I think we have a pest control problem at Ibrox and am wondering if Wallace and Miller are the start of a clearance of pests. We may never find out until they release their books which we will be expected to buy.

18 Apr 2018 23:06:50
I think something might have happened leading up to the game, it would explain few players reactions. When u think about it miller, Wallace. candias, docherty, Halliday and Morales. why were all these players so pissed off?

It’s because they didn’t believe in murty and his team selection on the Friday or Saturday before the game.

19 Apr 2018 07:43:08
Because they were loasing then lost against their rivals that's why

19 Apr 2018 11:37:14
I think murty should play. The development team that play a lot better than the first team.

18 Apr 2018 19:29:19
McInnes back on clubs radar. They are hoping that offering him role with full preseason and window to shape team might be more tempting as he considered Sunderland post at that stage last season. Current board have been presiding over getting big name they believe they can afford like Gio, Michael Laudrup or Frank De Boer or to go with Clarke or McInnes.
Personally I'd go for Walter Smith, i'd at least ask the question.

18 Apr 2018 19:48:14
Mcinnes can take is face for a s***e
And Clark just won't happen
And I'm sceptical of the others as much as I'd love it to work.
If we don't try and sign Scott Arfield this summer I will be disappointed surely at least try.

18 Apr 2018 20:27:51
Mcinnes should be a non starter! I think Clark would be a successful appointment but again can't see it (more chance he ends up across the city) would love warnock but he's possibly prem bound with Cardiff! Gio, de boer, Laudrup or arteta would definitely be bold appointments but would require time to shape a side, time some supporters don't won't to give a manager.

18 Apr 2018 20:28:18
Don't be silly McSpineless is not coming. He will never be approached again your on the wind up mate

18 Apr 2018 21:13:52
If McInnes becomes our next manager the season book I've held for nearly 33 yrs won't be renewed! He got offered the chance to manage my great club and refused to stay with the sheep! And as a previous poster commented " he can take his face for a sh**e "!

18 Apr 2018 22:17:30
Stephen Robinson? Gary Rowett? Alex Neill?

18 Apr 2018 23:18:36
I don’t want him either just passing on a rumour I heard. Bookies are hardly an indicator as we have seen odds on for Van Persie to sign etc but did notice McInnes in from 16/1 to 8/1 3rd fav

19 Apr 2018 12:43:47
Marco Silva anyone?

19 Apr 2018 15:24:01
I didn't want McInnes then and certainly don't want him now after knocking us back. He can go flagellate himself with a ragman's trumpet!

19 Apr 2018 15:39:37
McInness not the answer anyway

18 Apr 2018 16:41:40
To the people saying that Miller and Wallace have been suspended for speaking up; garbage. Surely you don't think that is the real reason?

Miller wants to be Rangers manager and him and Wallace were in the ear of Dave King at the Semi Final against Motherwell. It was them I believe effectively got Pedro sacked. Then the job goes to Murty and they are again not happy. Low and behold it's the same two players who have an issue and his wife chips in again on Twitter. Not a peep since the last debacle.

I firmly believe that these two have been disruptive and in the ears of other players the whole time under Murty because they've lost their places and this has had a small part in lowering the moral of the whole team.

Now I'm glad Wallace stayed with us after being sent down to the lower leagues, but it's not as though he wasn't paid during that spell, and quite handsomely too but he's been rubbish since we got back up and neither him, nor "King Kenny' are bigger than the club. If they undermine the manager then they deserve to go.

If Murty is back in this scenario then I believe this is an indicator that he's getting the job full time and I also wouldn't be surprised if we see a significant improvement on the park if both players are removed completely.

18 Apr 2018 17:16:34
Sorry Bigbear. the board backing Murty does not mean he is getting the job. The board gave Murty the job so must be seem to back him. What sort of message would that send out to any new manager who would be thinking of coming. Whether both players were right or wrong a board will always back a manager. end of

18 Apr 2018 18:59:21
There was one person and one person only who got Pedro sacked. and that was Pedro

18 Apr 2018 18:59:22
Sorry BigBear I have never read as much utter garbage and you are indinial! Murty has to go now! 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

18 Apr 2018 19:03:53
Nonsense mate

18 Apr 2018 19:25:04
Things will need to change if we get beat on Sunday and plus think it will be what team he starts with as cumming deserve a run of games what use think bears

18 Apr 2018 21:13:09
OR bigbear it could be that we were crap in both games and got bullied off the park so the club CAPTAIN and VICE CAPTAIN spoke out as I would hope they would.

18 Apr 2018 23:00:54
Jyf. exactly

19 Apr 2018 07:44:32
Jyf do you REALLY think they’re suspended for voicing an opinion after 2 poor performances? It’s far more than that!

Colster do you remember Pail Le Guen and Pedro?

19 Apr 2018 12:31:30
Yes BB it is more than that but those wasters deserve more that that, what would you have done if you were allowed into the dressing room after the game? Shake hands and tell them "unlucky boys". There are too many snowflakes nowadays, You included BigBear?

19 Apr 2018 13:12:38
Yeah Jyf I would have given the players a right going over, but as I've said, the reason they have been suspended is not because of how they've spoken to the other players. This happens regularly and is confirmed in many a press interview saying there was a 'Frank exchange of views'.

This is exactly the reason I feel the suspension is down to other behaviours from the two and the way in which they've conducted themselves toward Murty on Sunday has been the tip of the ice berg.

Do you think it's just a coincidence it's the same two players who again have a problem with another manager? The fact they are captain and vice captain does not matter. You have to conduct yourself in a reasonable manner.

19 Apr 2018 17:21:08
BB you obviously know more than I do about what actually went down but I never saw any black eyes or fat lips so it seem it might just have been a "frank exchange of views". And as far as I personally am concerned it DOES matter if you are the captain or vice captain but please share what info you have as to what really happened with Miller and Wallace.

18 Apr 2018 14:22:12
Recently I posted that a former director had taken it upon himself to sound out Bilic as our new manager. Now I'm told it was a former director/ employee who was ASKED to make a cold approach to Bilic so that officially the club could deny such an approach happened. Sounds like something this board would do, especially when the DoF wants someone else. Turmoil? Believe it.

18 Apr 2018 16:02:12
Burbank this is normal practice so don't worry too much, as posted earlier Park to pay new managers wages for next three years

18 Apr 2018 16:32:19
That's what I posted two days ago, jboy17, and I know it's normal practice, I've been observing such situations for alomst 65 years now.

18 Apr 2018 18:08:12
I wonder what manager they're going to pay 2million quid a year for?

18 Apr 2018 18:56:58
Agree super cooper, it does say up to two million that could be half a million.
I know a lot of people who are convinced it's Warnock, I don't see that

18 Apr 2018 20:20:30
Warnock possibly in Prem next season with Cardiff so can't see that happening

18 Apr 2018 20:22:55
we need a high profile manager at the moment a big name if you like and I just can’t see anybody of that ilk working under a DOF who offers him players to put in his team, it just won’t work

17 Apr 2018 23:51:14
I don't mind if the players had a go at murty. It show that they are hurting. Still can't believe how weak our team was and the pressing was slow and lazy looking.
Where do we go from here. I just hope that this internal fallout doesn't de rail the rest of our season. We desparately need to get into and do well in the europa.

18 Apr 2018 10:04:18
Keith Jackson's article about Dave King is spot on. It is time for new leadership at Rangers because we are going backwards

18 Apr 2018 10:21:40
Only way forward is new ownership, going to take tens of millions to sort this mess. Tens of millions Dave king doesn’t have!

18 Apr 2018 11:53:12
How can rangers compete with a turnover of just £30 million compared to Celtic who this season will break £100 million? king does not have the coin so unless someone has this isn't about stopping 10 its about the next 10-20 years. Rangers need europa league groups which will be tough but domestic football simply isn't enough plus why is the merchandise revenue predicted to be much lower than Celtic when we now control our own?

18 Apr 2018 14:21:23
Probably because it's Hummel making the new kit you couldn't give them away! Disgrace if this is true.
I'm sick of the piss poor decisions being made behind the scenes.

18 Apr 2018 15:04:23
fraz. your slating the board for a decision that's not even true!

18 Apr 2018 15:10:30
Keith Jackson is a rat, like his cohort Traynor.

18 Apr 2018 15:27:59
Maybe he is a rat Burnbank but he’s is speaking the truth and maybe you don’t like it? 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

18 Apr 2018 16:09:42
Whether there is some shreds of truth in there I wouldn't know as I refuse to read anything the sleazy sensationalist rags have to say. As for King the majority of the mistakes his board have made relate to first team management of which Dave King was not responsible for. He had nothing to do with the appointments of McCall, Warburton, Pedro, or Murty.
We have been a PR disaster long enough so Traynor and his team should be first out the door imo.

18 Apr 2018 16:30:34
Why wouldn't I like it, Yately? Just because he's a rat it doesn't mean he can't actually get it right once in a blue moon. But he's an utter slimeball who sniffs around Traynor and others looking for sensationalist copy to hurt us with.

18 Apr 2018 17:13:10
Dont get folk greeting over hummell? If its bringimg us in cash who cares who makes the strips? Were u still sayin the same when we were winning and fergie mols de boer were all running about in diadora?

18 Apr 2018 17:15:56
Colster o hope your right but it's not the only reason I have lost faith in the board

18 Apr 2018 18:53:33
Dodgy Dave is the one issuing stupid statements all the time. Coming away with the same old stories/ nonsense. He's the biggest problem at rangers

18 Apr 2018 20:41:10
I've already said we're a PR disaster, and some of King's statements don't help matters (still wasn't the reason we got gubbed), but he's not even in the country to make statements all the time. Our biggest problem is not getting results on the pitch, and it is a managers job to organise and motivate a team to get results. Apparently it was D Park that chose Pedro and by all accounts it's Park shelling out for the new managers salary which seems only fair.

17 Apr 2018 23:46:45
From a good source.

The only reason Miller was not released or his contract terminated is because it would make him a free agent with immediate effect and available to sign for anyone chasing 2nd spot.

King couldn't handle the grief if Miller went and stick the knife in rangers on the park by scoring against rangers.

18 Apr 2018 00:30:04
Isnt the free transfer deadline like mid march unless its an emergency signing? can't see this happening

18 Apr 2018 00:54:47
You couldn't make that up. oh wait. you just did!

18 Apr 2018 08:00:49
If released outside a transfer window you can only join another club during the next window.

18 Apr 2018 08:40:46
Not inconceivable “Ten” however what you think up in your own head does not constitute an in our boardroom. If he had been released yesterday then I could quite easily have seen him rock up at the Hibs training ground by the end of the week!

18 Apr 2018 09:17:31
Ten in a row, u really don't have a clue about anything

18 Apr 2018 09:55:22
He could sign as a coach now and then start playing next season

18 Apr 2018 16:05:06
Gordo87 correct but ten in a row said Miller would score goals to keep us out of Europe

17 Apr 2018 23:43:37
Pena caught buying beer, am sure a guy was on here a while ago telling all of us and he got slagged lol.

18 Apr 2018 00:24:57
A great big waste of space

18 Apr 2018 10:59:49
Looks like Pena will be back at Ibrox next season.

18 Apr 2018 11:36:44
The Pena lifestyle stories were legendary. And yes, there were indeed strong claims he was a bit of a boozehound.

18 Apr 2018 12:12:24
Caught buying beer? Because a footballer isn't allowed to have a few beers?

18 Apr 2018 21:41:36
I saw leigh griffiths in asda the other day buying beer and wine. so what's your point here?

19 Apr 2018 15:25:22
@eezyeez - Asda? Buying? Doesn't the Thumb, tea leaf his from Tesco? 😉

17 Apr 2018 23:37:46
The club at the moment is a shambles press leaks putting Pedro and Morty in charge this season. two well known Celtic men and now we are rumoured to be looking at Neil, another Celtic man and having a Celtic mad junior in the ranks. we need to get rid of this green stain and put a social media lock down on everyone at the club; break it and your gone and lastly what imbecile fields the same team that was leaked two days previous?

18 Apr 2018 00:26:54
Uh oh, incoming!
