Jonny Evans apparently on the radar.

1.) 06 Jun 2018 13:46:52

2.) 06 Jun 2018 14:01:25
Stop it. No he isnt

3.) 06 Jun 2018 14:01:39
The same Evans that leicester are in talks with and man city are interested in? Give it a rest.

4.) 06 Jun 2018 14:09:02
Not a chance on his wages

5.) 06 Jun 2018 14:11:00
who's radar?

6.) 06 Jun 2018 14:38:43
The same Johnny Evans who Man City want?

7.) 06 Jun 2018 14:40:37
3 Million to buy but agent want 6 million signing fee. 9 million i don't think so.

8.) 06 Jun 2018 14:44:35
Wages around the same as Skrtel no way we can afford.

9.) 06 Jun 2018 14:51:10
Evans is going to Liecester

10.) 06 Jun 2018 14:57:34
He's sighing for Leicester. Man City failed to bring him in January, he's on 65k a week at West Brom.

Are you sure you don't mean Gareth McAuley?

11.) 06 Jun 2018 14:59:23
cant see that happening. too much money on wages and was a city target last season. he's a premiership quality CB who won't come to the SPL.

12.) 06 Jun 2018 16:38:37
Maybe when his contract with Leicester is over and he is 36 or something aye.

13.) 06 Jun 2018 21:37:00
The same Evans that's basically signed for Leicester? I have no words f**k me! No wait did you say Johnny or Chris?

14.) 06 Jun 2018 22:40:35
Not happening for us! I Seen him at our church a few weeks ago. He was telling the vicar that he didn't think they would be moving and wanted to stay in the north west ( he Lives in Bowdon/ Hale) . He's sick of living away from home most weeks, that's why I'm surprised he's talking to Leicester. I imagined he was already lined up for Man City as the family's settled here. .

15.) 06 Jun 2018 22:59:54
More chance of signing Chris Evans

16.) 07 Jun 2018 00:28:40
Not sure it's been mentioned, but he's pish

04 May 2018 08:13:10
Stevie G has agreed to become our new boss in principle

formalised today hopefully

All happy?

1.) 04 May 2018 08:38:21
I’m happy that he will be able to attract a higher quality of player than we have seen for at Ibrox for many years. If the rumours are true he won’t be relying on loans and frees which is great news. Is he going to be good enough to make us competitive against Celtic again? We will see

2.) 04 May 2018 09:02:33
What's wrong with freebies?
Fernando Torres is on a free👀👀

3.) 04 May 2018 11:32:35
There is nothing wrong with players on a free i was meaning he has a wider range of players to choose from if we can buy them rather than just who is available on a free.

4.) 05 May 2018 00:35:12
We have world wide massive support, locally unbelievable.
The travesty that nearly destroyed our club which is basicaly impossible never happened.
There may be people out there who hope for our demise but they forget that being a gers is by definition a matter of fact, the phoenix will rise from the ashes as all good things do.

27 Apr 2018 08:59:30
gers statement apparently planned for today

wonder what the topic is?

1.) 27 Apr 2018 10:26:57
first time posting, got told a rumour today that hull released mcgregor and rangers will have him signed and starting on sunday. i don't know whether to beleive it because who would release mcgregor and i didn't think you could sign a free agent this late in the season.

2.) 27 Apr 2018 11:04:10
Always a friday press conference before weekend game its nothing to get excited about

3.) 27 Apr 2018 11:14:43
Statement is a different thing to a press conference.

4.) 27 Apr 2018 11:45:22
Listened to talk sport all morning. Bookie was on saying they have closed the book. Looks like it's a done deal.

I'm in two minds with this one. No experience but can attract some big names. Possible Sturridge on loan? Would love that!

5.) 27 Apr 2018 13:24:19
Sturridge is NEVER fit. And way out our price range even for a loan if we are picking up half his wages I would think, who knows thou

26 Apr 2018 09:14:20
Gio and jan wouters leaving Feyenord at end of the season

1.) 26 Apr 2018 09:57:46

2.) 26 Apr 2018 09:58:55
Said that yesterday

3.) 26 Apr 2018 10:37:42
Gio would be good move for gers but it all if and butts gio de boer gerrard warnock clarke etc all we can do is wait n see who it is

4.) 26 Apr 2018 11:20:28
Right bear is see and hear all options and am with those who think it's a gamble but remember a gamble has 2 sides it ether works and he's a success or he fails and it's Pedro all over again but think of the positives give him a chance am sure one day he would love to manage Liverpool and he nows his managerial cv has to be good to get that job so he will try and make us the team that we should be and he will have better contacts than Pedro did but if it's him let's give him a chance bears

5.) 26 Apr 2018 12:10:41
Gio - would not want Arfield etc - he probably hasn't even heard of them!

6.) 26 Apr 2018 13:22:55
What about Rino

7.) 26 Apr 2018 15:55:48
Would love too but can't afford him

8.) 26 Apr 2018 19:06:52
Gio is most likely hoping for arsenal.

17 Apr 2018 13:11:39
confirmed both miller and Wallace have been suspended pending investigation.

1.) 17 Apr 2018 14:10:05
There's something seriously wrong when our 2 most experienced players are kicking off. Halliday wss raging too - it's like Joey Barton all over again!

2.) 17 Apr 2018 14:45:48
It sounds to me that Miller and Wallace did what the Manager should have done, rip right into the dross that is in the dressing room. Murty has no authority over those players and they certainly didn't like it when he made changes.

3.) 17 Apr 2018 15:08:31
China. What Kenny Miller allegedly done was smash Murty in the face and try to fight him. i'm all for that but in a professional environment that's taking it too far. Not sure what Wallace done tho.

4.) 17 Apr 2018 17:17:31
C-bear85 how reliable is your info? Not saying your statement is fabricated in any way but in these types of situations stories of this ilk tend to grow arms and legs.

5.) 17 Apr 2018 17:23:43
C-bear where did you get that bit from?

6.) 17 Apr 2018 17:24:36
A guy a no stave. Laidlaw told me to day that Neil warnock
Will be in charge as soon as his season ends so see wit comes from this he's right in most things as he previously told me rositters nickname was sicknote

7.) 17 Apr 2018 18:45:27
hope your right but if cardiff make the premier league there is no chance he will want anything to do with our shambles of a club

8.) 17 Apr 2018 20:10:22
Warnock has said he does not want to manage in the EPL again but you do know he's 70 this year!

9.) 17 Apr 2018 20:24:26
What I heard was that Alfie was getting the better of Docherty and had to be pulled off him or Docherty he would have ended up in hospital. Miller was giving Murty it tight about Halliday then Murty said he didn't want to talk about it and Miller went for him punching him. It's from a usually reliable source.

10.) 17 Apr 2018 20:36:12
Neil warnock lol he can chase himself he's 70 year old and has hardly had a glittering career or any club half the size of ours, only Leeds really, that was years ago, he's not won very much, and no knowledge of Scottish game. The only 2 babes worth mentioning are frank de boer or Steve Clark!

11.) 17 Apr 2018 23:47:23
That's me taking a year off from our team, need a break, money's tight as it is, missed many a family day out with the kids, time to take a step back, just no worth it anymore, can handle my team getting beat on the park if I can see that they are putting in a shift, but they don't, and all the other garbage that goes with us is to much, a supporter for 40 years and a season ticket holder for many of them, but time for a break .

12.) 18 Apr 2018 02:43:41
From what I’ve heard Miller was having a go at Murty and it escalated into the old school days “hold me back” scenario. A few senior players “stopped” Miller from going for Murty as Murty said it wasn’t the time to have the conversation. These things happen in a changing room but no player should act like this towards a Rangers manager, however, the players are backing Miller and Wallace.

13.) 17 Apr 2018 23:01:53
Frazyul. . please tell me that you know Warnock has won promotion 9 times. . he's also a young 70 so who gives a toss. He will also take no rubbish off anybody.

keep an eye on ssn from 9am.

1.) 15 Jun 2018 09:03:26
sheep away first game
at the hole 1st Sep
bring it on

2.) 15 Jun 2018 11:26:17
why hit disagree when it is a fact

14 Jun 2018 10:24:44
quality right back and two forwards will be in good shape

What u reckon folks?

1.) 14 Jun 2018 11:24:49
Tav has been our top performer for past 2 season's. Albeit he has frailties defensively, I am more than confident Steven Gerrard will improve that aspect of his game, as he will in improving all players in the squad. He is so determined to succeed through hard work, knowledge and experience, and we should all be shaking with excitement at the prospects for this and future seasons. # let's go!

07 Jun 2018 16:56:17
2 good centre half's
a defensive midfielder
a right back who can defend
forward who can hold ball up
provided they are good enough then I reckon we could challenge for the title in Stevie's first season.

1.) 07 Jun 2018 20:29:45
u mean another midfielder? you a manager

2.) 07 Jun 2018 20:30:20

Only 1 striker? With Miller away, Cummings unlikely to return and Dodoo probably going on loan we are currently left with Morelos and Herrera who is rotten. Think we need more than 1 new striker in

3.) 07 Jun 2018 23:54:01
Herrera is not rotten he has not settled, the man is a great player and a proper professional he just needs gametime. I'd rather he stay than Cummings return

01 Jun 2018 08:05:39
officially like to welcome Stevie G to the Gers

Let's all get right behind him and try show some patience through the sticky moments

Great things come to those who deserve it

Let's go.

1.) 01 Jun 2018 09:01:25
June 1, is the day I have been waiting for and I am absolutely desperate to get started officially in my role as the manager of Rangers Football Club. Just saying that excites and motivates me so much.

Although the players won’t report back from their breaks until later this month I am looking forward to meeting them and also welcoming some new faces to this fantastic club.

Along with Mark (Allen) and my backroom team we have already been working on our plans and strategy for the new season. We know what we want to achieve and we also know what will be required to meet the challenges ahead, but we will be ready.

Indeed, over the next week or so, I will be engaged in work and activities outwith Auchenhowie which I hope will be to the benefit of the club. We will also be putting the final pieces in place for our pre-season training camp in Spain.

Having already taken the opportunity to assess our Auchenhowie base and also facilities at Ibrox, we are focusing now on being ready for our first real challenge, a Europa League qualifying tie in early July.

We need to give the players every chance to perform at their best as often as possible because that is what fans demand, and rightly so. I must say that I have already had such a warm welcome from supporters across the world and this has served to confirm my belief that it’s the fans who make this football club great.

Everything we do will be for them. It’s time now…let’s go.

Steven Gerrard

Sad wee green troll hitting the disagree button all over the site amidst much gnashing of teeth! Sad really

3.) 01 Jun 2018 11:33:57
the seeker. they are all over this site. look at every post. just proves how obsessed they are, reading every post. disagreeing. posting and trying to pretend to bears

21 May 2018 11:27:45
you reckon O'Halloran has a death wish
what on earth he thinking about?

1.) 21 May 2018 11:36:11
Why for going to watch a football game?

We better tell big bruno when he home not to go n support porto

2.) 21 May 2018 11:37:08
Gerrard your not allowed to go support or watch liverpool now

I rite

3.) 21 May 2018 11:47:50
If you think a Rangers player sitting in the celtic end at a cup final is the same as 'Gerrard going to a Liverpool game' your an absolute mug

4.) 21 May 2018 11:49:41
celtic end?

5.) 21 May 2018 11:54:55
Aye but it's a bit different turning up to support our bitterest rivals don't you think? I think you do!

6.) 21 May 2018 12:16:37
Every player supports one team or another

I see no harm in going to see a game the team u support are playing on your days off etc

Are we all going to shout at super ally for doing commentry on a tic game and saying oh great goal by dumbelle or broon etc all because he played and managed rangers

7.) 21 May 2018 12:30:40
Rediculous comparison Tryanikian. If super ally went to the Scottish cup final to support Celtic with the Celtic fans then obviously we would shout at him. Scott Brown used to be a Rangers fan. Do you think he still is? Absolutely not

8.) 21 May 2018 12:34:34
Anybody defending that should leave our club immediately. Disgraceful!

9.) 21 May 2018 12:46:57
Neutral part of main stand, populated by fans in green, a serious error of judgement. As I say he will be away soon

10.) 21 May 2018 13:16:35
He must have seen where he was going to be seated any normal person wouldn't have even taken thwre seat he was hardly dressed for vip area

11.) 21 May 2018 13:24:28
Game was on TV no? Another footballer with half a brain. No common sense. Should have walked when crowded by celtic fans. Pretty disrespectful to us who pay his wages. Gerrard going to Liverpool and Alves going to Porto not the same at all.

12.) 21 May 2018 16:02:22
Jayboy17 good point mate MOH will be over and out hopefully very soon. What a total waste of a wage. never kicked a ball for Rangers and is very obviously a Celtic man. It’s fine to be a Celtic fan, but not a Rangers player and a Celtic fan. The two don’t mix.

Yes we have had a few Celtic fans in the past like wee mo and probably a few other that had the common sense to keep their trap shut and keep their brain in gear.

Sitting in the Celtic end with a hat on with Celtic on it only says one thing to me. MOH tell the Rangers get it up you
Well MOH enjoy you feed fall down.
It will be marvellous to see the back of you.
GTF over and out

13.) 21 May 2018 16:35:18
He’s poor anyways no loss to us he will be gone this summer along with all the other rubbish

14.) 21 May 2018 18:48:21
Lark hall old guys he is not wearing a Celtic hat

15.) 21 May 2018 20:28:57
If OHallaran were performing I wouldn't care who he watches. But he's not and the photograph seems to be him working ticket. TBH think we should help him out. No real loss.
