Grezda away to Brest for 1.75m according to the rag that is the sun.

27 Jul 2019 13:39:02
Good bit of business to A) get rid of him and B) just about get the money back for him. Overall, I think we are nearly there as a team, but think we need to have a settled look going in to the league campaign. We have played some nice stuff, but have also been sloppy. Hopefully we will sharpen up and hit the ground running against Killie. No worries for next Thursday, but I think only having a 2 goal lead will mean we don't muck about with the starting 11 too much, which could potentially be a good thing.

27 Jul 2019 14:49:23
£1.75m for him! Surely nobody at Brest is that much of a tit?

27 Jul 2019 14:55:22
Happy to get rid of him
Just need to get rid of Dodoo, Dorrans, Holt etc now
I would still like to be greedy and get another quality player in.

27 Jul 2019 14:56:04
1.75 million excellent business plus three years salary circa 1.5 million saved.

27 Jul 2019 15:14:35
Great news👍.

27 Jul 2019 15:41:48
Yea hope this deal goes, through.

27 Jul 2019 15:51:42
Grezda? Is that £1.75m or £1.75.Either way good riddance.

27 Jul 2019 16:47:43
like it gooner

they must be drunk.

27 Jul 2019 17:01:05
Well when Grezda played against Scotland he was the best player on the park and the commentators said rangers got a bargain. Just do not think he liked ibrox. silly boy . annopertunity of a lifetime.

27 Jul 2019 18:25:47
Happy Coldo? Unusual.

27 Jul 2019 18:43:55
Good luck to the guy, whether injuries got the better of him or whether he wasn’t up for the fight I hope he goes on and has a good career.

27 Jul 2019 19:01:09
Agree zikos. There is player in there.

27 Jul 2019 20:09:34
We are getting rid of a player I said ages ago wasn't good enough and never would be. Some wanted to give him another chance😕. So yes ibrox I am happy because he isn't getting another chance and we are getting our money back. I take it by your daft post you wanted to give him another chance🤦‍♂️👍.

27 Jul 2019 21:07:08
He was not up for the Scottish game, good deal for us.

27 Jul 2019 21:18:29
I agree Coldo He was a player I didn't rate and could not see doing any better if given another chance!

Dont think he was able to hack the physicality of our game! There is a player there but certainly not at Rangers 👍 Now time for to get something for Dodoo and Holt and that's job done for for deadwood!

Hopefully get a striker in at ibrox with some aerial power as I think we lack that upfront That will certainly give us more dynamics and Kent would be the icing on the cake.

27 Jul 2019 21:49:57
Kaz Dorrans will go as well plus two or three on loan.

27 Jul 2019 21:50:29
I was thinking earlier kaz when I read that grezda was away, who else we still had to get rid of. Is that it then just holt and dodoo? I thought dorrans was for the exit aswell.

27 Jul 2019 22:05:09
Coldo. I wrote in June about a number of moves, some very predictable,
I reckon from my list still Holt, Dorrans and Dodoo.
Couple young boys out on loan.
Also said Murphy Hastie and Polster for game time, mb sell Halliday
This was to free wages for three marquee signings, I had no names apart from Kent 5.5m
I would say Helander one of the three, I was told we would sign a right sided player, not sure if this required with ojo there.

27 Jul 2019 23:45:10
Kent is must for me john, would be class if we got him again. Hope you're right. 👍.

27 Jul 2019 23:27:09
i hope we at least put a sell on fee in there. look at pepe he was terrible and 1 good year and 70 odd million football has gone crazy seriously look at pepes past record apart from last season he is never a 70 million player. if you look at all the best strikers they have a one goal in two no matter which team they played for.

27 Jul 2019 23:58:11
I don't get the anomisity towards a player that played for Rangers, scored a few goals but didn't quite cut it.

He didn't take photos of his tadger, batter his missus, watch porn whilst in a public place whilst on club duty, give the entire nation the vicky whilst on international duty like some of the so called "Legends".

He just didn't cut it - I wish him the best of luck and hopefully he can go on use the experience he gained at the club and have a really good career. Personally think he is more technically gifted than a lot of the current squad, just didn't have the physicality and pace that SG wants.

28 Jul 2019 13:55:23
@zikos - 100% agree with you. Not every signing works out for a variety of reasons. And it should be a case of thanks and best wishes for the future.
The East Enders are already turning on one of their own ( Tierney ) because he wants to test himself at a higher level.
Let's not lower ourselves to their level when one of our players isn't good enough👍.

27 Jul 2019 08:31:12
AC Milan now interested in Alfredo Morelos.

27 Jul 2019 11:45:38
Alfredo Morelos should stay away from italian football. Just wouldn't suit him playing in serie A, imo.
Their league is defensive minded and the Italian clubs pride themselves on that and having top class defenders. The english or spanish league would suit alfredo's style much better.

27 Jul 2019 12:34:25
Ye read that last night it seems that were at the at Joseph's game and the progres game.

27 Jul 2019 13:53:42
SGL, you’ve mentioned twice now that you don’t think he’d be suited to Italian football. A physical CF who can finish, they never do well in Italy. Ibrahimovich, Vieri, Toni. Alfie will do well wherever he goes.

27 Jul 2019 14:02:24
You get more space and time on the ball in Italy, and also it’s one of the best paying leagues in the world as they don’t get taxed as much as England. Alfredo would do well there, although I hope he stays.

27 Jul 2019 14:11:50
Don't agree guys. I truly think the english premier league or spanish la liga, would be a much better fit for alfredo morelos. Even the bundesliga would be a good league for alfredo.
He would find it very difficult in italy. that's my opinion guys.

27 Jul 2019 18:45:18
SGL

That’s BS, italian league used to be defensive minded years ago but not as much now.
It’s lot more entertaining than it used to be I think fredo would do well over there.

27 Jul 2019 21:24:55
Alfredo would adapt anywhere he went He can play in any league!

If AC Milan make a serious offer I wouldn't bother so much him going as this is a prim and proper prestigious team and Alfredo has done well to get that move He deserves it anyway and clubs don't get much bigger than Milan!

Out of all the clubs linked this is the classiest team albeit these are sleeping giants the now I reckon Milan are about to get it together!

27 Jul 2019 23:51:35
GANNET10 anyone else but you stating that and i would think about the post, but with you writing it i'm not having it pal. Don't agree with your post whatsoever mate. No surprise there at all. Still have no doubt that alfredo wouldn't be suited to italian football, end of story.

28 Jul 2019 05:28:42
He was only expressing his opinion Coop, same as you and like it or not his opinion is just as valid as yours, end of story.

28 Jul 2019 09:15:17
You sure as hell live up to your name, MRGRUMPY.

28 Jul 2019 11:21:45
brilliant pater coop. IMHO.
