From what I watched tonight that a loved the most was a good old school bit of dig. a good couple of times at the touchline we got wired in. to me that's a pre-requisite default setting that will stand you in good stead.

That's right. St j were physical as usual and didn't like it one bit when it was returned with interest. It's about time we had warriors on the pitch. I hope the next time we play them we show the same attitude and aggression. It wasn't perfect but it was much better. As I've always maintained, there is a team in there. It is the management I have questioned, though with results like that it will strengthen Pedro's position. Let's keep it going and see where it takes us.

he says the best player at the club is pena!
who else thinks there is more to come from this player, he must be doing something to impress his team-mate so much for him to say he is the best player he has ever played with.
hopefull this boy can come good but he needs to work on his speed.

His first touch should always be a shot at goal is all i'm going to say on the Pena matter. Great finishes. i'm not a fan of his ability. Great goals.

His first touch is horrible and his passing isn’t great. His finishing and movement however are off the chart. Maybe we have all been wrong and Ped, Morelos etc are right, which you would expect as they see him everyday in training. like ally said at half time last night his return for goals per game is starting to look great. I would have him in the side every week just for that.

I have always believed with time he will become a key player I think he will continue to settle in and improve and should be judged on his performances after the Christmas break

Only time will tell if he’s the best player at the club but he does seem to be getting better game by game but for me still a long way to go!

for every 4 things pena does that is poor he does 1 thing that makes me think that's impressive he divides opinion with the fans but for me he starts before kenny miller in that role all day long goals to game ratio is decent butcher trying to make him a bit of a joke player but if you watch carefully when we get the ball out wide he makes some very clever runs into the box only a run of games will get him better also great to finally see dorrans take control of a game

Just reading the above, especially Govan Front7. Poor first touch, not the fittest, passing not great, first touch is a shot at goal but good goal threat and exceptional movement.
That sounds like Ally McCoist and he done not too bad (as a player) .

I can't wait for Pedro to win something for the famous Glasgow Rangers the man can't say one word and his haters are on it in a flash the papers are twisting his words and you all know what your doing wait till he adds a couple of players in the market in January and the side settles down into the formation he wants and I am sure he will shut up the same old posters on here that are waiting for him to fail in Pedro we trust!

Rangers have been bullied in the past few seasons now we are willing to go in to battle if that is what it takes, showing hunger all over the park improving in every game, I have said and said again let Pedro build, the improvement I have seen says enough!

Finally I saw what we have been crying out for. a bit of fight and passion. Pena is still a bit slow but his finishes were outstanding. Dorrans fantastic. Alves class. A very positive evening. Back in your box St Johnstone gob shi*es.
