Sturridge is a different level to anyone we’ve had up here in a while (Defoe obv a bit older now) if he’s over the worst of his injury issues it’s a no Brainer even if he would sign a years deal I’d be delighted. Him n Fredo would be a dream partnership! Really hope Fredo stays one more year aswell!

R1 he doesn't have injury issues. That's missing the point entirely and you and your Sturridge pals need to catch a wake up. Firmino has kept him out of the team quite rightly and Sturridge looking pi. ed off on the bench.
When he does come on he contributes nothing. I accept that we're all entitled to opinions on this page and don't need abuse in return. Sturridge is not the answer.

Lee Bowyer can deride our league and top two as much as he wants in this instance these comments are purely self serving in so much he gets far less money by Aribo coming to us than he would have staying in England that's bottom line
It's not just about football can these guys who come to Rangers and Celtic cope with the pressure of playing in front of 50/ 60k every other week where two defeats is a crisis where you almost dare not lose so it's a character exercise as well look over years good players who wilted in that pressure so before you spout crap Lee look at overall picture and at least be honest this deal financially didn't suit you.

Correct ibrox, these arrogant fans, managers, club chairman etc of mediocre clubs down south will never get near to being of the stature of Rangers and Celtic. They can't handle it when a player rejects them for either us or celtic. If rangers and celtic had the same money from tv deals as the eng prem do we'd be up there with liverpool and man utd and we would easily blow the rest of the wee diddy clubs out the water. Club size we stand next to liverpool and man utd, no other clubs get near us. Tv deals have made the rest what they are. The reason they don't want us or celtic in the prem is because they know we'd take their european spots in the league.

Bowyer nose is out of joint because he was most likely relying on Aribo being sold to another English club to maximise transfer budget. Would not of been surprised if Aribo had signed a new contract at Charlton, he would of been sold this summer regardless at higher price.

Can you not just give the boy a chance before slaughtering him for not being good enough? As I've said before I'll take the opinions of our management team over anyone posting on here in regards to signings, we had the embarrassing situation yesterday of people saying Sturridge not good enough for us? I know it's all about opinion but we need to give people a chance in the jersey but to say a player of Sturridges pedigree isn't his enough for us well I despair.
