So when's the shares out for sure? And how do I get my £70 to RST cause I don't have £500. And do I get 70 shares certificate if they're £1 each? And why isn't Walter, Ally and all saying its ok and a good idea?

Believable20 Unbelievable19

The RST are a shambles, be careful. Get some pals together and try to raise £500 with an agreement if one wants to sell.

Agree0 Disagree0

Dont worry about and spen the £70 on a nice xmas present..there isnt going to be a share issue on the 17th december..three weeks to go and green hasnt yet issued the required by law prospectus...dont believe anymore what this guy says

Agree0 Disagree0

Ally has backed share issue, has made that clear. I would imagine Walter would not have joined the board if he never agreed with share issue, as this was on cards before he took up his position on board

Agree0 Disagree0

Could be 6 to 12 months before the shares are issued due to all the requiremnts that have to be met. Put 40 quid per month past and you will have the 500 for shares when the time comes

You need £175 to invest with the RST...

The share issue was much heralded and released back in September, and we were told was imminent. Then there was huge criticism particularly as CG said it was for players and operating costs. Then his quotes about making his consortiums profit from share issue emerged again. Then we were told issue one week b4 Xmas. Now someone saying 12 months. I can only presume there's not enough interest, he did say £23m of promises but if its back 12 months what's going on?

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed, not happy about shares situation. U know anything?
Also what's CG saying on BBC about Elgin being straw that broke camels back? That's worrying.
Finally, has anybody asked Ally and Walter on camera if they had an EBT and whether they categorically said no? {The Ed039's Note - CG has been working on the share issue, I think he is more interested in presentations to bigger investers than the little guys it seems)

The share issue has been put back until April 1st. Could be an omen. What you fellow bears think?

Agree0 Disagree0

Dont think this man is the real deal too many promises broke so far -from £30m in the bank in june to man united want us in the EPL dont believe a word from him

Agree0 Disagree0

April the 1st ?? couldnt pick a more suitable date myself ....

Today's joke wasn't the Hearts own goal, it was Ibrox telling us there's an ex con vat fraudster being courted as a potential major shareholder. It's just like a two year surreal dream, impossible wind up after impossible wind up. Keep your £70 mate and buy those you love something better for Christmas. Your money sounds hard earned, too good for these characters.

Agree0 Disagree0

I smell a stock exchange refusal to float on a technicality. Need to have at least one set of audited and approved annual accounts to demonstrate health of any business to potential investors?
Annual Accounts are due on April 1st.

Agree0 Disagree0

£70 isn't going to make a blind bit of difference mate.Spend it on the kids or family at xmas.Your hearts in the right place and the fans will appreciate that you were willing to make the gesture.

Agree0 Disagree0

Spend the 70 notes on your family. Football shares are not for us, giving money to chancers. Get your wife or kids a pressie. You will feel better. Spending money on season tickets and gate money is enough of a commitment already, and Rangers did well there, buying season tickets is already a share issue, you put your money up front and your reward is success, thats enough for all footie fans. Let the "money men" deal with the share issue. The proposed share issue does not even seem to include fixed assets of the company, so what do you buy? A season ticket is my share.

CG's rush to raise cash through a pre-emptive share issue before April 1st, suggests cash flow projections are not filling him with festive cheer.

Just to get onto Football Matters here see were looking at a 17year old Russian Kid whos played for Real Madrid & Porto at youth level does anyone think Francesco Stella will get an appearence in the blue & white? Seems to me like were crying out for an attacking midfielder with a bit of creativity but these guys just wont get a chance like his fellow oz Mckay. I know Youtube can flatter any player but he looks comfortable on the ball and i never understand why it always seems to be Sheils who gets subbed for a more defensive minded player when hes usually the only player on the park making things happen in the final third come on Ally its 3rd division here were sat top take a few risks you never know might have an eye for a player after all or is it wishfull thinking and the boys just not got it Thoughts bears?

Larky Bear {The Ed039's Note - What was the point in signing the boy is he isnt going to play. You would imagine he would get some game time at some point but it just depends on injuries and suspensions)

Heard a whisper that rangers may be awarded the points in respect of the elfin game {The Ed039's Note - Points deduction for Elgin was more likely scenario)

Can't believe I'm going to give fellow rivals some tips about players but it seems like the rangers youth system has finally worked.the mrs works with both Celtic/rangers coaches and saw them play against each other on Friday night just off duke st pitches.there is some promise in them just depends if McCoist gives them game time in 12/24 months.
