Martin Bjørnbak 26 year old Norwegian playing for Bodo/ gliMt I know nothing about him and juSt repeating what I saw on Twitter it's a rumour so just thought I'd share it with you guys I hAve no idea how good the guy is he's uncapped though for a small nation like Norway I'd of thought at 26 if he had something about him he would at least have a cap so doubt this one my self.

In Norway he's known as a solid straightforward defender who loves a battle, nothing fancy just gets stuck in, good in the air too.
I've only seen him a couple of times so not exactly an extensive report but could be a good bargain for us if it works out.

i got told last night on good authoritie that Gers will announce mcciness soon it's all done and dusted just waiting on the announcement I don't have contacts inside the club or anything but did get told off a guy who claims he has lol one of those anyway thought I'd share it not overly exciting getting del in but it's a loss to the sheep and a gain to us he should bridge the gap a lot further than any of our previous so it's a step forward how far forward remains to be seen.

McInnes will come in, an appointment which is well overdue. Tony Docherty can stay in Aberdeen though, as Murty and Miller will be my choice in a similar arrangement to Smith, McDowell and McCoist.
His first job will be to sure up the back line which hemrages goals from the full back areas. Possibly start using Wilson on the left, Cardoso on the right and let Alves and McCrorie form a partnership in the middle. A more physical back 4.

I know he's not everyone's cup of tea, but what about Tav. He has been the one who has supplied an awful lot of balls that have turned into goals for us this season.
I would like to think there is a space for him as (yes he could do better defensively) I feel he brings something to the party.

Right back position for Cardoso is nothing new. He has to drift there all the time when Tav leaves the space open. He can get a shift on when needed too. Wilson comfortable as anyone in the team on the left side. Need to be more physical. Just saying the two are bad enough is poor from you Rick.
Cletus. Tavernier is an important player for us this year. But I feel he should be used as a right mid or winger, and let Candeias control the left flank.

4 centre halves as a back 4? That’s a terrible formation. Full backs are specialist roles where the players have to be mobile, reasonably quick and have a great engine. Neither Wilson or Cardoso fit that description

Does shipping 13 goals in 12 games fit the description Stewie? The last 2 managers have faced the guillotine due to neglecting the backline. Failing to address the problem of poor defending of full backs. So far this season we have witnessed mediocre wing men such as Christie Elliot and Richard Tait create havoc amongst our defence. If these defensive failures continue, then success is further away than we think. I have faith that Derek McInnes would address this immediately however, and we would quickly see a huge difference in goals conceded.

Mark Warburton been made bookies favourite for Fulham job he does come from London and could possibly leave Davie weir in charge hope not bcoz they're doing a good job at the moment and Davies will takeover after the magic hats taught him how to manage a club like this #watp.

I think Warburton feels he has strated something worth finishing at our club and I think he sees the potental and size of us. However money talks and I don't think its good his family doesn't live in Scotland with him. I hope he stays for his full three year contract also I think he takes into consideration the lifespan of a championship manager with there clubs.

Any celtic fans saying it would be impossible for their lead to be clawd back remember celtic beat us at Ibrox and held the banners up 5 clear league over! Iv been quiet for long enough on here just want to voice my opinion here. I think Gerrard should walk in all honesty everyone saying look how far he's gotten us well how far has he taken us? Better than Aberdeen? Better than St Johnstone? These are merely ifs and buts right now he critices his team after a bad result slaughters them after a bad run this guy isn't a manager his run in Europe is nothing cause we need to win the league if of been happy to be out of Europe in first qualifying round but sitting closer and challenging for the title we must win the league we are rangers why is this man still in charge morelos has been pish since January still plays Kent been missing since parkhead still plays him goldson for all his mistakes and lack of leadership still plays halliday a man that was set to leave cause he was rubbish under Warburton (championship level rangers) he was one of the worst players still plays cause he's passionate about rangers load of pish then we have tav still no good deliveries 5 games back but keep getting told he's best attacking right back again he's rubbish can't defend offers little going forward I could go on here I watched a couple of boys play in under 19s that deserve a chance in the first team Patterson one of them get tav away not a captain Gerrard seems to think he has natural leaders in his team but wher he's crushed them in his press conference a good manager protects his players no matter what Smith would always just congratulations the other team and walk away he would go through them behind closed doors but no one would be questioning him on his team wish he would come out of retirement to be honest.

God the SG out brigade is out in force today! Yet he was a hero after beating Celtic at Christmas, we just don’t have the players to challenge Celtic and that’s down to money they have a stronger squad we are well ahead of any other team but until we spend significant sums of money we will not catch them, yes we spent on Kent and Helender but look at the money they have spend over the last two or three years compared to us, the EURO run will help financially but we were flying at Christmas then we started loosing players to injury suspension or lack of form which happens in all teams but we don’t have the players to come in to replace them yesterday our defence was school boy especially Katic he had a nightmare and to say SG should protect his players I find strange Katic should be looking at himself and thinking god I need to improve if I had a bad day at work my gaffers would tell me and if he can’t take criticism well he shouldn’t be there, to sack our manager would be crazy what if we did say £5mill minimum to pay them off then bring in new management team god knows how much that would cost probably have to get someone who is out of a job as we couldn’t afford compensation, then where does the transfer kitty come from we are financially well behind Celtic and it will take time to change that, just look how far ahead of Aberdeen we are compared to when SG arrived because of the money we have taken in from Europe being spent on the team, from where we were we are mikes ahead but we need to suck this run of bad form up stand by the team and try and close the gap, we have rated close to £20 mill from Europe this year and hopefully our kit deal can be sorted out and we can invest we aren’t that far behind but right now our defence has cost us dear how many times have we thrown away a lead this season no one could have seen Katic, s display on Sunday he was a hero at Celtic Park yet yesterday he was like Bambi on ice at fault for both goals it’s not easy but two years isn’t long enough to take us from the state we were in to win a league we may win nothing this year but we must stay as one.

Hello bears I'm hurting but would like to say what I think about our squad I think we need atleast 15 million net investment and sell morelos and tav although I like both I feel tav deserves a move away from the goldfish bowl of Glasgow cracking player on his day very honest hard working but does make to many mistakes not rangers class although I do like him we use the money we get for these 2 and the deadwood needs to go the Defoe's laffertys coulibaly I wouldn't even try to keep Kent great player but not at the price if we could get good young Scottish. Players in then great and don't go down the England lower league route. Get the spots out round Scandinavia and eastern Europe etc bound to be great players out their for a decent price again not too many we need a rangers team with hearts of lions I believe in Gerrard though improved us this year hopefully keeps is moving forward next season.

It's funny the team does indeed have a Smith feel about it. Not the finished article by a long shot but night and day compared to Pedro's pish at the start of last season. I liked the look of the new boys. Coulibaly and Ejaria played well and the boy Kent looked promising. Thought Morelos was very good and that kind of commitment and application all season from him wouldn't half help the cause. Goldson and Katic looked really solid and McGregor was his usual solid self. Not there yet, but not far away. Happy bear!

Right I'm not just saying this cause we got beat yesterday but is anyone surprised we got beat? No. Il start from the back to the front from my point of view weather u agree or not I don't care just my opinion. Mcgregor is still making massive saves but I feel his legs are gone not out quick enough or down quick enough love him but feel it's time young mccrorie went in goal an shagger should be the one to mentor him. Goldson all we hear from Gerrard is that he's a leader of men great organiser well I don't see that I see a guy that's a good passer without pressure on him if pressured can make the wrong choice don't get me wrong I know he's not going to be a pique but how many partners will he blame big weir could of played beside me and organised a more solid defence than ours is at the moment and I like katic and edminson there still young and learning so get a big center half in don't care how old that can organise a back line. Tav no much needed here he's our invisible captain not a leader poor delivery's most games poor defender get rid. Davis love him again but past it still keep him same as shagger for mentoring young docherty. Jack I like most consistent of the team but he's not a creator he should be box to box good legs in the engine room I would say if I was manager him and kamara would be vulnerable as 1st team players I'd keep both but one bad spell theyr off. Aribo best form all season was further forward gerrads been playing him in midfield my boys 2 year old an can see he's no a midfielder he's a 10. Not seen enough of kamberi to comment. Midfielders one two or three one that's towering in the air can tackle another that's meaty in the tackle puts his foot through the ball and another like docherty can make something happen and has the legs to dig in and I'd look at about 4 players that can put the ball in the net get all 4 in now people would say that's all expensive but it doesn't have to be can get loans or freebies and if I'm honest we should be buying players with the hunger to play for rangers the Jersey. I'm delighted overall how we have done this season after 1 window the team have been a team for the majority of the season gerrard still cutting his teeth in management it's got the feel of wer witnessing someone who's going to go on to win big things in management he's done brilliantly . Now a few points I'd like to make is that on Wednesday I never seen the game live because I was working but with them down to 10 men for me we should of gone 4-4-2 straight away get the ball wide stretch Aberdeen tire them then if we still not in the game go 3 2 5 and hoof it in the box with a McCauley up top flicking it on go old style it's old fashioned it's not pretty but it works we show teams like Aberdeen and hibs too much respect get out and play like it's an old firm I personally don't mind a player getting sent off for a challenge like Kevin Thomson or something it shows heart sets the tone get at them make sure if shinnie gets a touch in the middle of the park he can't lift his head and ping a 30 40 yard pass get him hit take the booking . Wer no Barcelona wer rangers I hope we sign Davis cooper and Dallas from Leeds jones from Kilmarnock and I'd take moult from Preston as well go out spend another 10 million on these guys then we would have a squad capable of competing also the guy power from Kilmarnock would be a shout but we have plenty options I'm just going by his form the now perfect midfielder for the big games he would take a booking or two but it would be worth it lol.

Think you're a bit unfair that he was so big compared to the others around him he does have a touch of class about him he has the potential to be a top class prem league striker he’s had the same path as Sturridge as in he’s not given a decent run of games you say I watched him in 10 full games but he never played 10 full games in a consistent 11 for Liverpool last season so to use last seasons scoring record is unfair also and to say he won’t hack it up here is just bizarre the boy was on the bench in the champs league final yes he didn’t get on but still to be part of that squad what a experience for a young lad get him signed if possible if not I’m sure he will be some player in a few years.

I think murty has to change things up can't play same formation 3 SPL games in a row teams know exactly how to counter you that's why Warburton never won 3 in a row as gers manager change things up we played well against Aberdeen then struggled at Ross county but won the three points should have played a 4-4-2 at home to hibs surprise factor plays a big part in today's game and murty although he's learning fast must realise this obviously not chopping and changing all the time but get a couple of formations that the players feel comfortable in and get the results Mon the gers!

Oh yeh the TV deal that's been terrible for the last 20 year that's why we stay in a crappy 12 team league with no potential to improve its stagnent its boring it needs shaken up most likely we meet in Cup competition I'd go back to old days and listen on radio if I can't get to a game as long as we improve the standard of football in this country if we kick off next season with the same set up then its a shambles shake it up a bit don't let 4 old firm games hold us back.

Exactly no split or that everyone knows who theyr playing and when iv said it before on here I would merge both leagues 20 team championship with league 1 and league 2 teams and 22 team premiership with the championship and SPFL this makes it a work in process which allows them to make the decision on relegating say 4 teams in the first season but 2 get promoted so the championship gets bigger then they could look at it again if they want 18. 16 or 14 teams in the Premier ship we relegate teams from the newly formed championship to make a new league 1 or do we stick with promoting then from Highland league straight to the championship this then gives more money to grass roots football more scouts etc. No brainer for me all prize money this season evenly handed out across the board so teams like Hamilton Dumbarton Dundee Partick all get the same not just our league spread it through all 4 divisions then put the 4 leagues into 2 announce the season of 19-20 void then becomes a new season new set up dump the league Cup this season celtic remain holders the winners of the new league set ups get put on record as winners of the 19-22 season.

The way I would do this is celtic have won the league Cup already so on record it goes as the season 19-22 Cup that drops that off from next season which would allow that time for teams still in Europe like our selves to finish they games either that or wee all go straight into the groups of next seasons competition making more groups to compensate to the league Its commensense to payout prize money as early as possible although due to the troubled times I feel like it should be split evenly to all teams so no 1st or 2nds split evenly to all teams in the league to ensure no one club is in trouble and then instead of promoting a few clubs why not merge the 2 leagues sounds daft but not permanent with a bigger relegation there would be 22 teams so 44 games home and away 4 teams go down and one comes up this way we could over time get a better feeling of what the best for Scottish football is weather it be 22 teams in the top flight or 18 or back to 12 its strange times but this would be common sense we need a change of the structure anyway. The winners of this season would be classed as winners of the 19-22 season but obviously only one trophy onto the Scottish Cup. The 4 teams left in the competition should get a share of the prize money that would of been up for grabs same again replay the competition with them 4 teams a buy into the game before the quarter finals Europe rangers would be automatically in the europa league groups and seeded as we wher one of the teams left in the competition celtic would be in the champions league qualifying as they wher the season before i think this is just sense to be honest sorry its so long didn't plan it to be lol.

The commentary on every channel is so biased against rangers Andy Walker would have wanted morelos jailed if he was challenging katic also morelos red against Celtic morelos was daft at swinging an arm but considine never meant it I mean come on its embarrassing made Defoe out to be Diego Costa rampaging about when his momentum takes him into the keeper wish sky would have these people away for our games put Neil McCann or someone with an unbiased opinion every media outlet wants us to get rid of morelos all because he's the man that's banging in the goals made out to be a nutcase when in reality he's being booted every 5/ 10 mins and gets nothing rant over good 3 points today playing well just now seems to have found a good formula in midfield Davis and kamara superb Jack seems to be on the right strange but it works keep the faith.
