he has on the bench if we find ourselves at least 3 ahead with 20-25mins to go! Not sure who we've been putting in the squad tho but if they've shown enough to get in the squad then do it anxious let the fans see through youth coming through! What do u think Bears?

5.) 07 Jan 2017 08:51:23
Andy1872

3 ahead with 25 mins to go? Your dreaming mate to my knowledge we have only scored 3 goals once in the league in 20 games

If Morelos goes - and if the bid is truly circa £7M he should - let's not scour the globe, why not just go for a tried and tested scorer e. g. Louis Moult - hasn't scored yet for Preston but would absolutely be a regular scorer in this league for us

Whilst I do think Naismith would strengthen our squad, I also believe he owes the Rangers support a full apology for his past behaviour. As I recall, Rangers paid Naismith handsomely for a long period during which he was injured. He could easily have moved on whilst (like Steve Davis) securing a fee for Rangers who really needed it at the time. However, he chose no to and I'm sure that was to his benefit financially. To now 'supposedly' offer to play for free seems to indicate his mind-set is still all about the 'money'. Yes, playing for free would be a great gesture but first and foremost, man up and admit that the way you departed was unfair on both club and support and apologise unreservedly, only maybe then will the Rangers support be prepared to accept him back. If not, then no thanks.

Unless Rangers are incredibly naïve, good business sense dictates that they surely must have sounded McInnes out and received a positive response prior to going public? This would suggest McInnes has changed his mind and hung Rangers out to dry. No loss there then, he was never my preferred option and I believe Murty deserves to continue until the end of the season. This might just galvanize the team to give him a 110% every week. Re the Rangers Board and its lack of business nonce and credibility, not sure we can fix that quickly but a good start would be to get well rid of James Traynor - Walter Smith would have already kicked his arse all the way down Edmiston Drive if he was still our Manager. The man is both poison and inept.

How many Rangers managers has our captain saw off the premises? More than any other Rangers Captain in history I'd bet. How many trophies has our current captain won? Less than any other Gers captain in history I'd bet. Sure, he has attributes, but defending, leading and winning trophies aren't any of them. I fear with Tavernier and Barisic at Full Backs, we will win nothing again this season and Beale will end up another casualty on our Captains list. Time to change captain and get full backs who can defend and wingers who can attack.

Ryan Kent has contributed absolutely nothing all game. A complete and utter imposter. We leave him on the whole game in the 'hope'he will do something, but in truth he usually doesn't. A non-event.

I was disgusted by the absolute lack of effort, aggression and application shown by Lundstram and Kamara. If they can't get up for this game, then they are no use to Rangers. They both stank the place out. Beale should have changed midfield sooner. I was surprised when he took Morelos off as he was starting to get some joy and was nowhere near the worst on the park. Sakala, well where do you start, all effort, no composure, can't stay on-side, basic stuff. A bad day for Rangers, Celtic weren't great, but once again they didn't have to be.

How many managers will that be that captain calamity, TVernier, has seen off now. 5, 6? Beginning to look like he is the common denominator. Celtic lost to Copenhagen and Brown came out and faced the flak on tv interview. Where's our captain? Hiding in the dressing room. Get shot of him, Greig, Gough, Fergus on, Butcher must crunge.
