Another schocking referee decision if there had been VAR we would have won half the games we've lost, but that, s not the reason we didn't win. Thought Morelos was pure class and very unlucky not to score, but we are relying too much on Alfredo. We need more goal threat from midfield and upfront cause our decision making and final ball is terrible. Jack was great, Barisic, Coullably were excellent, but Grezda has been very poor!

It's the most blatant penalty you'll ever see. And I don't know how you can criticise anyone, everyone was excellent yesterday.

you couldn't get a more nailed on penalty puts his arm out towards the ball shocking decision even stubbs the ex hibs boss and puddle drinker said it was nailed on and porteous should have been sent off.

100% stonewall penalty. but that is beside the point
if we are relying on referee desicions to win us games then something is wrong
1 goal from open play in last 7 games is abysmal. the ref hasn't cost us the game, our lack of quality and composure has. and the fact keeper played well.

The worst part is yet again we are blaming anyone and everyone else for our own short comings. that game should have been finished long before the penalty decision. Yes the refs are bad in scotland but let's be honest 1 goal from open play in our last 8 games, in the region of 70 corners and a similair amount of shots in our last 4 league games with only 2 goals scored while only 5 wins in our last 15 never was and never will be title winning form this season or any other season.
Gerrard needs another 3-4 transfer windows imho opinion before we can mount a sustained challenge.

It was a stone wall penalty, I thought the team played some lovely football but once again we only have Alfredo to score the goals and win us the games. We need a Harry Wilson type that can score from outside the box.
How many shots or goals have we had from outside the box this season?
We always want to walk the ball into the net.
Not sure who we could get but feel that's a major piece of the puzzle we're missing.

darenk23. you are right. I have been saying for a while now its noticeable that other teams when approaching the box, if there's nothing on, have a pop at goal, and we don't do that enough. Don't know if that's orders from above or our midfielders haven't got the confidence to do it, but it certainly needs sorting instead of trying to walk it in. We huffed and puffed last night but most of the crosses into the box are poor, i'm screaming at the telly "SHOOT", its frustrating to watch at times!

I find myself about 5 times a game saying pull the trigger!
Only for it to go backwards or out wide. That's where we let ourselves down because we slow our game down in the final 3rd all the time.
Let's see if we get some cutting edge in during this transfer window and someone that can let a shot go when it's not on.

Whatever is going on at Rangers currently isn, t right. Football, s simple game you need to be competitive, have strong defence and score more goals than the opposition! But why are we are not achieving any of these objectives at the moment? It, s concerning that our most consistent players are over the hill ie McGregor, Davis, Defoe, and apart from Barsic sometimes and Jack who can we rely on?
Aribo and Hagi are very talented gifted players but are not physical enough, Kent, s a decent player but inconsistent and wasn, t worth spending 7 million.
Reckon we need to completely rebuild our defence, bolster our midfield with real physicality and will need a new strike force because our Talisman Morelos will be sold in the summer. Basically Wilson, s got a real Job on his hands cause most of the rest of the players need to moved on for the good of RFC.
So our Board have some major decisions to make, do they ask Steve G for guarantees, also give him more funds and time to turn things around?
Also if the board give him their backing then Steve G and Wilson need to set out an achievable Plan and decide how they are going utilize our talented youngsters. Cause our Club is at a crossroads at the moment and it seriously needs to be sorted out before next season!

I never understood Defoe getting another year. Maybe as a coach but not a player. We rely too much on morelos, when he's not on form, the team suffer, Europe the exception from that.

Marco c defoe must have been givin extention due to his helping the youngster at the unders, i heard ages ago he was to be gerrards replacment when stevie eventually moved on, but i think its more to help the youngsters mate.

Helandar will not be playing at Dundee Utd but he will play in Cup Tie v St Mirren cause he needs to prove SG that he can be trusted again after his Benfica debacle also Jack will be on the bench against Dundee Utd cause he, s not match fit.

So BRW11 please tell how many goals or how many assists has Walker had compared to Tav& I can confirm it very many and remember Tav, s have also come in Europe, I can assure that many people are watching our Captain at the moment and RFC will have a decision to make in summer ie hold onto Tav or sell him for a large fee. If you, ve ever played football then you, d realize that Tav is a far better footballer than Walker ever will be and only reason City paid so much money for him cause he was England full back and was fast but if there, s a better attacking wing back in Europe at the moment then I haven, t seen him and by the way Walker could never lasse Tav, s boots!

Tavernier is one the best right wing backs in Europe and has been for some time but now he, s got SG behind him and his qualities are now showing. My mind boggles to think that K Walker cost City 50M + cause James Tavernier is 10 times a better player than Walker every will be. Also JT will soon be up with some the best RB, s that played for Rangers!
