Anyone know what's happening with Bocanegra, is he staying or going?

Believable14 Unbelievable32

He's a true professional and if he leaves all the best to him.

Agree6 Disagree1

He's the captain of U.S.A. would be very surprised if he was still at ibrox at the end of the transfer window & he would go with most people's approval unlike some so called Gers supporting players

Agree5 Disagree0

Agree. good guy and a good player .

Agree3 Disagree0

Just signed for norwich 400 000

Agree0 Disagree11

Would love him to stay , hes not just signed for norwich thats nonsense obv a tim the poster above, i think he loves the club so i think he might!

Agree1 Disagree0

Its a change to get an honest decent professional nowadays ,at least the guy understood our position not like some of the rest of them all abba fans ,money money money doug ts.o

Agree1 Disagree0

Sadly signing of 3 defenderes brazilian, french and greek would suggest we allowing him to leave though i for one will be sad as he has shown more integrity as dod goian , than our loyal rangers men did... loyal to money the reality....thats 8/9 signed with still a week to close of window which is positive bear in mind past doing deals on eve of window closing ( Big Eck/Walter and Ally all guilty of this ..... george

Agree0 Disagree0

Yeah heard bocanegra signed for norwich too and alexander leaving for newcastle thats what he is saying on his twitter

Agree0 Disagree1

Did Boca not have an interview in one of the papers or on the clubs website last week and the way he was talking it sounded as if he's staying. He seems to be a decent guy and in one of the interviews he aknowleges that his international career may be coming to and end and talking about what we (rangers) will have to do to acheive success over the next few years sorry but i just cant remember where i read it but it does look like he's staying and might i also say that he should have been captain last season as Davis was never captain material think about it when did you ever see Davis cajoling the players and getting the right up for the game decent player but a captian never.

Agree0 Disagree0

Some people on here just post utter drivel. Bocanegra has not signed for Norwich and nor will he. If he leaves he has said he will be going to MLS. I expect him to stay

Agree0 Disagree0

Believe it or not but my Mum works for Dr jackson the rangers doctor and she use to clean boca's house when his missus was pregnant... she still works for the doctor and he was saying that boca told him hes staying at rangers because of the baby etc. plus hes just got his dog over from france which took 6 months. believe me or not i dont care thought id just let you guys know

Agree0 Disagree0

6 months? Did the dog swim the channel n walk up to glasgow? Haha

Agree0 Disagree0

He is already away in his head, just going through the motions,

Agree0 Disagree0

Thought the comment bout the dog swimming the channel was brilliant, i don't have a clue if boca will stay, don't think he does either, i want him to stay but we will need to wait and see

Agree0 Disagree0

You have to put your animals through quarantine...

Agree0 Disagree0

He is staying until october when hr will join mls. Fact. Ally is signing players to replace goian and boca and clubfoot... Clubfoot wony go but he is so rank we need to replace him

Agree0 Disagree0

Going............

edu agent say's stoke are interested in taking him down there.need him off wage bill plus the transfer fee will help.

Believable46 Unbelievable20

Plus apart from kirk broadfoot he's been the worst player by a mile in the last year.

Agree5 Disagree4

Dosnt matter to me how bad he was,, He stayed while other so called Rangers men left for free,, in my opinion Mo should be welcomed back to Ibrox anytime!

Agree11 Disagree1

I think edu had his best season for us last year was warming to him? T's T

Agree1 Disagree1

Would agree with above post. Yes he had his limitations however at least he was willing to see what happened to Rangers before leaving. He will always be welcomed back at ibrox unlike the so called rangers supporters that couldn't wait to leave the club. They should never be welcomed back to Ibrox

Agree5 Disagree0

Well said the 2nd poster...Mo wasn't the most gifted or skillfull to grace Ibrox but he has dignity where as other so called fans from wee boys only looked to save thier own backsides...i mean careers well they are ever so short you know, and completley incappable of work after than!!....Mo should be welcomed back at the Big Hoose anytime.

Agree8 Disagree0

@2 if this player is still getting his extensive salary is he not worse than those who left, he has never been suited to scottish football and does not like physical contact should have been sold after his first season, a compleat waster!

Agree0 Disagree5

To call him our worst player is a joke. He does the least flattering job in the team and does it incredibly well. He always gives everything unlike our so called Rangers men who frankly in my opinion weren't fit to wear the jersey.

Agree5 Disagree0

Seen him outside the Corinthian in glasgow at 17:30 with big geek specs on having what looked like a heated conversation on his phone, good luck to him whatever he decides to do.

Agree4 Disagree0

Need to respect him for all he has given. Whittaker naismith davies and shagger coulda got us some much needed cash but shafted the team. Edu will get us some cash. THANKS MAURICE AND GOOD LUCK. THE 92nd minute old firm goal means you ar always welcome.

Agree6 Disagree0

An honest player who did the donkey work. I must confess I never fully understood the barracking which obviously didnae help his game. Edu was about the footballing ability of Kevin Thomson, only no an injury/ 3 minute yellow card waiting to happen AND he was more than capable of popping up for a crucial goal, unlike that 1 in 400 dumpling Thomson. Good luck to the boy in his future endeavours. Did right by Rangers unlike judases like Naismith et al.

Agree1 Disagree0

Naaat, dont agree, he was a lazy player, yous are only saying good things about him coz he stayed!, it wasnt that at the start of last, all the booooooing etc

Agree0 Disagree1

Stories going round that Edu could be off to Leeds.

Believable11 Unbelievable37

And stoke...

Agree0 Disagree0

Dont care where he goes. As long as he goes.

Agree3 Disagree2

Good riddance then

Agree2 Disagree3

Good riddance is a bit unfair, least he done the honourable thing. He has been one of our most consistent players the last couple of years, i hope it works out well for him, hope he goes to Stoke though he deserves a crack at the EPL, if whittiker can do it he can!

Agree6 Disagree0

Dont ever get this edu hate thing if it wasnt for his wage i would like him to stay always gives 100%...mark.

Agree5 Disagree1

Anywhere! Total waste of money. Useless

Agree1 Disagree5

Give the lad a break. A US international, whether he is ****e for us or not, deserves some respect for seeing his contract through til now when he could've jumped ship in a flash like the turncoats shagger and naismith did. Least we will get a settlement fee. expect 3-400k for him. Good luck to you Edu, never forget your goal against Celtic!
WATP Stevemac

Agree6 Disagree0

Hes not good enough to play junior football, done nowt for us really

Agree0 Disagree6

Agree with last post, wish him luck unlike Naismith n them hope there careers go to ****

Agree4 Disagree1

Can i just congrats to the other side of town , this can only be good for Scottish football ! And good luck edu we will miss you ! The airport bear

Agree2 Disagree1

We don't need 2nd rate players as we already have a squad who would still easily win the SPL, don't be surprised if we don't win the treble this season!

Agree0 Disagree2

Dont nowt for us really....apart from be a starter every week in a team that won the league 3 years in a row, scored important goals in the champions league and a winner in a vital old firm game, go away and at least have if your going to criticise a player have some substance behind it

Agree4 Disagree0

Been to alot of games in the last 3 years mate! Europe etc! Edu was not that great in most of them, very very slow starter, giving the ball away to easily, ok he scored a cracker against Celtic and a wee vital tap in in Europe,,,,,,,,,,,,thats all i really remember! yes fair play for him staying behind the rest of the turn coats, so yes i do have some SUBSTANCE behind it, only appearence money for him

Agree0 Disagree0

A player can't control his transfer fee, but there is no way he was/is a 2.3 million pound player (think we got suckered in to that one).

Gers look to have been wearing the new away kit tonight against Falkirk. Pics are on Gers site under Falkirk Gallery.

Believable24 Unbelievable12

Agree0 Disagree0
