nicky clark transfer in doubt as queens due fee because of his age

Believable49 Unbelievable69

Even if there was a fee it would be minimal for a second division Scottish player

Agree1 Disagree0

Don't you think Rangers would have checked that out first before making a move?

Agree1 Disagree1

Oh look another sports journalist that has information no one else has. James

Agree0 Disagree0

This would have been known by everyone before talks began. Get a grip.

Agree0 Disagree0

Why would there be a fee?
was he not at Hearts? or aberdeen previously?

bil72

Agree0 Disagree0

Check it out first -emmm no!

Agree0 Disagree0

1)Minimal fees are massive fees if you're broke

2)Ally is in charge so I doubt anything WAS CHECKED OUT out.

TTTS

Agree0 Disagree0

They are due money for bringing him through the ranks. the same fee sone aluko paid himself to aberdeen

Agree0 Disagree0

He didn't 'come though the ranks' he came from peterhead less than 2 years ago
again - why would rfc pay a fee if he's out of contract

bil72

Agree0 Disagree0

Why did sone aluko pay money then?

Agree0 Disagree0

Rangers have to pay a fee as compensation as he's under 23

Agree0 Disagree0

Nominal fee would be due as compensation. As someone pointed out, it was the same thing with Aluko. If the player is under a certain age (either 21 or 24), his previous club is due something. I believe this is a UEFA/FIFA stipulation.

Agree0 Disagree0

Find out what qos paid Peterhead and double it

Bil72

Agree0 Disagree0

Hes signed and queens are getting ian russel fae partick to replace him heard it from nick himself

heard James McPake in talks with Super Ally, Norrie

Believable20 Unbelievable52

I quite like McPake as a player.

Worried about this guy morgan coming into the boardroom though. C Green is moving all of his pieces into place to completely fill Rangers with his own asset stripping chums. The easdales aren't great news either, rangers men yes. good for the club. no

Agree2 Disagree0

When McPake isn't playing for Hibs it's because his back is done, but going by Ally signings he'll get a pension. sorry contract!

Agree0 Disagree1

Mcpake is in contract til end of next season. need a fee i'm afraid.

Agree0 Disagree0

No I'm from coventry where he used to play and he is a Celtic fan me and him used to have banter

The Board of Rangers has noted the recent press speculation regarding a requisition for a General Meeting.

The Board confirms that it has received such correspondence and is seeking to establish the validity of this requisition. Further announcements will be made as appropriate.

Just seen on tv that Rangers are calling a meeting to replace Malcolm Murray and Philip Cartmell with James Easdale and Chris Morgan. let's see if Walter is true to his word and walks away

where did u see this?

Agree0 Disagree0

Never been a huge admirer of walter smith as a manager however if he walks away from rangers us rangers fans really should be worried! We need answers now!

Agree0 Disagree1

He'll have to walk if he is to hold on to his integrity.

Agree1 Disagree2

True to who's word? The Daily Records? its called a rumour until he comes out and says otherwise. I think its safe to say the club hasn't been run well for the past 2-3 years under Whyte/Green - if Walter walks because people are trying to change that then I ain't sure that's a bad thing.

Agree0 Disagree1

Seems like the tooth fairy has visited Myth and left him something under his pillow. he's changed sides again. TTTS

Agree0 Disagree1

Yes, it is not looking good as the wolves fight over the scraps.
less than disappointed tbh. not sure how much more of this I can take. 50 years a supporter, but have really been turned off lately by all this. time Walter said something constructive as to how the land lies.
I don't see season tickets selling well until this is resolved in a positive way for the club.

Agree1 Disagree1

Looks like setting up an EGM will take time and it is probably just to force resignations in the short term. (Herald "The requisitioning of the EGM requires the support of 10% of the shareholders and, once validated, the board of directors has 21 days in which to circulate details of the EGM motions to all shareholders, then set the date for the EGM within 28 days of the notice. ) However if an EGM went ahead I assume all shareholders can attend or at least those registered as members with the company? If so it might be the best opportunity for supporters to get some answers from the board members and larger share holders. As suggested elsewhere uniting the shareholder supporter proxy votes under the RST might give fans a bit more voice.

Agree0 Disagree1

"its safe to say the club hasn't been run well for the past 2-3 years under Whyte/Green" . the blame for the current trouble lies at one mans door and that's neither Whyte or Green.

Agree0 Disagree2

This is awful news. We are about to head for another administration. Trust me here. Green has his men on this forum and other forums trying to plant the seed of Smith and McCoists disruption. Morgan and Easdales are bad news.

Dont know how much more I can take. Always a bluenose but this is murder.

Agree2 Disagree0

"As suggested elsewhere uniting the shareholder supporter proxy votes under the RST might give fans a bit more voice. "

How can this happen when we have ar least 3 different supporte associations who have in the past shown not a hint of solidarity what's the old adage? Divide and conquer

Agree0 Disagree0

I don't like the idea of the Easdales buying Greens shares and getting place on the board, Rangers fans maybe but they are definitely not what we need in a business sense. They are in the same mould as Green and White.

Wullie - RFC

Agree1 Disagree0

Walter shouldn't walk away.
If he has concerns he should report them to the financial authorities in the first instance.
By walking away and saying nothing he forgoes the responsibility he has as a board member to flag up any abuses or concerns he is aware of.
Fans are currently afraid that they are not being told the truth and this is at the heart of the current movement among many to buy shares themselves.

Agree0 Disagree0

What happened to the statement from green that no person would hold more than 10% of the shares at any one time?

Agree0 Disagree0

Blakie of on the buses is a bad move, just being appointed to protect Greens interests he's just another front man, if what's been blogged is true this is a complicated web of fraud and deceit which won't go away until all the palms have been greased, at the expense of the fans

Agree1 Disagree0

What happened to the statement from green that no person would hold more than 10% of the shares at any one time?

He warned you about back biting and payed the price was voted out

Mr Easdale wants to buy his share
If your not happy who else is going to buy them
