BiobioChile on twitter (X) claiming Thomas Galdames is "heading to Europe, leaving Argentina for "Scottish Giants". Now why am I specifically mentioning the poster. They are the largest Press organisation in Chile and have a following of 4.5 million on twitter so seems this most definitely is concrete interest.

Only question now is if he's coming to play left back and Robbie Fraser is being offered a new deal, where does that leave Ridvan after Jefte's arrival. I'm away Galdames can also play CB so we shall see what the plan is.

If he is signed as a LB I wouldn’t be surprised to see Ridvan away. We’ll get a good chunk of what we paid back and his availability has been very poor. Decent at full fitness but think we can upgrade for less outlay.

If we sell Ridvan and with Barasic away, we have Jefte and this Chilean lad, it's a good swap. Plus likely to have cash left over from Ridvan sale.

Probably never seen jefte play, but now reckon he will be converted to a left winger lol. Our supporters don't half get carried away or play to much football manager.
