I think we'll sign conor coady RFC but hearing jamie vardy signing for burnley, so we can rule that one out and tbh i never thought we would sign vardy in the first place.

Some deals take longer than others, Coady is on higher wages than majority at the club, with a year left on his deal at Leicester.
Not too dissimilar to how we got minimal sums for Goldson/ Cantwell etc
we covered a large chunk of their remaining salaries to allow them to move on. I suspect Leicester may need to do something similar here as we won't be paying the same money he's currently on.
The delay won't be on our end.

I never thought that Vardy was ever a realistic option for us, so I'm happy if he's signed for Burnley, for the following reasons.
a) His age.
b) The wage he'd be looking for.
c) No resale value, as it would likely have been a short term deal.
d) He, allegedly, prefers the dark side - I'll say no more.

RFC, i like conor coady and he's a really good ball playing centre half with bags of experience and is a very good organiser. With the way he plays of course russell martin will have to have the proper protection in there in front of coady, to the high line he'll have/ want us playing. Poku i only have seen in small doses but does look like exactly the right winger we're needing/ looking for and could be a superb signing, but we have to be patient in allowing martin to get his playing methods message across and thelwell getting him the correct players to achieve this. I personally think we as supporters have to give this process time and a chance to come together and i reckon at least 2 or 3 transfer windows to get the players in our new head coach wants.

Henderson is still an Ajax player. Can't see him having been contacted by Rangers, we would need to pay compensation or buy him if he was to play for us. He still has a year on his contract. I think SG is the red herring that's been spoke of.
