I have real concerns our board are able to make the right decision about the type of manager we need going forward, we had the chance to involve Souness some1 who would demand higher standards and apparently offer some ambassador role we need some1 in there because where do our board expect to take us to where do they see us being in 5 years what plans have they made to help any manager to overtake celtic we don't even have a DOF so are we expected to believe Bennett a pt chairman or Bisgrove who's experience is in commercial and marketing have the knowledge to appoint the right type of manager it's time our board stepped up and show real leadership and appoint not some1 who's the fan fav at that time like Gio or MB although less wanted Mb that did gio whilst we mess around crltic are hiring top coaches in ange and Rodgers ad we need to be aiming for better quality would Muscat be considered if he hadn't played for us or Lampard if he wasn't an ex international like SG or Mcinness who's Scottish and played for us none of them imho are going to regain a title because they're nut able and more importantly don't have the leadership from within the club to prosper so Bennett or bidgrove need to get this right or it'll be them we the fans will turn on next ill speak for myself I'm sick and tired of playing second d fiddle to that other mob when financially income isn't far apart but as a club how its run we re miles behind and appointing 1 of the above won't solve that.

John we can ask sourness or mcleish but ultimately Bennett or bisgrove will make the call with what experience mist top clubs have a DOF and don't allow there manager to bring in all his own pucks that decision could set us back 2 years by the time we get the failures out and bring in others.
