That's what I'm hearing, if we don't pay that we'll need to wait to January. Heard a wee rumour Stubbs will resign if he's sold to Rangers!

5ook with add ons,,,lol.the only way up for his this year is the play-offs,,,,and that would be the case even if allan stayed,,,

I think it will take 500k min now for hibs to be able to justify it. Also sure we can't do a pre contract in jan as we are in same league which would leave the door open for someone else to try to get him. If he plays well first half this season it would make it harder to sign him then so hope we stump up the cash now

Agree2 Disagree1

28 Jul 2015 22:41:27
Pretty sure that was mentioned on this site earlier today. Becoming a bit repetitive now. SA would fit really well into the team but he might not be coming in this window. Its as simple asthat I think.

stubbs will resign if he's sold ,,if that's true it explains all that goes on behind stubbs eyes and doesn't come out his mouth(choirboy),,,,they'll sell him to the tic and the bumpkin 2,,,,do ye really think hibs could control the boys life like that,,,,he's handed in a transfer request to join rangers not because he wants to leave hibs. some of these posts are ridiculous,,,if the rhetoric coming out edinburgh is anything more than bs to get more cash,, sa should tell them to boost and contact the echr before its gone,,,lol.

28 Jul 2015 21:37:31
stubbs won't resign at the minute he has nowhere to go

Agree1 Disagree1

28 Jul 2015 22:43:17
If that is true I reckon we should all chip in a fiver each at the next two home matches and give it to hibs, then whatever the club offer aswell. That should be easily 750k - 1mil. Anymore just makes the plan easier. We then get Allan and get rid of that b*****d Stubbs. It's a win win situation.

Agree1 Disagree1

28 Jul 2015 23:17:00
He will be leaving that's for sure There is no a hoping hell that he can stay at Hibs now especially after the reaction from a good number of fans

He will be signed in the next few days but not near £500,000

Here guy news from Easter road tonight hibs have told Scott Allan they have refused his transfer request and he will remain at hibs for the season.as he's under contract there's nothing he can do but he's also been told he can go to septic ( in return for £250k plus mcgeough) or the sheep( for £250k plus willo flood ) reliable source but you all know things can change

28 Jul 2015 20:11:30
If this is true its an absolute disgrace they are holding the boy back he wants to come to Rangers let him come we proved that we don't need him to win the league anyways but obviously Hibs do. plus what difference does it make if he goes to Celtic and strengths them even more for when they get back up to the SPFL absolute spanners.

28 Jul 2015 20:23:41
Does this sound familiar to anyone .
28 Jul 2015 19:32:38
Latest I've heard from Easter road is that hibs have rejected Scott Allan's transfer and have told him he will be staying for his remaining year or he can go to septic or Dundee Utd hope they stick to this

28 Jul 2015 22:07:28
I don't think hibs would go that far. Money talks so best offer will get to offer deal if they are going to let him go but he will reject other scottish teams. I think for Hibs it is more they don't want to lose their best player on the cheap than any great grudge with Rangers

Bigwull good result if that's the case but a bad result if all the money is not ring-fenced the same as last year. If it is already being used to pay debts and loans then its bloody travesty and will show our directors are not men of their word. and i'd need to see the are not using it . before I believe you Bigwul.
Il go for the lack of transparency route for hiding what they are actually doing with all our hard earned season ticket money. or are you going to back them spending the money before using their own funding's?? hope not.

Apparantly aberdeen have matched rangers bid for scott allan.

Wont make any difference, if not now he will wait till Jan and we will sign him on Bosman. If we still want him.

28 Jul 2015 13:18:05
Not a chance. He's not moving just for the sake of it! He only wants to leave Hibs to come to Rangers, the team he supports! He was more than willing to stay at Easter Road until Gers made their move.

28 Jul 2015 13:31:52
Why would they bid for SA when he has stated he wants to go to Rangers doesn't make sense to me.

Would Aberdeen Qualify as being a bigger club than Hibs? He is only allowed to move to a bigger club.
Anyway no chance he would go there, he's a Rangers man!

28 Jul 2015 19:45:41
Been reported on sky sports news that he has handed in a written transfer request and stubbs has stated that he will not be sold to rangers as we are hibs main rival for the championship if another team ie premiership team bids an acceptable amount they may sell but he did say no matter how much money rangers offer hibs won't sell to us, also states aberdeen and dundee united have made enquiries regarding SA

Mark warburton interested in a triple signing of Stevie May, Ryan Gauld and Mitchell weiser on loan with option to sign them all perminantly. What do you think guys? It would definitely be good for this season but not sure Gauld and weiser would sign long term deals

Believable2 Unbelievable14

28 Jul 2015 07:36:26
May the only one we have any chance of. Lisbon already said Gauld will stay in the B team until Jan then join their first team and Weiser signed for Hertha Berlin a couple of weeks ago on a 3 year deal

28 Jul 2015 08:35:42
You been playing far to much football manager. May I could see on loan. The other 2 no chance. Certainly not "option to buy"

28 Jul 2015 11:33:36
Why are people are linking Rangers with total utter randoms as per usual!

For a start, some of those boys wouldn't dream of playing in the Championship, therefore there wid be no chance!

Warburtons has brought in a good enough blend of players

Once Warburton gets into the SPL then you can link us with such realistic players

Some are also saying we still need 4-5 players Utter nonsense!

We need a creative midfielder, hopefully that being a realistic target of Scott Allan and a quality striker

28 Jul 2015 12:32:51
Ryan gauld has a £49m release clause so doubt it

27 Jul 2015 22:50:35
Paper talk for tommorow is that Scott Allan is too have talks with Hibs tomorrow to hopefully get tyem to sell him to us. If they don't agree on an outcome Allan will hand in a Transfer request.

If this is true hibs habe no choice but to sell him. Unlucky stubbsy

Believable5 Unbelievable4

28 Jul 2015 08:40:23
Scott Allan will refuse to play fir hibs, how can player ask for a move to a rival yet yet still expect to perform. Professionalism goes out window. 3rd bid of 450k should seal it, with Alan "not for sale" Stubbs probably falling out with hibs board.

28 Jul 2015 08:55:57
Hibs site - has them going in to talk about a years extension to his contract?
btw - its worth a look at some of these other sites - the hatred that pours out of them towards the Rangers is unbelievable.

That's twice as much as Dave King promised to put into the club.
