Neil Warnock the time is right, if Stevie-G walks.

Nicedayforthewalk

1.) 01 Mar 2020 17:53:58
What about big Duncan Ferguson. now there’s a man with Rangers blood in his veins!

2.) 01 Mar 2020 17:54:44
Hahaha Neil Warnock Give is a break eh.

3.) 01 Mar 2020 18:11:58
Nicedayforawalk, i hope gerrard stays, he deserves another season, now that he has earned us a fair amount of money, he should be giving a chance with money to spend, that way there is no handicap at all for next season., if we need a new manager then steve write has shown that he knows how to set teams up, he has spent pennies with st johnstone, imagine him with money, he would know the scottish players that would win us the league,

4.) 01 Mar 2020 18:26:27
For me if the manager leaves now or summer a would like see GVB and arther numan.

5.) 01 Mar 2020 18:40:32
Hope he stays but IF he goes (which I hope he really doesn’t) I’d like big Sam, Sanchez Flores or try for Sean dyche.

6.) 01 Mar 2020 18:46:29
big sam?!

7.) 01 Mar 2020 19:01:24
Get behind the guy . All naming other managers. You can't out play Porto, Braga, and loads of other teams and be "inept". The players are to blame here and of. Only sing when her winning.

8.) 01 Mar 2020 19:48:40
One of the remarks about SG management style was he acted more like a captain than a manager. His stance on AM is definitely the action of a manager. Now is the time for solidarity and dare I say loyalty and get behind SG because he was as hurting the same as the rest of us after the game. The players to a man should be disgusted with their performance last night.

9.) 01 Mar 2020 19:52:22
Beating all these teams is great don't get me wrong! But he hasn't won a trophy after 6 attempts!

10.) 01 Mar 2020 21:03:52
He still didn't change a thing last night even though 10 mins in everybody could see we would struggle. My biggest issue with him is the stubbornness not to have a plan b, it's got shades of warburton all over again. Have all the possession, but no pace or attacking thrust, then csnt defend when teams hit us on bresk.

11.) 02 Mar 2020 09:46:26
the only loyalty these players understand is money cut that and watch the difference.

12.) 02 Mar 2020 13:33:51
Just remind me guys, this hero 'BIG SAM' from Dyce, what's he won in his career, also what about the wages he would want. We have a Manager at present who has improved in Europe, where you are measured, and it could be argued that he has improved us domestically over last season. We were nothing short of robbed in the LC Final by Clancy and his cohorts, and he has beaten Celtic three times in 18 months. Where would we be financially without the European run we're in, would BIG SAM have taken us to the last 16, in my opinion NO. Let's not cut off our nose to spite our face guys, and as for Warnock, not worth a mention TBH.

13.) 02 Mar 2020 13:37:34
Trophy after six attempts? Who has? The ones with the most cash. We are close . it can’t be overturned in a flash . it’s a slow process . we are now competing. that’s progress.

14.) 02 Mar 2020 16:32:14
Progress eh? We are still an inconsistent mess. We are out of both cups and nowhere in the title race, same as last year. How is that progress? Europe is covering the cracks👍.

15.) 02 Mar 2020 19:29:01
Coldo- you're sounding like a bit of a hypocrite pal. Just go look what you posted on December 30th.

16.) 02 Mar 2020 20:42:28
30th dec we were looking good and we had every right to be confident. Fast forward two months and we are still the inconsistent mess that haven't turned the corner that we thought we had pal👍.

Andy Carroll known to have been in dialogue with Gerrard last few days
Source London get.

Nicedayforthewalk

1.) 03 Aug 2019 00:16:11
Would be a terrible idea.

2.) 03 Aug 2019 05:50:53
A fit Andy Carroll would score for fun up here. I'd take him if his wages were reasonable.

3.) 03 Aug 2019 06:58:00
A fit Andy carroll would demolish defences up here. One of the best headers of a ball i've seen. Big duncan fergusonesque! Big carroll is unplayable in the air, simple as that.

4.) 03 Aug 2019 07:24:15
If the financial package isn’t too steep and is comparable with what Lafferty was getting then it’s a great upgrade. Would give us that opportunity to play 2 up with the big man and Defoe or Morelos in certain games.
Injury record and wage demands are obviously a worry but a pay as you play or basic wage demand not exceeding £20k per week would be a great deal for us.

5.) 03 Aug 2019 09:02:54
No thanks. The man is injury-prone.

6.) 03 Aug 2019 09:20:51
SGL I can see where you are coming from re a Fit Andy Carroll, But that is the problem He is very rarely Fit, I said NAW about Carroll coming to Rangers on another thread, But maybe a Pay per Play deal could be reached, If Rangers are supposed to be interested in Him, 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇦🇺.

7.) 03 Aug 2019 09:26:28
It won’t happen. Don’t want him hear he’s average to say the least.

8.) 03 Aug 2019 09:37:04
The reality is would he be willing to take a massive pay cut from his rumoured £90+k a week west ham salary? Doubtful, simple as that Coop.

9.) 03 Aug 2019 12:49:33
He is currently on £0 a week though
I can’t see many clubs knocking the door down to sign him either.
So maybe a pay as you play deal might not be a bad deal for both parties.
A fit Andy Carroll would terrorise SPL defences but that is the question would he be able to stay fit for long enough to do it.

10.) 03 Aug 2019 18:10:33
Aye because big dunc scored a lot for us right enough!

11.) 03 Aug 2019 18:48:19
A fit Carroll would be an asset. but there lies the issue. pay per play contract?

12.) 04 Aug 2019 08:01:43
Rick Witter , Big duncan ferguson didn't score a lot for us as he couldn't get into the team for big mark hateley and rightly so. He wasn't prepared to wait and learn under hateley, so off he went to everton on loan, which trurned into a permanent deal. Those are the hard, cold facts mate.

13.) 04 Aug 2019 12:49:56
Not quite all the facts Coop. Big dunc was thrown under the bus by the SFA and the polis. I liked him.

14.) 04 Aug 2019 23:13:59
Why do so many people mention pay as you play deals on here? . It was the same with Sturridge. The last time I heard of a pay as you play was Craig Gordon (not even sure if right with this) and the guy had come out of a forced early retirement. Someone like Andy Carrol could most likely still get a contract from a lowly Prem team, if not, then Championship or even League 1. he’s above that level but I’m just meaning even a good few league 1 teams could offer a fantastic wage and that’s before you think of MLS, China and the Middle East. My point is these guys prob won’t ever need to consider a pay as you play deal when they can get contracts on great wages somewhere in the world so I personally don’t think pay as you play deals are worth speculating about.

01 Aug 2019 10:37:50
Andy Caroll being linked to Gerrard again.

Nicedayforthewalk

1.) 01 Aug 2019 11:02:32
Hutton skrtel and carroll now mentioned

Am sure there younger players out there that won't take the kind of wages these guys will be looking for and still do a job for the gers.

2.) 01 Aug 2019 11:14:11
Hutton passed it, Skrtel past it and Carrol an injury nightmare. What the fu#k is going on at our beloved club, even linking these players to us.

3.) 01 Aug 2019 11:29:41
Where did you guys see andy carroll linked with us again? I've saw the other 2 linked but not andy carroll.

4.) 01 Aug 2019 12:21:37
Carroll more injury prone than Daniel Prodan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇦🇺.

5.) 01 Aug 2019 13:17:57
Ger4life, just because they are linked doesn’t mean that the club wants them. If the media struggle to find anything they’ll make something up to sell stories.

6.) 01 Aug 2019 13:45:21
BINGO! Alan Hutton, Andy Carroll, Martin Skrtel rumours! Haaaa - we have a full-house of constantly linked, aged journeymen, that will NEVER sign, mainly because they are all p*sh.

7.) 01 Aug 2019 22:27:06
Poor example cunny, RIP Daniel! 🇷🇴.

8.) 02 Aug 2019 10:40:03
Zikos my statement had nothing to do with him not being alive, It was the amount of injuries he had, It wasn’t meant to be disrespectful. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇦🇺.

Before kick off Hearts were six points behind fellow strugglers St Mirren.
Other managers would've been more negative and played with one up front and hoped to get a draw against Rangers.
So Stendel is to be commended for being cavalier and going for the win and three points (even losing the first goal as well)
Well done to Hearts and I expect them to start climbing the table now, as their attitude and fight were first class today.
There will be more twists and turns before the end of the season, with both Glasgow giants dropping points.
Worrying that Aribo has become poor most games now, and I don't know why Stevie-G keeps bringing on Ojo, because he is never going to change any game.

Nicedayforthewalk

1.) 26 Jan 2020 18:07:21
Ojo was class all way through december. Its kamara i worry about.

2.) 26 Jan 2020 20:50:00
Ohno class? What! As an ex footballer I identified him as a dud from the moment I saw him play and nothing has changed.

3.) 26 Jan 2020 22:13:56
Typo ment aribo.

4.) 26 Jan 2020 22:14:01
P7 school football team doesn't makevu an ex footballer 🙈🙈🙈.

Sunday's final will be written down in history, and known as "The Kent Final" even though Morelos scores a hatrick.

Kent will tear them apart tonight, Last December he turned into Brian Laudrup, getting near that time again.

Nice day, don't know cost but phone 0345 484950 (Nat rail enquiries) for full detail) .

2.) 21 Oct 2019 14:59:56
I'll drive him to liverpool👍.

3.) 21 Oct 2019 16:08:09
I’ll pay your petrol Coldo.

4.) 21 Oct 2019 17:09:26
The thing is I am actually shocked how poor a player Ojo is turning out to be. Liverpool thought very highly of him and am I missing at something? 🇬🇧.

5.) 21 Oct 2019 18:16:23
I don't know why you are surprised yately, I had him figured out weeks ago👍.

6.) 21 Oct 2019 20:01:31
If he would spend less time rolling his left shorts leg up every 5 minutes then he might achieve more. Not as quick or skilful as we all might have thought and he's definitely not someone to turn to when things aren't going well.

15 Oct 2019 18:01:36
Hickey is no better than Jake Hastie.

Nicedayforthewalk

1.) 15 Oct 2019 18:34:56
Not even the same type of player. It's like comparing apples and oranges.

2.) 15 Oct 2019 20:39:15
Hickey is a left full back mate, jake hastie is a right winger. I stand to be corrected but as i've said before
hastie will be a very good player for us IMO. He's a very fast, powerful runner and direct. He also scores goals. He will make it at rangers imo.

3.) 15 Oct 2019 21:50:17
Agree SGL hastie has bags of potential, he just needs to keep working very hard to get better.

4.) 16 Oct 2019 10:20:33
I like how direct hastie is, I think his loan spell will do him good. Also he plays on the right which I think we badly need. Kent left hastie right, both very direct. High hopes for hastie. 👍.

5.) 16 Oct 2019 11:49:54
Wes foderingham is no better than jamie murphy.

6.) 16 Oct 2019 17:07:19
Rob kiernan was no better than umar sadiq.

7.) 16 Oct 2019 22:22:03
Kiernan, that name sends a shiver down my spine🤣👍.

Yes lightning quick I remember at Hibs.
Gave Tav a roasting.
Gerrard can turn him into a player.
Let's not forget that Kent hadn't shown anything to suggest he'd turn into the Ryan Giggs just before December last year.

Ferguson would add a bit of steel but not much else, so forget him as well.

Ojo must be taken to the first train scheduled for Liverpool Lime St.
Never in a month of Sundays can this player change a game.
If Gerrard persists on playing him, then he too will start to feel the heat.

Goldson is a bomb scare
If Stevie_G thinks bringing on Ojo is going to change the game, then I'm sorry but he isn't.
Not looking good for Sunday with no pace in defence.
We will get ripped a new one.
