I posted on here a few months ago O'Connor was a no brainer on a free and got ridiculed for it. Anyone think we should have taken a punt?Scoring for fun just now. Would have been a good addition to the squad.

The guy's a total powderhead did you not watch that dispatches documentary bout drugs in football, not worth the hassle in my opinion.

Wouldn't be bothered about his off field problems. Most footballers are probably involved in that kinda thing. Its what he does on the pitch.

Yeh i agree with you on that one

Apart from the fact he isn't very good, he is an absolute waster, no thanks.

And no1 at our club has been on the drugs b4 aye rite its everywhere! Good luck to the guy for getin on wiv it and tryin to sort himself out. iv always rated him highly but dont think he will ever come to us now. we should hav went in for him in the summer.

Fat waste of space... rather have Sebo back than sign that diddy
Agree0

I don't agree that he should do what he wants off the pitch as long as he performs on it. Lots of kids look up to players like o connor etc so shouldn't they set a good example, be professional?

Guy has bags of talent but has never had his head screwed on properly. More trouble than he is worth sadly!.

To Mccann's credit he made nothing of and he said naisy apologised straight away. Was it not Walker that led the campaign to get Mcgregor banned for nothing last season. The review panel is going to have to start doing more than watching rangers games
Agree0

He's as slow as a wee granny, and his first touch is a mis**t, would not have him near Ibrox
Agree0

Rangers didn't want to sign that junky anyway

Not had a setback but not quite fully fit. Papac is playing really well though so i doubt he'll go straight back in anyway.

Have to agree no need to change a winning team the team look like they have gelled well together 4 in a row
Agree0

McKay is back in training today after a knock he took in training before the old firm game. wallace is back in training too this week but dont think he will make Tuesday's game, possibly Saturdays but I agree with the comment about Papac.
cant drop him or Wylde just now so wallace will have to be patient

Does anyone know what the script is with McKay? Been looking forward to seeing the wee man in a gers shirt after watching him play for Australia. He's not even on the bench today so was wondering if he's injured?

Have Rangers declared offically that they have dropped there interest in the Abeliaras ? Haven't noticed anything on the site

Said on STV during the week they were unable to agree terms so i think the guy must have impressed during his trial.
Probably asked for £8000 a week and Craig Whyte offered him £500 a week and a look at his birds cracking rack! lol
So who knows if it has totally ended.

Yes, Ally announced we have ''More than adequate options in midfiled area'' and that's why we have dropped interest

I wonder why we would give the lad a trial if we had adequate cover in the first place? I suppose it was in case he was just too could to refuse on his trial eh?

Yes he is away, Ally says he has plenty cover in that area, kind of makes you wonder why he wasted the lads time?
Agree0

If we had some more commercial smarts, we should have signed him then sold him after he played for a year... I am sure he was not getting paid that much at River Plate.
Agree0
Disagree0
Just another tipical south american wantin to much money teves for example guys been out for a year im glad we didnt give him wot he wants plus would he have got a game ?
Agree0
Disagree0
It was worth taking him on trial as he could have turned out to be an excellent player and as we only really have 1 real left winger in Wylde as Bedoya and Mckay arent really left wingers.
But if he was wanting too much money then I would have ditched him as well. He has been out for a while injured and his career has stalled in recent years.
