Whether it's Lundstrum or Fleck, or even both, we have to look at this as being a positive move. Lundstrum might have had a poor game, but he's a good player who would definitely add to what we have at the moment. Fleck, we know is a good player, and over the last couple of years he has taken his game to a higher level, so again, would add something to the team.
Unfortunately it looks like Jack has a major injury issue, and If this is as serious as it sounds, either of these players could come in and do the job.

I agree with coldo that wee davo and kamara are better than lundstrum and when jacko's fit so is he in front of lundstrum for me! I'm not saying lundstrum isn't a good midfielder because he is, but if i was signing another midfielder or two this summer it would be younger midfielders i'd prefer us to sign.

He would be a better option to Jack seeing he's always injured. Davis, as much as he is strolling it just now, can't go on forever, so If we can get a player the calibre of Lundstrum, on a free, then we take it. As for Kamara, I think he'll stay another season, and I hope he does.

Ist end of the day it’s not up to me who we sign kJ I just gave an opinion on the player that was mentioned. To be fair I think he’s better than zungu but in my opinion not at the level of Davis or kamara so would rather try and get someone better. We have scouts all over so I’m sure that they can find someone better.

McBurnie brings a lot more than goals and is highly regarded by football people fir his workmate and his power, he brings other people into the game and drags defenders all over the place, a bit like Dado, that's why clubs in that level value him highly, very difficult player to replace, these clubs need such as him more than they need a classical poacher, he causes problems wherever he plays, and is always a favourite of the fans and manager.

Zungu going back to France, Davis is 36, Jacko can't seem to shake these injuries. If we get a chance to bring Lundstrom up on a free then absolutely take it, doesn't matter who is an upgrade on whom that all subjective opinions bringing him in and perhaps one of the younger boys mentioned on loan would only enhance and benefit our midfield.

If we did have scouts watching Lundstrum they couldn't have been that impressed. I thought he looked slow and kept getting caught on the ball. I've not seen much off him but never been overly impressed by what I have seen.
