tom davies from Everton could be coming.

Ryanger

1.) 06 Jan 2023 23:19:57
Really good player were u hearing tht?

2.) 06 Jan 2023 23:33:49
From guys like Evander and Veerman to this ?‍♂️.

3.) 07 Jan 2023 00:33:50
Wouldn't take veerman anymore, Not after his comments towards us and then all the Dutch pundits who called him out for it. Seems spoiled and quite frankly getting shown up by Simon's.

4.) 07 Jan 2023 00:45:39
R1 do you watch the prem? He's mincemeat for Everton.

5.) 07 Jan 2023 05:28:43
Tom Davies would be a brilliant signing for us and would improve first 11 he’s scored some cracking goals for Everton tjrfc if you think he’s mincemeat then I wonder who you want us to sign because my opinion he’s the sort of player we should be going for.

6.) 07 Jan 2023 09:22:56
Watched him a good few times TJRFC never gets a real run in the side under lampard, But he’s combative and has a serious engine he’s definitely better than some of the names mentioned! And to be fair have
any Everton players looked good recently ? there all dug meat ?.

7.) 07 Jan 2023 10:05:52
Good player. Out of contract june23. As long as he has recovered from serious knee injury.

8.) 07 Jan 2023 10:25:30
Tom Davies would be a great signing for our club.

9.) 07 Jan 2023 10:26:57
Serious knee injury? Do we never learn?

10.) 07 Jan 2023 10:58:14
Sweep Tom Davies has had 1 bad injury with his knee but back in full recovery, so if any player gets injured we don't move for them? that would rule us out of 99% of players, Davies has been injured for under 250 days in all his career, he would be a tremendous signing for our club.

11.) 07 Jan 2023 11:02:38
If he has recovered from the injury I could see him emulating Lundstrum. The folk judging him on how good he is in the premiership I have 2 points. 1 he won't play against that quality in our league. 2 if he is performing down there he isn't coming to our league. We are looking for players in this mould that will make us money within probably 3 years at most. We will only have a select few players that we will have as long term players like Goldson, Davies etc.

12.) 07 Jan 2023 11:25:25
Correct Beale, also same people want porteous with a worse injury history.

13.) 07 Jan 2023 11:26:51
B56, sweep has got a point though, why does every other player we look at be recovering from or had recently a serious injury.
We have lots of previous for this!

14.) 07 Jan 2023 12:23:53
He was sent home from oz tour in November with a knee injury but fit already so nothing serious there. Unless he’s had one over the years mate?

15.) 07 Jan 2023 12:32:19
If memory serves me right Davies was the next best thing a few seasons ago and I personally thought he was excellent, got injured and a change of manager kep him out the team, sometimes players get injured and take time to get back to their best. I think these 2 signings would be cracking.

16.) 07 Jan 2023 12:35:21
Monty spent under 250 days out with injury in his full career, he would be some signing for us.

17.) 07 Jan 2023 12:40:30
He was out in 21 for eight months with knee surgery.

18.) 07 Jan 2023 13:26:50
Highlight reels are not the most informative, but he looks skilful and energetic. The downside is he often seems to be on the stretch and trying to be physical but without much of a physique. I could see him picking up a lot of injuries.

19.) 07 Jan 2023 15:09:32
If he could fill the potential that he showed when he first appeared for Everton he would be some signing.

20.) 07 Jan 2023 15:31:55
Still only 24 fib.

21.) 07 Jan 2023 15:57:04
Might only be 24 but when already had a serious knee injury and sat out 31 games recently no thanks too much of a risk.

22.) 07 Jan 2023 16:33:50
Can anyone name a football player who’s not been injured before it’s a contact sport people get injured constantly.

23.) 07 Jan 2023 17:21:31
Go for why do you want porteous at rangers.

24.) 07 Jan 2023 17:57:43
Thought he looked good when he first broke into the Everton team and think he may have been linked with spurs at one point Beale.

07 Jul 2020 22:36:38
just heard alfredo is on his way to ath Madrid with someone coming to us from them anyone heard anything. just passing on what av bin told . freind of r Perry.

Ryanger

1.) 08 Jul 2020 06:01:57
Never happen. He would struggle to make there bench.

2.) 08 Jul 2020 08:00:53
Be awesome if it was the young winger that ripped our youngsters to bits, can’t see it though. Morelos is a top fit for them they love having rubbish strikers like costa etc.

3.) 08 Jul 2020 08:07:29
Could poss be something in this as rangers where supposed to have scouted riquelme attacking right mid from them.

But no doubt people are just putting 2n2 together n coming up with 5 n honestly they already have some strike force in
Diego costa and Juan Felix n morata.

4.) 08 Jul 2020 08:27:10
There could be something in this as rangers where supposed to have scouted riquelme attacking right mid from them but people might just be putting 2 and 2 together and coming up with 5 n honestly the already have some strike force in
Diego Costa and jaou Felix and morata plus two cracking youth.

5.) 08 Jul 2020 08:37:48
If that’s the case it could be their Croatian forward at 22, he’s valued about £1-2m if they give him plus £15-20 and sell on, I’d take and invest in a few quality signings.

6.) 08 Jul 2020 10:35:46
If he is then hopefully its that youngster who rip’d our youth side a new one, don't know if he’s still on the books at atl madrid tho.

7.) 08 Jul 2020 11:48:39
Would be ideal, can't see it happening though.

8.) 08 Jul 2020 17:47:28
just heard this is garbage.

9.) 08 Jul 2020 20:14:18
I herd on talksport There in for cavani on a free and interested in laccazet from arsenal. Can't see it.

13 Jul 2019 21:40:33
DS going to the mls . no coming to the famous. FACT.

Ryanger

1.) 13 Jul 2019 22:29:13
why would he go there now? he's 29 still wants to play at the top level, still wants to play in europe win medals😂😂 he's ain't going to america.

2.) 13 Jul 2019 23:50:19
Same reason anyone does anything these days, money. Always so quick to shoot anything down on here does my nut in. He has a house in L. A, injured most of the time would make sense for him to want a higher quality of life away from football. Personally if he was interested at all in coming up here I wouldn’t want him think the only reason some fans do is cause Andy Carroll is the other one quoted and that’s an outrageous option if you ask me.

3.) 14 Jul 2019 07:39:58
Reason fans want Sturridge is because his stats speak for themselves. Injuries aside the guy is the best striker England have had for many years. Had he not been so frail, he'd have been unequivocally world class and be on 70+ England caps by now. He's an amazing striker and if we got him, even 10% of his capability would still destroy the SPL.

4.) 14 Jul 2019 08:57:43
fitness wise, he is a disaster waiting to happen. as is carroll.

5.) 14 Jul 2019 09:22:36
Your saying it does your nut, and to an extent I agree. But when someone writes FACT at the end of a statement, that's when it becomes annoying, unless they have proof to back up it's a fact. Not read one thing saying he could possible going to america except the odds being short. I have however read that bologna are interested in him. Possible just a rumour definitely not a fact though.

6.) 14 Jul 2019 12:07:16
The only FACTs you will see on here is rumour mixed with conjecture stirred with a large dollop of perception.

Personally, I would like to Sturridge play for the Gers, perhaps on a play per game, if he is up for it. But if he can prove that he is fully fit then get him signed --- if he will except £1,040,000.00 per annum - enough for any man posting on here.

7.) 14 Jul 2019 13:49:31
Doesn’t matter if people say fact or not at the end haha like why do people even bite to it? We all know a rubbish rumour when we see them haha! “My sisters uncles best mates cat met a football agent at the cafe in the petrol station just off the A7 and he decided to tell her everything” very good.

8.) 14 Jul 2019 16:04:08
his agent believes there is one more big money move for him.

9.) 14 Jul 2019 16:06:49
Would rather have Alfredo!

10.) 14 Jul 2019 16:07:49
Rfcrb are you saying DS is better than Kane, The best striker England have had in years 🙈 embarrassing.

11.) 14 Jul 2019 16:08:30
I wouldn't say the best striker for many a year mate 😂 england have had many great strikers in the last 2-3 years.

12.) 15 Jul 2019 17:09:41
sturridge is a good forward but don't think he would fit gers and gerrards work ethic. besides we already have two small sharp guys up front we need a big cf to take advantage of the crosses that barasic tav jones will supply. ps sturridge has shown from yong age he is all about the money. his wages issue would be a foolish thing to bring to rangers happy dressing room.

13.) 15 Jul 2019 17:121:11
what about . wilfred bony, lorrente, abel hernandez, okazaki, i'd take gamble on any of them before sturridge.

14.) 15 Jul 2019 17:24:27
Sturridge is a winner plain and simple the guy won't go to America at least not for now.

15.) 15 Jul 2019 18:01:19
Bologna bound according to the daily star.

a would like rangers to talk to rebrov plays good football and has bags of experience.

Ryanger

1.) 03 Oct 2023 13:34:10
Sergio Rebrov? Shevchenko’s old strike partner. Now there is a name I haven’t heard in many years. I had no idea he got into management.

2.) 03 Oct 2023 14:28:34
Current Ukraine manager verdant.

3.) 03 Oct 2023 14:29:05
That was some partnership for Ukraine and kiev.

10 Jun 2023 19:10:55
troy Deene on a free transfer.

Ryanger

1.) 10 Jun 2023 20:16:56
Maybe 2 stone ago!

2.) 10 Jun 2023 22:09:00
Behave Ryanger! ???.

3.) 10 Jun 2023 22:14:33
Hell no.

07 Jan 2023 14:12:54
tom davies will be a great signing for us glad my post last night didn't come back to bite me.

Ryanger

1.) 07 Jan 2023 14:53:26
We still don't know for definitely mate that he is one of the players beale has spoken to and wants to sign this month ? Time will tell.

2.) 07 Jan 2023 18:04:46
I've looked at his stats and performances and can't say I'm impressed and he's lived off hype since breaking through. Could come good but I will trust whatever Beale does as long as it is his choice.

01 Oct 2022 23:03:25
does morelos start against Liverpool?

Ryanger

1.) 01 Oct 2022 23:18:58
No chance. Tell me why he should?

2.) 01 Oct 2022 23:30:59
Yes I think gvb will play Morelos against Liverpool.

3.) 01 Oct 2022 23:54:57
It’s a difficult one for Gio.
Colak is the man on fire but doesn’t work a defence like Morelos does.
But Colak is more likely out of the 2 to score with one chance.
He might see Liverpool as a free hit and play Morelos and keep Colak for the SPFL.

4.) 02 Oct 2022 00:05:44
I have said it since this morning Alfredo will start against Liverpool and that’s the reason colak started against Hearts.

5.) 02 Oct 2022 00:26:53
Morelos will start as our only hope is Morelos to push himself about and hold the ball up to hopefully get us up the park.

6.) 02 Oct 2022 01:55:56
Don’t know why everyone is asking who starts regarding Morelos n Colak! Besides Kent’s goal he was stinking the whole game so a would be asking does he start at anfield we need someone to push him as he has been poor.

7.) 02 Oct 2022 08:04:40
Boy Blue, i'll tell you why alfie has every chance of starting against liverpool on tuesday night mate? We're going to be pinned back for most of this game, as i'm sure you'll agree and that's why this type of game suits morelos more than colak ? Alfie can get us up the park with his terrific hold up play, which of course takes the pressure off and allows our midfielders up to link play, he can also buy free kicks with his strength against their centre halfs, he can bully their defenders ?Whereas colak who i rate highly and like, is a different type of striker who likes the ball Into space in the penalty box, where he does his best work and finishes ?
Colak in this game could be starved of the ball because of his style and that's why i would think buf will start against liverpool ?Hope that answers your question ?.

8.) 02 Oct 2022 08:37:10
So, we drop the guy in form to bring in Alfie because he bullies defences, not a good reason for me, sorry guys. If you look at the game with Brighton yesterday, the space that Wellbeck created against Liverpool would suit Colak's game.

9.) 02 Oct 2022 08:47:48
Just as I said before the game, Kent getting pelters from his own fans again, a goal and an assist, 89 mi uses gone and he's still back helping with defensive duties and yet people say he's downed tools.
He'll never get a break with some of our support and I'd tell them to stick their contract if I eere him.

10.) 02 Oct 2022 08:58:05
I can see the argument for Alfie but I think we could try to catch them in the counter out wide with Matondo and Kent and get the ball into the box so big Colak could get the nod ahead of Alfie as he is on a streak.

11.) 02 Oct 2022 09:20:14
Irvger horses for courses pal and be thankful we have 2 very good striker's, who bring different attributes to suit certain games ?
What's wrong with that? Roofe also on his way back ?.

12.) 02 Oct 2022 09:24:19
He gets stick off some because of this £7.5million price tag we paid liverpool for him ? It's not kent's fault that that was the price rangers and liverpool agreed on?
You're correct Jim63,a lot don't see or want to admit they see that kent works hard for the team, even if he's not playing his best ? It's when he's not there they will find out how much we miss him, trust me!

13.) 02 Oct 2022 09:46:34
After watching the Brighton game and seeing how Liverpools backline struggled with Welbeck I'd start Alfredo.

Just need to make sure we don't leave him isolated and get players up and around him. never know, could see a Kent hat trick.

14.) 02 Oct 2022 09:55:26
Great post coops.

Mackster I agree kent needs to do more week in week out but are you forgetting his assist also yesterday?

15.) 02 Oct 2022 10:19:43
Sir Walter, spot on,

16.) 02 Oct 2022 10:26:05
Ivrger, Morelos started against Napoli and you could see why, he is a brick rubbishhoose and can hold the ball up to let the team get up the park and create chances. Liverpool away we can only set up the sane way, Colak maybe be on form and banging them in but if we need a player to hold the ball up it’s Morelos, Colak isn’t going to be getting balls fired into the box etc…

A wish we could play Morelos where airfield was playing and have the 2 of them on.

17.) 02 Oct 2022 10:33:34
Between Colak and Morelos it’s not a one size fits all situation.
It’s the first time in a long time we’ve had 2 stickers that create this healthy debate.
Both have different quality’s bringing something different to the team depending on how Gio wants to play.
For me, this match is more suited for Morelos to start, however I want be complaining if Gio decides to start with Colak.

18.) 02 Oct 2022 10:36:25
Colak started against hearts because he’s on fire no other reason regardless a who starts against Liverpool.

19.) 02 Oct 2022 10:37:56
Kent was stinking the whole game besides a goal? Never seen him put the ball on colaks head for our fist goal? Some fans are actually embarrassing getting slagging players who put in a shift can’t help themselfs.

20.) 02 Oct 2022 11:10:36
Kent had a great game, 1 goal 1 assist job done. If that was Buff you would be quoting that 20mil again. The liverpool game is a free hit, I'd be going 5212 with wing backs and Buff and Colak up top together.

21.) 02 Oct 2022 11:57:34
I'd start Colak. Napoli pressed and Liverpool really struggled with it. Colak works harder and covers more ground. Morelos off the bench in the later stages when players are tired.

22.) 02 Oct 2022 13:14:46
Coops and Jim kent didn’t do the back tracking in the 1st half hence the reason hearts were dangerous down the left hand side barasic had no cover from him at all. But he did in the end have a good game with an assist and goal but needs to do more work defensively.

23.) 02 Oct 2022 13:45:34
I'll just leave it to Gio, I agree guys it's a difficult call, I can see the attributes Alfie brings, we also need to score though, we'll just trust Gio to make the correct decision.

08 Sep 2022 17:58:38
if GVB was to go would anybody be happy to bring in big Duncan ferguson?

Ryanger

1.) 08 sep 2022 18:27:16
yes, i would now be happy with that on a one year rolllng contract.

2.) 08 Sep 2022 18:28:03
Certainly would rather have Duncan than Parker, I'd like to see us playing attacking high press football, I'm tired of this slow style of play we seem to play under gio, he needs to change his tactics to succeed in the spl.

3.) 08 Sep 2022 18:29:52
I made that suggestion earlier.

4.) 08 Sep 2022 18:40:51
I'm having a beer, listening to my man Dave Bowie eases the anger a bit. There's no point in fuming all day says he who's been fuming all day. Sit down have a beer and listen to your preferred choice of music. Tomorrow is an adventure. Cheers lads.

5.) 08 Sep 2022 18:53:07
Now your talking.

6.) 08 Sep 2022 18:57:28
As a trial i would.

7.) 08 Sep 2022 19:09:21
no, never showed any solidarity with us when he left or since, not doubting he would probably make a good coach though.

8.) 08 Sep 2022 19:16:02
Why? He's done nothing? because he's a tough guy and shouts? We need someone who knows the league and isn't afraid to make changes.

9.) 08 Sep 2022 19:22:11
Let's wait and see what Saturday brings, and take it from there.

If we get gubbed then sorry I'll be joining the bin Gio brigade, unless of course he has already requested to leave that is.

Or if we get a statement before the game from the board.

Or if game is postponed for the queens death .

10.) 08 Sep 2022 19:41:43
What has be ever done as a manager for us to even consider him.

11.) 08 Sep 2022 19:43:04
I wouldn’t be happy, no real experience. Let him cut his teeth in division one.

12.) 08 Sep 2022 20:11:29
Saturday football won’t come with passing of queen looks like 9 days without.

13.) 08 Sep 2022 20:14:05
Bluebilly we won't be playing football on Saturday as all fixtures will be postponed due to the sad passing of Queen Elizabeth ll ?
Quite possibly next weekends fixtures will also be postponed ?.

14.) 08 Sep 2022 20:22:38
God save the queen.

15.) 08 Sep 2022 20:38:45
Wouldn’t want him as manager what has he done as a manager?

16.) 08 sep 2022 21:10:20
strange these experts asking what duncan has ever done to be manager

far far more experienced than walter for starters, in one of the top leagues of world football, oh and worked under walter too

saying a young boy who was treated abysmally by his country is a traitor says more about you than duncan i can assure you.

17.) 08 Sep 2022 22:03:38
A completely untested and experienced manager with a questionable temperament as a young man?

Dunc would bring no shortage of passion but I have seen nothing to suggest he has anything that could satisfy the needs of the fans.

Let him show his managerial talents at a club with lower expectations.

18.) 08 Sep 2022 22:30:31
Parlane I’m a Beatles man myself but Bowies album Hunky Dory is first class.

19.) 08 Sep 2022 22:51:28
Aye right enough Big Dunc has a lot of experience at European Level as a former player and Manager (My Backside) .

20.) 08 sep 2022 22:51:37
i agree

however m asking what he has done is exactly the same as asking what walter or ferguson, or many many more have done, the current england manager for example.

21.) 09 Sep 2022 05:17:12
You tell that to big dunc stormtrooper and if you do may god be with you ??He'll throw you about like an empty shellsuit ??.

22.) 09 Sep 2022 09:55:48
He may well do coops but as a manager he hasn’t done a thing that’s a fact and you don’t need to be an expert to know that either. Good coaches don’t always make good managers mate.

23.) 09 sep 2022 14:53:15
neither had walter, many inexperienced guys have become very very successful gaffers,
