Don't see it he only moved to Slask Wroclaw in April and is contracted so who is paying his transfer fee?

Agree2 Disagree0

Not likely when we are trying to off load players just to keep paying the wages

Agree2 Disagree1

Mike Ashley still in control. Lee Wallace sale next on the agenda. Buyer has been sourced.

Agree0 Disagree0

Wouldn't be too sure about that!

Agree2 Disagree0

Cannot see lee wallace going and as far as singning tom hately we could not sign tom and gerry at the minute

Somers to resign on Monday, James Easedale will keep his seat on the new look board. Negotiations taking place to settle Ashley debt, llambias will also resign to avoid the costs of an extraordinary meeting to remove them all which would now be investiable without Sandy's proxy vote to veto. Paul Murray will take a seat on the board along with Scott Murdoch and Alex Wilson who are also part of the 8 team of investors working along with King. Here is a summary of King's investors.

Dave King
George Latham
George Taylor
Douglas Park
Scott Murdoch
Alex Wilson
Paul Murray
Ian Harte

King this king that, he will never be any where near the club for 2 reasons, he wanted the club for zilch, that is never going to happen as taylor, park and letham have put thier money where thier mouth is and with his current plight with the SA authorities, the SFA will not entertain him.

Agree1 Disagree4

God I hope this is true! Light at the end of the tunnel with our club returning to the hands of real supporters. Long way to go.

Complete nonsense easdale never had a proxy vote for laxey! It's blue pitch and margarita he has proxy vote for, so I don't know where you got that story from,

Agree2 Disagree0

Holly, blue pitch n margarita only hold 10% and easdale 3% so where does the rest of his 26% proxy's come from?

Agree0 Disagree1

Hooly your post is factually incorrect. Easedale has never confirmed the name of proxy voting right instead it hides behind the name Beaufort Nominees. There is nothing which confirms these to be Blue Pitch or Margarita Holdings nor Laxey. I get my info fron solid people and if you look back I posted about Kings £18M plan long before it was public knowledge. As for comment 1. Bah Humbug to you too. You don't have a scoobie. King is not being investigated over the tax deal, a department of Sars the SA tax office is over deals they made. That was paper talk from a well know anti rangers journo who misrepresented the story, King is very much involved in what's going on. Ian Harte for example, you will see from a google search has always pledged aligence to Douglas Park. Latham, Taylor and Park were 3/8 men behind Kings fronted offer. King won't take a seat on the board the SFA can't block him just like they couldn't stop convicted fraudster Tweedle Dumb Sandy from investing.

Agree3 Disagree0

Hooly in fact BP and margarita have 7% between them n seleasdale has 4. 2% so who else did he have proxy for?

Agree0 Disagree0

Norman Crichton voted on behalf of laxey I would say

Agree0 Disagree0

NBTS. Looks like you have something ther bud.

Agree1 Disagree0

Norman Chrighton was only on the board from 14 November 2013 to 10 December 2014, did laxely not vote out with then?

Hope your right lads, with king and the 3bears how many percent do they have now? Surely easdale and somers will be voted of board

Agree0 Disagree0

King buys 15% of the club http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/30661103

I think some owe King and I a wee apology. Happy New Year WATP

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - I think I do too, not sure if I ever did mention it on here, but I certainly didn't think he would ever act. So I have to apologise either way, he has done the right thing, at last.}

At NBS above, Hooly 78 is correct that Blue Pitch and Margarita Holdings have transferred their proxy votes to Sandy Easdale. This can be proven by the TR 1 Notification of Major Interest in Shares forms below.

My question is the same as others where and who has the other 10.1m Shares which Sandy Easdale has proxy over to make up the 26% voting rights.

OP ) looking like a very good shout on your behalf mate, if as you say Somers gone by Monday it could be Xmas all over again, and totally agree a wee apology should be winging it's way in yours and Mr kings direction from some who dismissed this completely out of hand. Best rumour on here for sometime now.

Agree0 Disagree0

I am glad King is now on board he never wanted the club for next to nothing he wanted his money to go directly into the club as an investment rather than into existing shareholders pockets hence his £16 mill offer but it was blocked in favour of Ashley so he was left with no other option than buy the shares which he has so let hope and pray this is the start of our recovery let's not get to excited yet these leeches will not give up the carcass easily there will be a few twists and turns yet but maybe just maybe we are heading in right direction

Agree0 Disagree1

I also owe king an apology but before making it I will wait to see how things pan out what I cannot understand is the money that it has cost compared to what it would have cost to buy club out liquidation then raised money the same as green who basically just scraped up enough money to buy club this would have saved the amount of money used or misused as case maybe the club would have been in a strong position today some of the contracts given to players are horrendus with good management would not have happened although ally must shoulder the some of the blame for this

Agree0 Disagree0

Would this list not be an admission of closely working together, which unless they want to make an offer for everyone's shares is what they would want to avoid?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed039's Note - King does not have a consortium, he has purchased shares through an entitiy that is owned 100% by the King family trust or something to that effect)

I know that Ed039, but in the original post it lists Kings inverters as Park, Letham and Terry among others, so I take it this refers to his proxy?
