blacburn are under a transfer embargo

{Ed001's Note - when Rhodes go it should be lifted as they will have met the conditions.}

I don't believe the Stevie may rumour, Warbs can hardly have seen him play for a start. Would it be a Davie Weir signing? Doubt it. I expect we will have known the SA risk for some time and will be looking at a player in same position.

Don't look as though Rhodes is going anywhere tho. Boro pulled out of deal to sign him.

Eustace will be offered a player coach role due to suffering injury setback. Unlikely to be fit for first team for several weeks after setback. Warburton impressed with influence on dressing room and wants him as coach if unable to play.

Shame that, He was 1 of our better players when he come into the 1st team last season, Also I thought we was short in Defensive / CM position at the moment

This would b a good move. Although I do feel a little sorry for him as he was arguably our best player in the 2nd half of last season

Shame as he was very impressive under McCall. Had plenty of energy and done a decent defensive midfield job. Hope he gets a good loan and comes back for first team.

This could be good for him hopefully it's at a team in our league or a good team in league 1 like Dunfermline

Bluenose98 I think some teams in the top league would do well to get the boy. Very impressed with him any time I have watched him and Stuart McCall rated him highly too.

Whoever it is it won't be hibs and i'd think we won't be doing ANY kind of business with them for the foreseeable future

15 Aug 2015 23:40:55
I think this is short minded. Hibs did what was best for their club. Our disappointment in not signing Allan is understandable but let's not throw our toys out the pram.

@Cee, He is a decent ST, But I would certainly put a bid in for 1 of their key players just to try and spite Stubbs, Even though Hibs ain't going to be a challenge to us anyway now, Stuggled to beat Morton at home, Maybe mighty Dumbarton is the team to watch out for haa

Typical old rangers arrogance, the sons of the rock are a superbly run wee club from top to bottom who survive on attendance's a fraction of which turn up at ibrokes , while watching thousands from the town head to govan every other week for non football reasons, never been bust and not a penny in debt , in a nutshell the real reason Scottish football will never prosper and continue on a downward spiral.

So Rangers have signed the Tottenham pair

Mark Warburton is still assessing John Eustace fitness and will sign him on a 1 year deal if all goes to plan

Warburton has expressed that there may be a couple more come in the door depending whether we can get players on trial quick enough in the next week or so

Looking likely that it will be a striker on loan deal with opportunity to buy

Also looking at Craig Sibbald from Falkirk

He hasn't said he wants another couple in subject to trials. He has said Eustace and 1 loan signing that is virtually already agreed. Hoping an attacking central mid/striker
