Going by comments by Jamie carragher about stevie g being settled in Glasgow and how he doesn't have to move on from rangers to work towards the Liverpool job and the league will be the first of many trophys sounds to me Gerrard is here for the long haul and after his season of hard work am sure he would want a shot at the champions league as rangers manager and prove himself in one of Europes biggest competitions.

The bottom line is that if and when he leaves we need to respect his decision and remember all that he's done for the club. Even if next season is a disaster of the same level as Celtics season this year we shouldn't turn on him. We are better than that, and he deserves better. Always remember where we were.

In all honesty the Goldson penalty was more of a penalty than the Johnson one. In a game of inches VAR should have stayed away from both those called. Did Goldson have time to get out of the way, No. Did Johnsons foot touching Silva thigh, impede him in any way, absolutely not. I figure that the penalty call against johnson influenced that call against Dessers goal by VAR as well. VAR is a mess. and definitely takes away from the game.

Fully agree, I would target to build the team round Bassey, Lundstram, Morelos and Aribo. We can replace others, some with better players. We don't need to be spending large sums of money on every player signed; there are a significant number of good quality Bosmans available if Gio wants them and Wilson has the ability to secure them.

I can assure you that Greg has signed a 2 year deal with Rangers with the option of a 3rd year depending on number of games played. He was offered a 4 year deal with Aberdeen but has no intention of playing for anyone other than Rangers.
