apparently rangers still looking to sign 2 more CBs this summer window a lot of the larger fee signings will come after some big name ones leave. players will be told to leave this week if not needed rangers will try to offload all players who should leave.

Rangers already have 4 CBS: Goldson, Souttar, Davies, Balogun. Then there is youth prospects like King and Nsasla. Sterling can even cover in that position if need be. That is 7 options at CB currently under contract for next season. If Rangers were to sign two more they would have 9 CB options at the club at the same time.

Rangers can tell whoever they like to leave but that doesn’t mean it’ll happen. Someone else would need to come along, make a bid, and offer these players similar money to what they are on now and that just isn’t going to happen in some cases. Goldson is one of the highest earners at the club nobody is going to take that wage on. Especially after he has had such a poor season. Same can be said of Davies.

I do think Rangers need another CB because the ones who are there are underperforming and injury prone. However, the club cannot keep bringing in players, and adding to the wage budget without stop. Some of the defenders already at the club need to move on. Plus, Rangers need a CM and some wingers because they really are short on numbers in those departments.

It's diff shifting guys like Davies or goldson who earn 20/ 30k per week but your right we need better and a cm who can replace lundstrum as for wide players we have cortez so need at least 1 other and hopefully we can get matondo out the door but again he's on 25k+.

Generic read what the guy said, he said we want two new CBs but have to wait on guys leaving. So if we can’t shift anyone then we won't sign anyone. We aren’t going to end up with 9 CBs.

Generic take it you've never seen Nsiala play? he was 1 of there 3 rising youth stars, we are very fotunate to get him, thanks to Koppen.

He is not a prospect, he will be a 1st team player, no way he left AC milan when other good clubs wanted him, only to join rangers B team lol.
