Need an experienced first choice CB we've already brought in Clinton who's not the finished article we've balogun Davies Souttar who can all do a job we've yfeko king who can step in if required but we lack real quality in that area I'd say lb is covered. Don't need anymore squad players we need first choice starting 11 men.

I don’t think we would be singing a player from Man City to sit on our bench. The boy is pretty experienced having played with Coventry and Leicester on loan and also winning the under 19s euros with England. He would be a coup if we got him ??.

Balogun is 35. Goldson is 31. Davies is 28. There is plenty of experience in the CB area at Rangers. The club are trying to bring the average age of the squad down. They won’t achieve that by signing older experienced players. Rangers have experienced players in spades.

GenericRangersFan, i’m glad you’ve ceased repeating other people's statements before typing your text. it was a weird thing to do. i agree we do have a few elder ch, but there’s no guarantee they’ll be here or play, ie goldson could be gone and balogun couldn’t play every week, and anyway. clement might not fancy any of them.

Generic, Goldson is done and Davies has never got started. He's always injured they need moved on this window.

Think we need pace at the back. Far too many times we were caught on counter attack from us playing high up park.

Agree about Goldson Big D, but tbf to Davies, he stepped in at the end of the year and done OK for me. But injury free he could do a job.
