If Newcastle bought McLeod I would be very suspicious of any deal done due to MA's links to both clubs. Straight away I'm thinking conflict of interest and would not be convinced we would get the best price.

heard on the grapevine that ian wright who is a senior executive with laxey partners has instructed the board to sack mccoist if we lose to kilmarnock this weekend, he has also put himself forward as the new chief executive and wants laxey to significantly increase their shareholding to at least 50 percent, with ashley and the easedales as the only other shareholders so they can silence dave king for good. they believe in the potential of the club and want rangers back in champions league asap. might be nonsense but I will tell you my source anyway, my wifes uncle is best friends with raj chatha who is a well known tycoon on the isle of man. obscure source yes but i'm just forwarding what I've heard. thank you eoin pierson.

7/2 on kilmarnock is a punt not to be ignored. Rangers are unbackable against anyone!

Im no lover of McCoist's tactics but I think some are being a tad dramatic. We won 8 on the bounce 1 draw in a game the board, not McCoist was ordered to play before being taken apart by an undefeated Hearts team who only Chelsea I believe have an equal record in the UK this season. The players need to take a long hard look at themselves. I think we have the players just to much of the old pals act. Black and McCulloch should be left out, Zaliukskas is fit again and should join McGregor at centre back. McLeod and Law should be centre mid with Templeton on 1 side and Shiels on the other. What really annoyed me was when we went a goal down to Hearts right away we nearly score, why was the effort not there for the time before their goal. McCoist needs to end the old pals act and toughen up on this group of players.

We were by far the better team on Saturday 1st half even start of second until super ally's tactical change to take of a forward to replace him with a defender and invite them on to us that to me has happened far too often and cost us dearly I love mccoist he was a hero during his playing days stuck by us through thick and thin but there comes a time when we need to change I really hope ally proves me wrong for what he has did for club. Also I have heard he would budge for less than £1 million pay off if that's true then I'm afraid he's not the man I thought he was

A guy was talking in the boozer earlier, don't no if he was burst or not I wasn't there, but the guy said to one of my sons Billy McKinlay has been approached over becoming new manager. Nonesense no doubt but there it is.
