Reliable source has told me Alex mcleish to be appointed new director of football at ibrox with mark warburton and Davie weir to be first team coach and assistant. Mcleish to be announced this week and the following appointments next week

Daily Record reporting that Warburton and Weir have held initial talks with Rangers about replacing McCall. I think McCall will go. What are Bears' thoughts about replacements? I still fancy McInnes. Next season's main opposition will obviously be Hibs and St. Mirren. Surely with the right management team and approach to players we should skate through this league? I feel sorry for McCall as he was on a hiding to nothing given the carnage created by McCoist before.

I fancied Karl Robinson last year but no chance now, Mark Warburton would be really good compared to the like of Billy Davies.
