I’m confident that Beale, Bisgrove etc have a clear idea of the threshold with the Danilo deal.
I’m not reading too much into our last offer being rejected, if true! The fact that we are negotiating with the club after weeks of interest is probably a sign that a deal is close.
Can understand that Feyenoord might want a replacement in before selling their player.
At this stage we will know the figure required to get the player.
But equally if Feyenoord were to up the fee I’m sure we will walk and move into another target.

Gimenez is suspended for 2 games in the CL, The manager doesn't rate Danilo hence why he's spending big on a no.2 to possibly be the new No1 incase gimenez gains attention from other clubs.

Their manager has been very clear and open. since he's came in that he's looking to replace Danilo.
