Guys I had mentioned getting 2x nr 5 balloons filed with helium and released into the sky at 3 o, clock the following Saturday after we win the league.

Please don't buy rubber one.

Please go easy on the fire works as pets are terrified enough times through the year.
Hence the reason I said non rubber balloons and no fire works!

Help save the planet scrape plastic pitches.

2.) 10 Feb 2021 08:36:29
The more balloons fire works smoke bombs and anything else that helps loudly and visabley celebrates title 55 the better 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧.

3.) 10 Feb 2021 09:37:30
Jings, some people on here are trying to save the planet then wanting The Red Arrows to do a fly over - brilliant.

4.) 10 Feb 2021 09:51:10
Ave not said a word about the red arrows. Get your facts right!

5.) 10 Feb 2021 10:00:21
A few banners round porkhead should do the trick. On a serious note, is anyone else concerned that when/ if we win the league there will be thousands congregating at ibrox? I just think under current circumstances the press and the Tims would have a field day.

6.) 10 Feb 2021 10:39:29
Can't see the Tims having a field day.
They gathered outside Parkhead to celebrate the Tainted Title during the first lockdown.
They gathered outside Hampden to cheer / celebrate their team winning last year's SC.
They gathered outside Parkhead to riot after they were knocked out the LC and then again when they got beat in the league, chasing the team bus and calling Lennon and the players every name under the sun.
And who can forget the fallout from the Dubai jolly ( sorry training camp ) .
I don't think we will be taking lockdown morality lessons from the Tims.
Hopefully the majority of Rangers fans will put our celebrations on hold until CV is under control but I will not chastise any fan who chooses to celebrate. 👍.

7.) 10 Feb 2021 10:57:34
They would also have a “ field day” whoever congregated outside they’re ground, and rightfully so

There’s a worldwide C.V. still going around, people are still dying and suffering terrible trauma

Nobody should be congregating.

8.) 10 Feb 2021 12:08:59
It really is a shame lockdown has hit our celebrations so hard. I'm naturally gutted that I lost a really good job that I loved because of lockdown, but also really, really, really gutted that I won't get the opportunity to see the smug, self-righteous grins wiped off the faces of some of my former colleagues, who ripped the pee for the last 9 years.

No to balloons and fireworks though. Just go round to your Celtic neighbours houses late at night and paint their driveways blue!

9.) 10 Feb 2021 12:35:34
Hopefully you’ll find a good job soon Colin.

10.) 10 Feb 2021 12:44:31
Agreed Alloa mate but I have no doubt idiots will do that when it happens unfortunately.

11.) 10 Feb 2021 14:09:47
It is a FACT lockdown could affect our celebrations more than any other club
Or am I just being paranoid!

Dont like coming on here when I know the drama queens would be on after a Rangers game. We where poor yesterday, but to be fair Hamilton played out there skin. And last season we would have lost this game.

I have not read any posts from yesterday and don't plan to but let me ask the DQs. At the start of the season would you have taken pl 28 wn 25 drw 3 and 8 gls against!?

crazy brazy is blue

1.) 08 Feb 2021 12:23:18
Crazy blue I would have taken that. But we have won 24 and drawn 4 mate 🇦🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⚽️🇬🇧👍.

2.) 08 Feb 2021 12:23:55
Hamilton were in there cup final mode. but we are still undefeated.
Worst I have seen us play but still got points. I think the mistake came from SG. He took this game to lightly by playing zungu and itten from the start. Jack or Davis and Roofe should have started. Strongest team each game. Win the games we need they play around with starting formation. Hopefully it will be a lesson learned.

3.) 08 Feb 2021 12:37:16
Fintytint spot on. SG must play his strongest 11 available always. 🇦🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⚽️🇬🇧👍.

4.) 08 Feb 2021 13:04:09
Zungu is a big no i'm afraid.

5.) 08 Feb 2021 14:49:20
Guys, Hamilton was bad, but be honest, we have seen this coming since Xmas. We are jogging along like a dug with three legs.
Yes we are unbeaten, yes we are 22 points in front, yes it looks like the return to normal business is back. But please don't tell me we shouldn't be concerned with form since the turn if the year and (dare I say it, same as last 2 years, but sneaking results) c'mon guys, win this with a bit of style.

6.) 08 Feb 2021 15:21:13
I thought Zungu did ok, no worse than any of the other more established players, I think peeps are being a bit harsh on him.

7.) 08 Feb 2021 20:42:05
5.0 Ross county Will we just forget that cause it dosnt suit your argument bar.

07 Feb 2021 06:05:37
As we won't be able to celebrate 55 titles. Do you think it would be an idea for all bears to buy 2x5 helium balloons and let them fly to the sky at 3 o'clock the following Saturday, after we clinch it. Just imagine the picture?!

crazy brazy is blue

1.) 07 Feb 2021 07:48:44
Brill idea mate.

2.) 07 Feb 2021 09:24:07
Would be an amazing sight.
I'll be up for that.
Great idea Crazy Brazy 👌

3.) 07 Feb 2021 10:41:12
I'm up for that.

4.) 07 Feb 2021 10:54:22
Great idea would be up for that hopefully as many as possible do it.

5.) 07 Feb 2021 11:38:45
I know another group of bears are just going for a balloon release with any red white and blue balloons.
Hope it takes off 😂😂😂

Anyone who has had a go at super Ally time as manager should read what Stevie G has to say about him in the Daily Telegraph.

crazy brazy is blue

1.) 07 Feb 2021 07:55:21
Not read the article but Super Ally was the glue that held our great club together in our darkest times. Some fans have very short memories.

2.) 07 Feb 2021 08:42:04
Well said CaptainTav.

3.) 07 Feb 2021 09:06:10
Having recently visited other sites from the same Ed’s, it’s really strange that this Rangers site is completely different from the rest in that some people simply can’t say something without adding something nasty or aggressive Towards other people

I don’t include the Celtic site in that as that’s basically the ed007 show, but even there they don’t pass snide remarks or ridicule each other

I mind when I started coming to this forum around 8 years ago, sgl was there and a few great folk, but they left a few years ago, some didn’t come back,

What the fxxk is wrong with people? Try to remember your opinion isn’t something everyone else should agree with.

4.) 07 Feb 2021 09:20:03
Super alloys a legend. took our club through the darkest of times with both hands tied round his back. unsure if he was a great manager. hearts were by far better team that season and got outplayed by Motherwell but hey ho. still a legend in my eyes.

5.) 07 Feb 2021 09:27:01
I agree with you Tomthumb12 and I admit on one recent occasion I was rather curt with my reply to someone who had replied to one of my posts in a rather personal way. It is only a football banter site after all and we should be able to share our own views and agree to differ. Let's all focus on bringing home #55!

6.) 07 Feb 2021 09:34:16
Some of our supporters have short / selective memories, when they have a go at slagging off a proper glasgow rangers legend! They want to tar him with the negative rubbish all the time instead of looking at the full picture and constraints super ally had to work under 🤔

No other manager has, or ever will come through what that guy had to come through post admin and then liquidation! Ally McCoist was the manager, the owner, chairman, chief executive officer and every other job you care to throw a stick at, during these horrendous times for our great football club 🤔Of course under that enormous pressure ally mccoist made mistakes, what manager wouldn't?

So crazy brazy is blue you're spot on to point out what gerrard did say about the super one mate and he was bang on the money on what he said 👍Ally McCoist will always be welcome anytime at glasgow rangers and the family, as he'll always be regarded as a rangers great and legend of our football club forever 👌🇬🇧.

7.) 07 Feb 2021 10:24:35
Tomthumb12, yourself, John25, BMGH01, myself are old school rangers supporters and i'm only basing that in longevity of going to watch rangers over the years! So to the above mentioned and we've seen many great rangers players over the years, but my question is who was the better player for rangers between paul gascoigne and brian laudrup and what would be the reasons for your choice guys 🤔

This undoubtedly, will be a very difficult question, as both were god's to us rangers supporters and arguably 2 of the best imports we ever had playing for us 👌🇬🇧.

8.) 07 Feb 2021 10:11:00
Good post Tomthumb12 it’s all about expressing your opinion.

9.) 07 Feb 2021 10:57:23
Said it many times. McCoist held us together while those in the boardroom tried to take us for everything. We didn't have a proper scout system or a footballing structure within the club. Everyone was taking a pop at us. As for bringing through youth, what youth? They would have got eating alive in the lower leagues. Everyone, mcgregor and davis included deserted us. We started the first day of training with 5 or 7 players was it? No player wanted near us except the ian blacks of the world. McCoist is forever a legend and should be shown the respect he deserves. 👍.

10.) 07 Feb 2021 11:10:35
Sgl you never tagged me but I'm replying to your comment. for me its laudrup. I remember him arriving and first few games he played he was passing balks into open spaces yet there was no gers players there. at that point Scottish football was very 1 dimensional but as said laudrup passed into space for a player to run on to. personaly I think laudrup changed the way gers perceived the game and played it with off the ball movement and forward thinking. both great players in there own position but for reasons said I'm saying laudrup.

11.) 07 Feb 2021 11:20:59
Spot on coldo, can't disagree with any of that 👍.

12.) 07 Feb 2021 11:28:42
You never tagged me either Coops! Laudrup for me pal, but only by a whisker.

13.) 07 Feb 2021 11:31:17
Jeezo I’m agreeing with coops and coldo today. Wonders never cease. As for your comments tam thumb your replies can be just as snide as the next guy so spare me the moral high ground.

14.) 07 Feb 2021 11:33:21
Gazza for me but loved both.

TT it’s bit ironic you saying that when you are having a pop at someone further down practice what you preach 🤭.

15.) 07 Feb 2021 11:38:50
Steven Gerrard Loyal great question. Personally I love GAZZA, as a fan I got to live part of his life through the media who screwed him over also. But for me he wore his heart on his sleeve, warts and all, a lot of which made me cross with him. I still get excited at the mention of his name but all too often it's negative reporting having cheap headlines for money. I wish him well in his life and one thing the rags can't take away is the memories that he built for all the teams he played for. Brian Laudrup was more reserved and kept his life private but no less of a legend. He made sure the headlines were for positive reasons on the park only. 2 World class players who still have a lot of love for RANGERS and her fans, the blood of the club. For me Gazza only because he stirred all my emotions. I named my wee beagle GAZZA and still shed a tear when he appears fragile on TV.

16.) 07 Feb 2021 11:56:53
Good post coldo 👍.

Sounds like Lundstram is playing hard ball with Newcastle and ourselves.
If this is the case I would pull out of any deal as we don't need a prima dona with a bit of Danial Prodan thrown in!

crazy brazy is blue

1.) 06 Feb 2021 15:51:46
Must admit, I've made a point of watching him in a few games (highlights mind) and I can't see why we are interested!
Looks slow, no killer pass, and opposition players with a bit of speed leave him for dead.
Just my opinion.

2.) 06 Feb 2021 16:08:46
I'm not too fussed for him either. Will want big wages coming from EPL and had half a good season last year. He might be a success but equally could see him being one of those that thinks they would stroll it and then struggling.

3.) 06 Feb 2021 16:24:07
Why prodan

Sheff Utd not playing great this year but the boy lundstrum would be an outstanding signing but John 25 says he is looking for 50k a week and that’s not going to happen.

4.) 06 Feb 2021 17:04:47
Crazy Brady what has prodan got to do with it can u explain please.

5.) 06 Feb 2021 17:13:35
The risk of being out injured for a long spell and picking up 50k pw.

6.) 06 Feb 2021 18:12:43
I posted a few weeks ago that SU fans I know thought he was ok but not that good
Distribution poor.

7.) 06 Feb 2021 18:25:33
best two players we never had, daniel prodan and adamchuk.

8.) 06 Feb 2021 18:38:34
Prodan never received a proper medical before signing.

9.) 06 Feb 2021 19:25:54
I think lundstrum is more like Ryan jack of all our midfielders and with Jackos injuries he may be brought in to compete with him but on the £30k a week being reported he’s need to be a starter so would Davis n I’d imagine aribo or arfield in the other position. It does seem were being linked with more mf than we need which would suggest gerrard knows we’re losing atleast 1 maybe 2.

10.) 07 Feb 2021 01:16:17
I’d add seb rozental to that list too, truebluesotrue.

11.) 07 Feb 2021 01:46:10
we did have them

lundstrom is simply doing what anyone would do. he's a proffessional football player, his career could be over next week, so he's looking for the best deal for his family, and coming to scotland means he wants paid more, he's not the first who want more to come here, how much you think butcher and company earned.

12.) 07 Feb 2021 04:32:47
Our top earners are around 30k mark. can't see gers realistically breaking that especialy for him.

I get your point DD. You make a valid point and then someone posts a disagreement with you and then someone else backs them and you feel a bit condescended.
If people are doing that. That is so sad and we must feel sorry for them, as they have issues!
