For me if Rangers keep Celtic at bay for the 1st half, we stand a great chance of winning.
Celtic usually play their best in the first half then tire a bit, Rangers usually play better in 2nd half!
Thoughts.

We need to sharpen up at the back, if we defend well then we can win we will create chances but it's keeping them out that worries me.

For the first half eggman? more like the first 15 mins. They will be all over us like a rash knowing we are week at the back. Borna wets himself normally against them. Tav cannot defend, goldson is one handball away from a pen and i have seen milk turn quicker than davies. Our midfield is decimated according to reports so it will be a big ask to hold out until half time. We can but hope though.

I hope we don't stick to zonal marking at set pieces as this doesn't work and our success at defending corners has been poor - get someone on posts and man mark being touch tight and hopefully no free headers.

Coops, i hope you are right but they are better than us at the moment, have goal scorers all through their team and have none of the injury worries we have.
The team we fielded at Livi wouldn't be sure to beat our injury list/ 2nd eleven. Just think about that for a moment.
Picking from mcCrory Devine helander souter yilmaz davis hagi lawrence colak matondo wright and whoever is injured from tilman roofe jack and lundy. That is a heck of group unavailable to us.

Final coming up soon, are Rangers ready for Celtic, do we have the players we need available in time?
Beale has targeted the cups this season, more than the league!
If we have our best team available I would be a bit more confident.
Rangers should have beaten them the last time so you never know!
Is Ange running scared of Beale and looking for a way out, before we win #56 next season!

He took over when we were 9 points behind and that is still the position. He wants to win every game we play.

I think Beale has got the Celtic fans worried, they can't stop talking about him.
Beale has done a great job considering what we were like when he arrived, still unbeaten and should have beat Celtic.
We have huge injury problems and aging players and no money to speak of too change things much.
I am not expecting too much this season but hope to be a lot better next season, if we get the money/ players we need.
Too soon to judge Beale but its a good start!

we do have cash, and continue to bring cash in, ni5 as mucg as them but we don't have irish money and 10 years uninterrupted european money, but we certanly ain't skint.

Guys come on. Cantwell, raskin. Both qaulity signings bought for minimal. I don't think cash is key too much. loads of players relise running down there contract they can get a big signing on bonus. let's concentrate on getting the right players in, instead of how much they cost.

Our financial problems are in the past but we do need to be prudent in the short term to give us the foundation for the longer term.

Fans are saying that Celtic are more or less playing their best football this season, and Rangers playing mostly poor to fair.
When you think about that, Rangers are not that far behind them, then we only need to improve about 20% to be top dogs again!
If Beale gets rid of a few players and maybe gets a few more in, this next window, we could be back in time for #56, and #57 next season.
But I would be happy with #56 next season, time will tell!

How many other managers would have done what Beale did against p thistle, answer not many.
What about Ange? who knows, Beale is a touch of class and comes across very well, looks you in the eye unlike Ange who looks at his feet at interviews.
Beale has still to prove he is the man to take us forward but will judge him when he gets his own team together.
