Hearing from a neighbour who has been sent a text from his best pal. He says the pal lives next door to Graham Shinnie and he has maintained he has signed a pre contract with us. Don't shoot the messenger guys, just passing on what i've heard.

Always says shinnie would be a good signing! But with the number of centre midfielders at us just now it looks unlikely. I can't see us buying coulibaly in summer so maybe happen. Again when we signed Ryan Jack everyone says he wasnt good enough. shinnie would be a good signing.

You can sign pre contract with anyone. Only thing the same country signing is if they are under 23 for the development compensation. Its higher if player plays in same country but cheaper if say we got youngster on pre contract from England.

Was listening to Rockport last night and bill young said he has heard 2 deals are done steven Davis and the 2nd he thinks is jones from killie.

Bear, i'm from Kilmarnock and have heard this story regarding Jones. Not sure if its true or not, only time will tell. My question is, is he any better than what we've got at the moment? However, Davis i think would be great for Rangers again.

We play with two wingers every week, wingers being wingers can be a hit or miss so I think we need another one for competition or option from bench so whether its Jones or not I'd like another option. Remember Walters teams always had impact players on bench and we need that as well. Jones in my opinion is OK but might need space to run into, I'd like another Kent type who can operate in tight situations.

Goalie I think we should put all our focus on getting Kent on a Permanente we also have Middleton in that position who is very simular to jones but with more potential and grezda also can play that position I'm not a huge jones fan has a one trick pony in my opinion and offers nothing defensively.

I'd take Jones. He has the ability to cut inside and create through the middle, something only Kent seems to be doing for us this season.

Anyone heard any rumours on us shipping any players out this window?
Wallace, Holt, Harrera, Dodoo, Hodson, Alnwick etc all out of contract in summer
McGregor is also out of contact so need to get him signed up for at least another season.
Rudden, Hardie and Docherty seem to have been successful loans so will be interesting to see if we put any more out
I think it might be worth Rossiter going out on loan until the end of the season to get more game time.

Atayki and Beerman both linked with Morton, Zak Rudden also been linked with a return from Falkirk before going back out on loan to - again- Morton. Appears the JJ connection will result in multiple loans.

Don't think we need to worry about McGregor to be honest. With Davis in we do need players out and players that have a sell on value so we can continue to strengthen. Even if it's a load of 200k players leaving or 1 couple million someone will have to go in the next 7 month's.

The bigger problem will be Pena as he has another year on his contract and who is going to want him
We will either have to pay him off or give him a chance.
Given his behaviour you would imagine we would be able to tear up his contract or sack him.
