Last week we got hit with some stats that were meant to suggest we had much improved, like Dessers has converted double the chances this season compared with last season. It was stated that this was down to our crossing improving. Quote, the Cerny effect.
The same stats also stated that they miss twice as many chances as us and we have the same amount of big chances per game.
These stats were supposed to be a positive as the person who posted these stats had the fear about an old firm game early in the season but after posting these stats was now quite positive.
I have said before please stop using stats to create a narrative. Stats can easily be manipulated to suit a narrative. All you need is your eyes, they'll tell you the truth much more than stats ever will!
We were also told that they were weaker because they sold O'Riley. That aged well.

Absolutely spot on JJK, just more excuses to excuse poor performances from poor players. These players were quick enough to accept big money contracts without any consideration to themselves settling.

If PC doesn't play players until they settle then why are people saying we have to give the new players that are playing now time to settle?
