Ed when was the last time ellis and whyte seen in scotland for talks with sir david is the take over still happening or is this crap with tax man stopping everything i thought if any thing came of this it all fell back on sir david and not rangers fc , , , its sad when a massive club like rangers can even go out and spend afew bob on some players wheres all the money gone from champions league . season ticket sales tv rites and players sold off and less wages to pay it would be interesting to see what wages we have saved with players going {ed's note - so long as you are not hearing anything about the takeover you should be glad. I have said it a few times now, but the only time you are likely to hear anything about it is when the deal is either wrapped up or falls through. NDAs etc will keep it quiet until then.}

brother plays for fulham kelvin is younger 22 plays as striker or winger and was on loan to cardiff but was on bench most of the time and not iincluded in man city squad 2010 -11

He is big strong and pacey also knows way to goal played some games for city under hughes was on loan at cardiff last season decent player wouldn't mind him at ibrox

Can everyone stop going on about the Charlie Adam sell on clause. We basically drove him to Blackpool why on earth would we put a sell on clause on him?.

It is common knowledge Rangers do have a sell on clause in Charlie Adams contract of 10% in any fee over £500,000. Also for all the people saying don't regress by bringing in Novo or Boyd. Was it regressing to bring back Walter Smith as manager or Kenny Miller as a player? Both are still capable and as far as up front goes we have Jelavic but nobody particularly good with him. Lafferty missed several chances at the weekend Naismith is better in midfield so we need someone.

because it was mentioned when charlie adam first went to blackpool and it was mentioned on sky sports news about the sell on clause. what is it with people who think they know everything, read up on your info fool and you will know about the sell on clause

From what i have seen on youtube of matavz he looks the business but i don't see him signing permanantly maybe hes the one walter is after on loan for our league and european push and see what happens at end of season if craig whyte takes over could buy him then

commons will sign a pre contract join next season

sol campbell could be the loan we need i know celtic are after him but we could perhaps do with him untill end of seasons weir can have a rest

craig conway i think would be a good signing for us aswell

Have you at least bothered to check him on youtube, or his goal ratio. . 38/40 goals in around 90 appearances. . not exactly a Philip Sebo

The boy looks class and a perfect partner to Jelavic,

I would love to see him at Ibrox, but it can only go through if McGregor is sold. (I would actually get the hearts keeper in as a replacement as the guy has been outstanding against us and celtic this season)

Arsenal may bid for McGregor this window. They had him watched at Tynecastle on saturday. Fee in the region of £5 million would likely be accepted. Considering the Rangers squad and the size of, this position is probably the most adequately covered in that Alexander is more than capable and would likely be first choice for any team in the SPL except Rangers. If Mcgregor is sold then Rangers will receive funds to strengthen the team and if he is not sold then Rangers will keep one of their best players. I don't think Rangers can necessarily lose anything from this situation.

He's signed to join the club coming summer and he's a winger and not a striker. The sporting director Henk Veldmate has said he isn't going to fill the position if Matavz leaves the club; if Matavz leaves they will get another player in. So the signing of Matias Jones isn't an indication Matavz is about to leave.
