{Ed001's Note - very good young player, but he is only young and needs experience. The issue is that he is probably too good for the SPFL and any move back there could end up stifling him, rather than helping him. But he does need first team football and he is not going to get much of that at Liverpool right now.
I have no idea if you are likely to loan to buy him nor what fee. It would be a surprise if he was sold though, Robertson is not getting any younger and has been picking up more injuries in recent seasons. Chambers has not impressed in his chances, so Beck is right now looking clear third choice, even though Gomez is covering there well right now it is not his position.}

I heard it just a loan not sure about any buying clause. What I heard was that he thought he would get on against Fulham and didn't so wants to move to get game time. Seemingly Celtic were interested but his representatives have made contact with Rangers regarding a move and he prefers us to them.

I want to start by saying I really like the look of this play but Liverpool have been difficult to deal with in respect of fees I feel we are daft to go for these players if they are still under a long term contract premier league youth are selling at crazy fees right now and I don’t want another Kent or Davies over inflated fee
7million for Kent really was stupid in hindsight and money spent on Davies who didn’t really kick a ball for Liverpool was reckless spending especially for a player they got for nothing.

We got greedy, aswell as stevie G. It wanting to break up his team, we lost 30m between Alfredo and Kent, and could’ve prob got more for kamara a year prior aswell.
A lot of bad funicular management in terms of knocking back transfers, if indeed the bids did happen.

At the time we loaned Kent from Liverpool he just came back from a failed loan and wasn’t doing anything beck is doing well his fee is likely to be high are you comfortable with another 7 million type fee for beck?

Grealish was older when then 18 when he started to do well. Kane bombed at Norwich on loan. I am glad you have nothing to do with signing players at rangers.

I believe that Kent was a good acquisition from Liverpool and he was certainly instrumental in us winning the league. The fact that he cost us £7m and Liverpool built in a good sell on clause tends to indicate the while he might not have been seen as good enough to make the grade Liverpool did see him as a good young player with potential that had come through their Academy.
Davies was a whole different ballgame. He was brought in as cover by Liverpool when they had significant injury problems and at their level was a cheap option. As far as I am aware he never had a competitive game for the first team although I stand to be corrected. For us to pay £4m for him was sheer madness and yet again highlights how poor our Scouting has been under the previous Regime.

It was more against what the Ed said in his opinion that he's too good for scottish football and if that was the case he wouldn't have been sent here to dundee simple as that. It's now time for Clement to go, i know he is having to cut the wages, but the team are getting worse, its the lowest points total since 74, we have one of the lowest away goals in the league and he can't beat Celtic. The players should be beating these teams regardless of the circumstances so it's down to tactics. At the time i wanted muscat as he knows the league and played for Rangers, also he has won titles in different countries and plays attacking football. Think his contract is up soon and he would be able to identify players from the Asian market.

Can someone explain why that was not a penalty, at the time i thought it was and i can't understand the rules, the Celtic player was sliding in on our player who tried to have a shot, why was a foul given if anything they made contact with the rangers player. Why did the ref not blow for a free kick at the time.

I don't understand the abuse Dessers gets, he scored 22 goals and had to play nearly every game due to injuries. He did miss chances like every striker does, look at Ally he missed his fair share, he gave everything with his work rate and scored a lot of important goals, if he goes he will be missed. I think the abuse he got was terrible at times, and if he moves wish him all the best.

No one on here will ever criticise his application, work rate or attitude.
But he is a shocking finisher. He missed several chances last season that was actually harder to miss!
I’m n the game against Ross County which was one of the ones that cost us the title, he hit it out the stadium from 8 yards! Think about that. Not over the bar - Out the stadium. A worse finisher you won’t find.
He’s he did score goals but most of those come off his back, the back of his head or his shin.
Sorry but he’s awful, and if he had spent £4M on Shankland in January we could have made £40M from the champions League. Now it’s unlikely that we’ll even qualify.
